Reception staff are great. Amenities are fantastic (toiletries for instance), you have washing machines, microwave, complimentary tea. And you can choose among 4 options for breakfast. Coffee pretty decent also. Good location to Umeda/Osaka Stations.

Fabulous hotel room close to Umeda and JR Osaka stations. Great breakfast. Cafe open to all, but a special area with drinks and snacks for guests. Bar open with snacks to purchase in the evenings. Laundry. Huge selection of toiletries. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend!!

지하철과 멀지 않은 위치에 있어 찾아가기 어렵지 않고 근처에 로손, 데어리마트가 있어 야식 구매 가능. 로비 1층에 웰컴 드링크 3종과 냉수 정수기(온수는 작동이 안됨, 여행용 포트 필수)가 있고 종이컵, 각종 다과들이 있으며 제빙기가 있어서 얼음 꽤나 잘 먹음.(큰 텀블러 갖고 가면 좋을 듯함) 그리고 흡연실이 있음. 1층 로비에 식사와 커피 등 음료를 먹을 수 있는데 식사가 너무 맛있었고 만족스러웠음. 객실 내에 생수가 없어서 1층 정수기를 이용하거나 정수기 옆 자판기를 이용해야 함. 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 바디워시가 샤워실에 통으로 비치되어 있고 변기는 따로 공간에 있음. 일회용 슬리퍼 있음. 타월은 하루마다 큰 타월 2장과 작은 타월 2장 제공.침대를 중앙으로 양 옆에 스탠드와 콘센트, USB포트가 각 1개씩 있음. 청소는 체크인할 때 종이에 적어주는 날짜에만 함. 원래 호텔은 매일 청소를 해주는데 여기는 이틀에 한번꼴로 해주는 것 같음. 태풍으로 인해 모든 교통수단이 운행을 중지하고 강제로 이틀 더 체류하게 되었는데 호텔 로비 직원들이 너무 친절하게 대응해주고 걱정해줘서 아주 좋았음. 오사카가 너무 더워서 다시는 여름이 오고 싶지 않지만, 만약 다시 오게된다면 묵고 싶음.

The King bedroom I had was spacious enough for my checked baggage and carry-on as well as a decent medium sized backpack. The complimentary daily water bottle refill was also extremely helpful for traveling. Overall, a solid hotel near attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants suitable for travelers, I would recommend this place, especially for pricing and location!

Loved it! Read the reviews and this place did NOT disappoint! Everyone is so friendly and hospitable. We enjoyed our stay and loved the breakfast! The curry, the salad, and the sandwich were all good! There is also cereal and croissants, yogurt, and fruit too. The hotel also provides tooth brushes with small toothpaste, face cleanser, face cream, face masks, shaving cream, and it was well appreciated since we had to wait 2 days for our luggage. The location is out of the way, but around the corner from everything. The Osaka station is a 13 min walk and was easy to navigate. Close enough to everything but still peaceful. The room was perfect! The bathroom is amazing with a deep soaking tub that helped after a long day. And the washing machine is also a dryer. 700 yen for a load and it is a NO detergent machine. But there are only two and you will be fighting for them! I can’t wait to come back! I don’t want to leave!!! Thank you UmedaHolic!!!!

This was a wonderful hotel! My biggest worry is always cleanliness, and this hotel earned 5 stars. The other great part was the breakfast offerings and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to train stations and bus stops, and within walking distance of many places too. The room had all the amenities to make a nice stay and the bed was very comfortable. I will stay here again if ever I am back in Osaka.

Very good service and a lovely quite new hotel. Unfortunately, it has not been maintained very well. Our room had some mold issues. Luckily, we were able to change to another room.

Hotel bed frame was dangerous, I smashed my foot against it pretty hard and almost broke my toe. In a small room, having a metal bed frame like that is not a good idea. Hotel was a good 10 minute walk from the subway, but otherwise the staff and food were great. Rooms were clean.

Good access to train and Metro. The hotel itself is nice and comfy enough. Rooms a tiny bit dated and could’ve done with some blackout blinds or at least better shutters. The ones I had didn’t keep the light out well enough in the morning.

Spacious, modern and clean. Umedaholic is within walking distance to/from Osaka Station; and there are numerous restaurants to choose from in the area. Highly recommended.

Heel mooie kamers. We werden heel goed onthaald en kregen alle nodige informatie. De receptie is ook heel goed uitgerust. De kamer is groot genoeg als je slechts 1 stuk bagage bijhebt. Het enige nadeel is dat er ‘s ochtends veel lichtinval was.

駅地下街からの行き方がわからず電話にて尋ねた際、丁寧に対応していただいた。結局はタクシーで向かったが、夜間の遅い時間にも関わらず、何度も電話してしまったがその度に丁寧だったので申し訳なかったがありがたかった。

We loved the smiles and kindness of the staff everytime we walked in someone welcomed us back. They were also thoughtful as they put effort into their snack bar and custom tea station! As tourists sometimes its hard to relax or wind-down when we are always between activities or coming in late, the complimentary stations helped us rejuvinate, it was fun to see the teas rotate to different ones, I wanted to book more days just to try them all! Their lace cookies and scones were my favorite too! The room we got was clean and comfortable, they made good use of the space. The art on the wall made no sense but I loved that. Thank you everyone! We did get lost a few times trying to find the hotel because all the blocks look similar around there but thats not your fault.

The area is a bit shady, but the hotel was very nice. The rooms on the small side and, looking back to 4 weeks in Japan, it was a bit expensive for what it was. But then, at the last days of the Expo, what was to be expected? ;-)

Hotel bed frame was dangerous, I smashed my foot against it pretty hard and almost broke my toe. In a small room, having a metal bed frame like that is not a good idea. Hotel was a good 10 minute walk from the subway, but otherwise the staff and food were great. Rooms were clean.

Loved it! Read the reviews and this place did NOT disappoint! Everyone is so friendly and hospitable. We enjoyed our stay and loved the breakfast! The curry, the salad, and the sandwich were all good! There is also cereal and croissants, yogurt, and fruit too. The hotel also provides tooth brushes with small toothpaste, face cleanser, face cream, face masks, shaving cream, and it was well appreciated since we had to wait 2 days for our luggage. The location is out of the way, but around the corner from everything. The Osaka station is a 13 min walk and was easy to navigate. Close enough to everything but still peaceful. The room was perfect! The bathroom is amazing with a deep soaking tub that helped after a long day. And the washing machine is also a dryer. 700 yen for a load and it is a NO detergent machine. But there are only two and you will be fighting for them! I can’t wait to come back! I don’t want to leave!!! Thank you UmedaHolic!!!!

Excellent hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff. Great breakfast with free snacks and local soft drinks in the afternoon. Very easy access to Umeda and transport links. Good selection of local bars and restaurants.

Positives: staff, cleanliness, spacious room, amenities, laundry facilities Negatives: the blinds were useless and let in too much sun, there were random parts of the ceiling in the hallways which had been cut out which was concerning, prices of drinks at the bar were outrageous, and the location was a little dodgy feeling

The hotel is located close to Umeda/osaka stations so with good connections. It was comfortable and clean. Rooms are small but it was expected. I was disappointed in the breakfast which was set from 4 options that all were more lunch like meals for my taste but I can imagine others not having the same issue. All im saying- if you’re a picky eater don’t bother paying to have breakfast included. Coffee and tea service is free 24/7 in the lobby which is nice.

Fabulous hotel room close to Umeda and JR Osaka stations. Great breakfast. Cafe open to all, but a special area with drinks and snacks for guests. Bar open with snacks to purchase in the evenings. Laundry. Huge selection of toiletries. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend!!

This was a wonderful hotel! My biggest worry is always cleanliness, and this hotel earned 5 stars. The other great part was the breakfast offerings and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to train stations and bus stops, and within walking distance of many places too. The room had all the amenities to make a nice stay and the bed was very comfortable. I will stay here again if ever I am back in Osaka.

Sehr freundliches Personal, es Gab an der Rezeption Snacks und Getränke gratis. Alle Amenities konnte man sich nach Bedarf mitnehmen. Sogar Creme und Gesichtsmasken, was wirklich toll war nach einem langen Tag. Das Frühstück war ausbaufähig und war leider das schlechteste während unserer gesamten Reise in Japan. Es gab ein bestellbares Gericht aus einer Auswahl von 4 (von dem ein Teenager nicht satt wurde) und ansonsten zwei Sorten Cornflakes, Minicroissants, Minimuffins. Kein frisches Obst, kein Salat, kein Brot, kein Reis. Die Zimmer waren klein und leider nicht komplett zu verdunkeln. Aber alles war sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. Der Weg zur nächsten Metro war etwas weiter (ca 10-15 Minuten Fußweg). Teilweise konnte man einen Bus nehmen. War alles machbar, auch Konbinis in der Nähe. Für eine weitere Reise würde ich wahrscheinlich versuchen etwas zentraler bzw. näher an einer Metro zu wohnen. Kann das Hotel alles in allem empfehlen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt
