Property was clean and maintained, as was the hotel room. I do feel they are understaffed making the place feel like a ghost town when then front desk staff goes on break. There were times when we were in the front of the hotel (working out or playing games) but all by ourselves which did not feel safe, especially at night.

The hotel was very comfortable and felt safe. The staff were kind and provided great service. Breakfast was simple but taste good . The pillows were not my favorite but that’s just my preference. The hotel has a share pool and you have to walk to the other building but everything was simple. We stayed there only one night and in general was very good

People talking Loud on the middle of the night, people walking around making noise, not a good place to rest to much going on , smells like cigarette on the halls , new hotel poor maintenance.

The stay overall was pleasant. Everything was clean. The only con was the refrigerator in the room was making a high pitched noise and we couldn't figure out where it was coming from until check out.

Liked the clean, cool, quiet. Did not care for the parking -lot too tight, too small, no shade. Overall vibe stark, furniture too small scale and too little to unpack bags, hang clothes or store bags. Surfaces and layout kinda Hotel El Salvadorish. Bathroom/shower and toiletries were great. Water pressure in shower not so great.The bedding is terrible layers of gauzy material that tangled in the night causing cramping and having to get up and remake the bed 3 times a night.

Overall stay was good. We were allowed to check in a little bit early. Had a couple of issues. We rented two rooms. One room, the air conditioner had an odor when it came on. The other room, the iron didn't work and the sink was stopped up. Those things get fixed, good place to stay.

I needed a late checkout and requested several times: at time of reservation, call before check-in, at check-in, and early in the morning. Each time I asked they told me to ask later (at check-in, in the morning, etc.) Ultimately, the most they would grant was a one hour extension in my stay, which was not sufficient for the commitment I had. I wish the staff would have just told me up front that they were unable to offer a late check-in, as I would have reserved at another property.

Breakfast was nice. Was disappointed during check in. Arrived at 220pm to *see* if check in was possible. Was informed it was not since room was not clean and to come back in 40 minutes to an hour. I came back at 310pm, keep in mind check in is AT 3pm! When I arrived again, I was told room wasn’t ready and there was nothing they could do. That housekeeping was behind. I had a wedding to get ready for. Check in is AT 3 what do you mean there’s nothing you can do?? I’ve worked in hotels before and I know the drill. They dislike moving rooms around since they already had the room keys programmed for the other guests arriving that night. Obviously they saw I was not moving and they decided to swap rooms. I personally wouldn’t come back.
