The pool and hot tub were out of order, they put us in a room right next to two rooms that had flooded and were getting gutted and dried out and had giant fans in the hall outside our door, our room had no conditioner, and the tv kept going out! We weren't informed of any of this in advance. Very disappointing since my kids were REALLY excited to swim.

Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast options were good. We picked this place for the pool and when we showed up and asked about the pool they said it was under construction. It was completely ripped out so they knew this and shouldn’t be advertising a pool that isn’t available.

Is the first hotel I have seen using extremely much amount of chlorine to the pool, if you are swimming there, keep in mind that your eyes are going to be dry and will hurt until the next day or more.

This was only my second time staying here and the hot tub was closed AGAIN. Seriously what the heck is going on? Something about a light pulled out. Very disappointing as this is what we had really looked forward to after a long day driving 8 hours. I doubt I'll stay here again because of that.

Located conveniently near the highway, easy to find and quick check in . Hotel is very clean , rooms are immaculate and spacious ! Spacious rooms feature updated bathroom, well appointed kitchenette , beds are comfy and overall feel of cleanliness. Wifi - easy to access and decent Breakfast is included and upon check in - we we were advised that it is not to be missed and amazing . Unfortunately the breakfast was your standard basic meh motel level with an extremely limited selection of packaged oatmeal , basic cereal , minimal fruit and some horrendous looking meat round . Nothing exciting or tasty on offer and the biggest miss , no bacon! I would recommend staying here as hotel is clean , spacious and reasonably priced . Two pet peeves that contributed to average rating . Hotel guests smoking at the front door , first had to walk through a cloud of smoke and the lobby completely reeked of cigarettes. Pool closed ! Booking criteria for a family getaway is a pool , no mention or pool closure on booking site and a significant disappointment for the kids . 7/10

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, facility is beautifully kept. Pool and hot tub water were clean and not too chemically. We used the laundry facilities which were wonderful, and even a nice spot to relieve our dog occasionally. The pull out couch had a decently comfortable mattress. The breakfast was delicious!

Spacious room and very quiet. There was a contractor in the building cleaning carpet and upholstery and we were put in a room that had just been cleaned and the sofa was very wet and carpets were damp. Im not sure why they didn't close off those rooms until they were dry and why they would do that work on a busy Friday/weekend. Breakfast selection was good but attendant did not refill waffle batter and eggs were luke warm. Pool was not very warm and chlorine levels were very high causing eye and skin irritation. Other reviews were much different than our experience. Location and parking were excellent. Kitchen was stocked with all needs. Outdoor bbq area was great.

There was puke left in garbage can by elevators left for the 24 hours we were there. It was right on top and the smell was awful. No one came to clean it. Hot tub was full, we couldn’t go hot tubbing.

We only stayed for one night but had an extended stay suite which was very nice. Comfortable bed. The room had an odd smell, like old food. Things that didn’t really affect my stay but should be known: the shower door leaked quite a bit so water was all over the floor, and there was hard water build up in all of the shelves of the shower that I think should be cleaned more frequently.

Stayed on the night of April 9, 2023. We had very short stay so didn’t use any facilities Just room and breakfast area. Check in was smooth. They have bell at the desk to call the agent. Front desk lady was professional. Room was really good sized with all the amenities one will need and some more. I am sure long staying customers will like full kitchenette in the room with full size fridge and a dishwasher. There was washer and dryer on main floor as well. Hotel was conveniently located near many restaurants and gas stations. Breakfast in the morning had everything one need. Breakfast area was large enough and nicely decorated. We had good night sleep so no complaints whatsoever. Highly recommended if you want to stay in the city. We came on Easter Sunday everything was closed and there was nothing to do in the city.

Nice room, we liked the full size fridge with ice maker. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Only disappointed that housekeeping didn’t enter our room the entire stay (3 nights). Fresh towels would have been nice. We had to go and get them from the front desk.

It was reasonably priced with a spacious room, comfy bed, kitchenette with a larger fridge (with a freezer) and a great breakfast in the morning. It was conveniently located a short distance off Interstate 15. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was terrific, the suite was spacious and well-equipped including a Keurig coffee-maker and full sized refrigerator. We would have given a 5 Star review if the breakfast was better. There was only one waffle maker which resulted in long-lines waiting for a waffle and hosing up the food space (tons of kids were there). There was no fruit and no yogurt. The eggs and bacon were good. we did not eat the chip beef, but it looked OK. A good far outweigh the bad and we will stay there again in the fall.

Property was okay. Needs a bit of TLC in the rooms as our bathroom door didn’t close and our shower door leaked like crazy. Breakfast was just okay but we were there on a very busy weekend so that didn’t help. But clean and close to things! Not a bad place at all!

Strange experience, check in was long, front desk signed me up for hotel rewards program without asking, saw two people get arrested at continental breakfast, and someone pulled the fire alarm at 6am Sunday morning. Was strange, because hotel was clean and new, breakfast selection was great, only other complaint was walls were paper thin, could hear every step on floor above, and could hear neighbours TV’s on both sides of rooms.

Great property and covenvient lovation. Our issue was with noise. We couod hear people on the floor above us walking around ar 1am and also the people beside us had their tv up so loud until 2am! This hotel is on a very main road and the street traffic woke us up several times (people revving their engines or racing- not regular traffic which would not have bothered us) We would not stay here again simply due to the noise and not sleeping much at all

One night stay. Property was nice with good parking. Interior was clean except for entry ways. Never anyone at the front desk. Apparently they have to many other duties. Had to ring the bell for someone to take care of checking, checkout or questions. Room was very nice. Comfortable beds, clean and well stocked. Will probably stay again.

Even though my family rolled in late (almost 10 pm.), Trinity at the front desk was GREAT - so fun, so welcoming, so helpful! Our room itself was mostly great, though there was a bloody-looking smear on the wall by the pullout bed that one of my kids slept in. All the issues we had with MainStay were in the morning. When we went down to breakfast at 8 a.m., nearly everything was out: all the juices, the eggs, the bacon, the waffle mix AND the syrup, the milk, one of the cereals, and almost all of the bread for toast. Basically all that was left were biscuits and yogurt. There was also no chlorine in the hot tub.

We went for a medical appt for our son. We couldn’t get the same room for all 5 days so we asked for a late check out for noon and an early check in so our son didn’t have to be away from a bathroom he has gastrointestinal issues. The staff were amazing!! Thought it might be a couple hours to wait for the new room but they had it ready for us in 15 minutes Transferred from one room to the other. We are truely grateful how helpful they were to accommodate us. The rest of the week was relaxing with 2 queen beds so our son could do his appointments and stress free. The kitchen area was so nice to cut down on costs to eat in instead of at restaurants. We would definitely stay again

Reserved 2-2 queen bed suites with a small kitchenette & refrigerator; I also requested adjoining or next door rooms (made the reservation 4 months prior). When I arrived at the property I had to wait for 10 minutes because nobody was at the front desk. Finally someone showed up and started to check in. She said all the rooms for Mainstay Suites were taken because they overbooked, but that the Sleep Inn side of the hotel had available rooms, but only had a mini refrigerator (that barely worked) and no kitchenette. A kitchenette/refrigerator are important for food accommodations and medication that needs to be kept cold for my child. At first the manager assigned us to rooms on different floors, but the desk lady was able to change them to the same floor. She charged me the same price as the other rooms and I didn’t have the energy to argue because there was no manager on site and her power to change things were limited. The rooms themselves were clean and well maintained, but the management was terrible.

It was reasonably priced with a spacious room, comfy bed, kitchenette with a larger fridge (with a freezer) and a great breakfast in the morning. It was conveniently located a short distance off Interstate 15. I will definitely stay here again.

Property is convenient to everything including airport. Very new looking and feeling. Room was more spacious than expected with a small kitchenette (although we didn't use this). Queen beds were comfy. Pillows too puffy for my liking but i always bring ours from home. Shower amazing - no tub - no prob for us. Our room was 4th floor BUT facing traffic so we could certainly hear that. I would suggest a room on the back side if you are looking for a good rest. We like to sleep on the cool side and we couldn't get the a/c to work to our liking so we were up quite abit due to the warmth. Pool was used by our son and he enjoyed very much. I booked this online not knowing anything about the hotel. We usually stay at Hampton or Hilton but their nightly rates were well over $200/ night so we went with this one and it was comfortable and affordable. Would definitely stay again although would like to be on the back side next time for good nights rest. Thanks

We stayed at this hotel for five nights while visiting Family. The room was perfect for us. The parking lot lobby and hotel was very clean. The staff of Cassie and Adam outstanding. The breakfast fit as well, but unfortunately, they ran out of food several days. I would highly recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Even though my family rolled in late (almost 10 pm.), Trinity at the front desk was GREAT - so fun, so welcoming, so helpful! Our room itself was mostly great, though there was a bloody-looking smear on the wall by the pullout bed that one of my kids slept in. All the issues we had with MainStay were in the morning. When we went down to breakfast at 8 a.m., nearly everything was out: all the juices, the eggs, the bacon, the waffle mix AND the syrup, the milk, one of the cereals, and almost all of the bread for toast. Basically all that was left were biscuits and yogurt. There was also no chlorine in the hot tub.

The hotel was terrific, the suite was spacious and well-equipped including a Keurig coffee-maker and full sized refrigerator. We would have given a 5 Star review if the breakfast was better. There was only one waffle maker which resulted in long-lines waiting for a waffle and hosing up the food space (tons of kids were there). There was no fruit and no yogurt. The eggs and bacon were good. we did not eat the chip beef, but it looked OK. A good far outweigh the bad and we will stay there again in the fall.

The hotel is fairly new and they are clearly working out issues. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. The shower leaked like a sieve. The bathroom sliding door was very hard to close. The breakfast was understaffed, a bit messy, and they ran out of food. My biggest complaint is that the family upstairs was running up and down all night. I had to call at 1 AM to get management to shut them down. Our ceiling was shaking from the activity upstairs. The hotel was fairly noisy for a Friday night. Spacious room and very quiet. There was a contractor in the building cleaning carpet and upholstery and we were put in a room that had just been cleaned and the sofa was very wet and carpets were damp. Im not sure why they didn't close off those rooms until they were dry and why they would do that work on a busy Friday/weekend. Breakfast selection was good but attendant did not refill waffle batter and eggs were luke warm. Pool was not very warm and chlorine levels were very high causing eye and skin irritation. Other reviews were much different than our experience. Location and parking were excellent. Kitchen was stocked with all needs. Outdoor bbq area was great.
