Shower pressure was poor and the water was just warm at best. Hotel was fairly empty but loud group above us all night. Pool not open because they haven’t hired any lifeguards - don’t count on it being available.

Very comfortable accomodations, spacious rooms, decent breakfast, fitness center had more to offer than most hotels we've stayed at previously, pet friendly, and staff was friendly. Unfortunately the pool was closed. If we are in the area again we will book again.

The property is well kept and in a good location. My only complaints are that the pool was being repaired and we didn’t find out until check-in. That was a big part of our vacation plan. They offered to give us a pass to another hotel pool but that was inconvenient. Secondly, everytime we walked into our room we could smell cigarettes. It was worse on housekeeping days. For a non-smoker this was a huge turnoff. The bar was great, the beds are fluffy, and the room was very nice.

Our keys didn’t work during our stay due to their system being down. The front desk did the best they could but it was very inconvenient as they had to manually let us into our room. Breakfast was very strange but there was an option for getting your own omelette made. The orange juice was also watered down with ice in a carafe? Kinda weird. Also there seems to be one baggage cart in the entire hotel (the one you use at airports). Be prepared to carry your own stuff if you brought a lot of bags or go on a search for that one cart XD. Giving 4 stars cause the bartender at the bar was excellent and super kind to us during the key card fiasco that last into the next day.

Pool was closed in early 2023 when visited this hotel due to repair. On 02Feb2024, the pool is still closed for repair. Hotels.com needs to inform its customers about this hotel and provide correct information.

The property was hard to find. Once we got to our room we found our floor sticky. When we told the front desk person he didnt talk while he searched and wrote on the computer which was nothing to do with our room and then said someone will clean it in the morning. No one did. We asked the next night about the curtains as it there were street lights shining in the room. The guy(different guy) was so overwelmed with another guest he quickly told us there was another blind that was behind the main one that we need to pull down. We found it.with that little instruction but took a bit. The bathroom door would not close unless you lifted the door and the light switch in the bathroom was barely hanging on on one side. The staff was not helpful nor friendly. When we did address something we were brushed off. Not recommended.

I like the one bedroom studio room and how the bedroom was separate from the living space. The down size was the AC unit was very loud and the shower water pressure was not so great.

Great breakfast , clean, spacious- thermostat didn’t seem to work correctly, very tiny space between bathroom faucet and sink basin. The couch bed was very uncomfortable compared to the very comfortable queen beds. Overall, we would stay there again!

The in-room amenities were very nice. However, the bed was not comfortable, and the towel racks were falling off the wall and needed to be repaired. But the most concerning aspect is that the walls of this building are very thin. I could hear footsteps above me, and all along the hallway. This made it impossible for me to get a good nights sleep, and isn’t that the number one result you’d like to get from staying at a hotel? I would not recommend this place in future for this specific reason.

While visiting our children for Christmas, we stayed here Christmas night! The staff could not have been any nicer. The room was amazing. It was actually like a small apartment not just a hotel room. It was immaculately clean the next morning when we went down for breakfast, assuming it was the traditional continental breakfast consisting ofBagels and toast. We were shocked that it was cooked to order highly recommend and when we go back to the area. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean appearance but the details were dirty. Biggest issue is the stomping above us all night! The person is clearly just walking in their room, but it’s so loud! On second floor. Shower is very squeaky.

Was not able to check in due to not having my license. Offered my passport via phone and showing my confirmation email. My husband offered his license but was denied because the reservation was under my name. Inquired if the reservation could be cancelled and then have my husband rebook under his name, but denied and recommended checking with another hotel about 10 minutes away. Ultimately decided to drive home which is 90 minutes away at 11:30pm thanksgiving night. Not happy and will be making a call to corporate.

The staff was rude. Never said hi upon arrival any of the days. When asked for toilet paper they did not bring and when called they said to go downstairs and get it ourselves. Asked the clean the room they never came to clean. It was a complete disaster. Unprofessional and very uneducated staff. Please please train the staff at least for the basic customer service skills ans how to greet.

We were very impressed with the hotel when we arrived. It is very clean, spaces are nicely appointed, the rooms were well set up. The larger refrigerator & kitchenette set up was a great amenity that you don't see frequently and well received even when no cooking is planned. There was a flood in the hallway on our first day which did not impact our room at all; they addressed it immediately. The only aspect that reduced our ranking was that numerous staff seemed anxious for us to leave on check out day - housekeeping arrived quite early as we were packing & then camped out in the hallway so every time we left the room to take things to the car or to get breakfast, we were asked if we were done yet (at least 6 times). We finally had to remind them of our check out time as we were not in a rush to leave early.

My second time coming to this hotel and it never disappoints. The rooms feel like a mini studio in NYC. The area is filled with everything you need and walmart is up the street was the icing on the cake. I highly recommended this location especially if your planning on checking out Salem.

I stayed at this hotel because it was close to my friend’s who I came to visit. This would be the only reason to recommend this hotel in the middle of nowhere. The only thing that was good was the bed. It was comfortable and I was able to rest good but overall the hotel it is not a nice location to stay for a vacation.

I had the happiest stay! The breakfast was awesome! Probably the best breakfast ever included with a yogurt bar, the heated food was served (eggs made to order) lots of bagel and toast options (including udis) and so many fruit choices. The suite I stayed in was so clean and I appreciated the kind staff! For sure will only be staying there next time I am in the area!

This hotel is a gem! Super clean with knowledgeable and pleasant staff. Rooms have every convenience . Bar, unbelievable breakfast service and options for every palate and dietary preference. Breakfast cooked to order as well. I hope others will take advantage of this place
