Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was some sort of water leak that was a known issue. They were working on resolving it but it was very musty with a strong smell of mold, particularly on the floor we were on.

Great availability for a handicap accessible room. Located so close to Latrobe hospital, where we needed to go. You need a car, public transportation, not available. Order food to be delivered by DoorDash and was able to wait in the lobby and eat it there. Desk staff was so helpful when they didn’t give us silverware. Breakfast is really good, oatmeal, egg, omelettes, real bacon and sausage. Bottles of water are free at the desk and, while that may seem like a small thing, it was such a giant help! Only negatives are that I do wish the handicap room had a roll in shower instead of just hand grips. And our toilet was clogged and the staff came and unclogged it, perfectly fine. But they left the plunger for some reason and it’s not there for two days because I was expected to take it back to the desk and I wasn’t doing that!

The property overall was very nice. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. My mom and I booked this hotel because it said it had a fitness center and we did not find out until getting to the property that the fitness center was closed for repair. If we would have known that prior we would have liked the option to stay at a hotel that offered a functional fitness center.

Our stay at Hampton Inn went very well. Our room was clean and well appointed. We were very comfortable during our 3 day stay. The front desk was very accommodating and friendly. The location of the hotel is very convenient with several restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

The carpets in the halls were vacuumed but visibly dirty with stains. In the room the carpets appeared clean but wore new soft bottomed slippers that had dirt on them afterwards. Missed the breakfast but it smelled good!

My stay was amazing, location is great for Steelers training camp. The only issue the outlets for the night stand by the window were not working, but I easily got around that and used the other one. I look forward to staying when I return next year for camp again>

We stayed for 5 days. Placed in a room next to Rt 30. VERY NOISY. Could hear the woman next door when her phone rang and her conversation. During our stay we Never had the room cleaned or even trash emptied. When we checked in the registration employee stated our room would be cleaned every 2 days-Tuesday would be cleaning day. Upon our return Tuesday evening our room had not been serviced I called the Front Desk and informed them of the lack of service. They brought up some towels and noted the need for servicing the room. Upon our return Wednesday evening NO SERVICE! Our tiny trash cars were overflowing and we were out of toilet paper. I returned to the front desk and stated the problem of no room cleaning service AGAIN. They handed me a roll of toilet paper and stated it would be checked out. We have never had such poor service at a Hampton Inn Won’t be patronizing HI or Hilton again.

Both the voice and the picture on the TV kept freezing up. Bed too high to get in and out safely for seniors with mobility issues. Mattress very hard and uncomfortable. Pillow too small to go across the bed and too soft for any support. Bathroom too small for easy moving around sink, toilet and in and out of the shower. Shower curtain not long enough so the floor got wet making the floor very slippery.

In the morning about 6am when people started taking showers, the the water lines screamed for the duration. Unable to sleep as a result. Requested late checkout, told my request was denied. Front desk clerk very rude. Requesting redress.

We stayed there for Steelers Training camp this year. This was the first time at this hotel and everything from check in to check out went smoothly. Very helpful staff when I asked a question. We look forward to our stay there next year.

We had a service dog with us, so you never know how that will go, but they didn't blink an eye, which I always appreciate. The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast area was clean and had something everyone could eat. I'd suggest some kind of gluten free bread or English muffins. We have to bring our own. I guess the powdered eggs leave something to be desired, according to my daughter, but that's pretty much par for the course these days. I was surprised that you had to ask for the room to be cleaned now instead of that being a given. That was the only real negative I perceived.
