Well lit parking lot with plenty of spaces. Clean rooms, friendly staff.

Pool is closed for maintenance which was not posted on website and shows pool hours that are handwritten on a board by the pool. We stayed further away from the attraction because of the pool and now my kids can’t go in a pool. I will be reaching out to corporate for not disclosing pool issue.

Fantastic! Perfect hotel for shorter stays. Has everything you need, skips anything you don’t. Still has a pool and well-equipped fitness center, with friendly staff and high-tech touches. Would happily stay here again!

Our welcome was great! She was friendly and helpful, bringing extra pillows directly to our room to replace the feather ones I’m allergic to. We liked the modern, eco-friendly style of our room & the big clean walk-in shower. Unfortunately the shampoo and soap dispensers had not been refilled. But, great concept. The breakfast was simple, but the egg frittata was hot and tasty. The coffee/tea station available 24 hours is a plus.

Let's start off with the Good: - Easy Check-In: The staff was welcoming and always available. Someone was always at the counter ready to answer any inquiries. - Property is Very Clean and New: The place is a newer hotel in the area so expect clean hallways and rooms. - Close to Hershey, close to dining options, and close to a 24-hour gas station nearby. Now the Bad: - POOL not available during stay. Called multiple times to confirm there was a pool and that it would be available sometime during our stay. IT WAS NOT! I even called the night before check-in and was told that someone was coming in the morning to get it open. Not the case. Very upsetting since we traveled with children that ONLY cared about the indoor pool. Should have booked the Mainstay down the road or the Hampton Inn across the street for less. - Breakfast: If you can even call it that. For the $$$ we booked it for, there should have at least provided more food options. The selections offered were bland, to say the least. Please don't book expecting a full "Continental" breakfast. If you eat light or don't care what they serve, you won't be disappointed. - Key Cards: Physical key cards and virtual key card on the app stopped working during our stay. No explanation why. Received new key cards for them only to stop working after 1 hour! Will not try again. With so many options available in the immediate and surrounding areas, this hotel did not live up to the high reviews and price point.

Rooms were clean, sheets comfortable, bathroom clean, food was hot and well stocked, there were games for families in the lobby, decent small gym, filtered water machine.

I especially liked the pool and freindly staff.

This is a super cute hotel! And they had great and affordable snacksnin the lobby 24/7 with free tea and coffee. The breakfast was premium. Unfortunately for us the pool was not available, but it will probably be working next trip

Accessible to main road, plenty of parking, customer service is 👍. There's nothing negative to report. Also this was my first time to stay in Tru by Hilton

Check in was fine. The room appeared clean. AC worked well. But there was a full grown mushroom growing outside the shower door which leads me to believe that bathroom had not actually been cleaned in some time. We ended up cutting our trip short but the hotel was nice enough to refund us for that night.

Fine for check in then discovered bed bugs in our room. We left immediately. Staff apologized and offered a full refund and another room (which we declined).

First was hair all over even in the air condition the sheets was dirty , the floor was dirty too, the bathroom has mold too. The ac we have to clean it because we get stuff nose and itchy, when we check the filter was full of dust and the outside full of hair like they never clean it. Never go back to that place and I can with my baby . The from dear was nice but it’s not his fault of the dirty of the place. I do not recommend the place and even less if you have a baby.

Very clean, Michael was very friendly and the room was very nice, newer and updated. We enjoyed our visit

There were a couple of stink bugs in the room. My family said they're harmless, but one was in my son's bed and it freaked him out.

The staff was excellent upon arrival and the room was spacious with comfortable beds. The breakfast was good too. The best thing is it’s less than a 20 min drive to Hershey Park! It would have gotten 5 stars on everything, but upon entering the room, there was a dead cockroach on the floor. Didn't see anything else, but had to mention it.

Room was nothing like picture. Felt more like a closet. First room we checked into was dirty with towels on floor, trash everywhere and dirty sheets. Floor had a weird smell. On positive side the beds were comfy.

Incredibly noisy lobby upon our arrival at 9:30. Felt like a bar, not a hotel lobby. Even the check in person was remarking about the noise. Small room. Whole experience was just not our cup of tea. First and likely our only stay at a Tru Hilton.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The room was just okay. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and water sprayed all over the bathroom floor.

Great location , clean and new. like the price and just what you need for a quick stay. Would stay here again As many hotel it is by the byway and you can hear some road noise .

This location is nice and new and modern. Cool and comfy lobby area with board games and shuffle board. Breakfast was decent. The room, while clean and fresh, was absurdly small... smaller than a NYC hotel room. There was so little room for our suitcase, no closet, and we kept banging our leg on the platform bed that jut out into the tiny amount of walking space. I get making rooms this small in a major metropolitan area, but why here? It was fine for one night... any longer and I would go bonkers crammed in that tiny room.

Hilton Honors internet connection in room would not work. Wifi was poor. Convenient to I81, and places to eat. Appears to be recently renovated. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and pleasant.

It was great. Clean, nice hotel. Only issue was with the water. Too hot! No control. Shower was so hot, I couldn’t stand underneath it or I would have been burned.

It took 15 minutes to get hot water for the shower. Too close to I-81 = I could hear the trucks at night:

My only issue is the design of the showers which leaks water onto the floor outside the shower door. Otherwise well done. I wish I could book through Hilton Honors but it was $50 more expensive than Expedia.

Room was tiny, no closet

Front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The place was clean and up to date with design etc. I love the fact that they have a (cash) snack bar by the front desk. I was highly disappointed with our room size thought . We had a king size bed in a 12x 10 ft room. They also have tea and coffee in the lobby 24/7 at no charge. The coffee was surprisingly tasty. I checked in Saturday and left Monday but housekeeping didn’t come to clean either days or take out garbage. That’s the only thing on the down side. Free breakfast in the morning from 7am to 10 am which is yogurt machine, pancake machine (with different toppings ) , bagel/toast , carton scrambled eggs, boil egg, sausage and a choice of apple or oranges there were also apple juice, cranberry juice or orange juice. Parking was also free and lots available. Not much stores around. Except for Dollar General.

Worst, most traumatic hotel stay of my life. I was out of town for a very important boards exam for medical school. It was imperative that I be on time, which is why I chose this hotel, as it was the closest one to the testing center. As I was preparing to leave in the morning, I discovered that the deadbolt was stuck and would not unlock, essentially trapping me in the room. I called the front desk, and was told that the maintenance person would not be in for a couple more hours, but that someone would be up to try and unlock the door. At first, I was accused of not knowing how to unlock the door. Then, I could hear them prying at the lock with some sort of tool, followed by them watching a YouTube video on how to unlock it. This entire time I’m panicking about being trapped in the room and being late for my test, so I ended up having to call the fire department myself in order to get let out.

The staff was warm and welcoming upon our arrival and encouraged us to make ourselves at home utilizing all the amenities. The room was clean and functional. Breakfast was great (I was impressed by the pancake machine!) The lady at the front desk kindly printed our Hershey's tickets for us. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I left my medicine bag there and they were right on it to next day the bag to me! Great customer service

Absolitely horrendous staff- said i jad no confirmation when i called hotels.com they did have a valid booking. This lady made my daighter cry on her birthday and did absolutely nothing but say i have no rooms. She refused to get a manager to address it- i had to drive 45 mins to another hotel and pay 500 dollars to have a room- please never stay here !!!!

I had a reservation for the hotel next door. They did not honor it and I was stranded 2.5 hours from home. This hotel was super helpful and accommodating. They saved our night/trip. I will stay here in the future. Ingrid is a gem!! Very attentive and friendly.

Staff did not seem to know what they were doing and they basically ignored us when we went in. She stood behind the desk and just looked away until I had to get her attention. Wrong rooms. Broken AC. Overcharged. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Tru by Hilton Grantville has been our go-to hotel for our visit to Hershey Park for the last 2 years. It is a clean and friendly facility and a short 15 minute drive through rolling country hills to all the amenities nearby Hershey, PA has to offer! The front desk staff members were quite helpful, one searching high and low to find late-night hot chocolate for my daughter. And the housekeeping staff kindly helped out by refilling soaps and providing extra towels.

Excellent customer service. Forgot my pillow, went back to hotel and front desk worker hunted it down for me. Above and beyond! Thank you!

Great location for hershey park

Clean and quiet. Close to Hershey without the crowds.

This hotel is literally in the middle of no where. There are no stores or restaurants are nearby. You have to drive backroads from Hershey park to get there. It was a weird commute. Most hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, breakfast was okay, and my daughter enjoyed the pool. Not a bad hotel, I just didn't care for the area. It's probably why it was much cheaper compared to other hotels in the area.

Hotel is new and clean! Location is right off the highway, perfect for a stay traveling through PA.

Very welcoming staff. Lobby and room were clean and updated. Enjoyed the 24 hour coffee bar in lobby. Breakfast was good and plentiful options. Would stay again!

We’ve chosen tru for the decor cleanliness however VERY disappointed with the change in breakfast for example the yogurt machine Horrible if this the direction Tru has opted please then sell the individual cups include dairy free the pancake machine another disappointment the pancakes are not warm perhaps neater but not appetizing at least the bagels and oatmeal has not changed in addition please have dairy free creamer available thank you for the tea and honey available especially at night much appreciated other than these concerns the hotel is very GOOD please insure that ALL of your sites have the same options thank you

Clean and well maintained, Break fast was good too.

The room was very clean, functional breakfast was adequate. Overall i would stay here again.

No hot water in the evening. We were already settled. I contacted the desk and they put a work order in. By morning definitely better but not hot. Other then that clean room, excellent breakfast. Staff was very attentive.

Shower was leaking on the outside, floor was really wet around the shower. Bathroom should’ve been a little cleaner. Breakfast line was very long. Went to eat breakfast around 8:30. Property is nice.

Staff was great and the free breakfast was amazing, delicious and super fresh!
