Our trip was Christmas eve into Christmas Day. We had our adult children with us and booked a couple rooms. We picked up dinner and brought it back to their lobby. We felt completely comfortable eating our dinner in the breakfast area. The boys used the indoor pool, and we all played a couple of games of foosball on their tables in the lobby. We really enjoyed the breakfast the next morning. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. It is in a very convenient location and would stay there again.

This hotel was clean and had a wide range of activities including an indoor pool, foosball and other games and a fitness facility. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The area was quiet and appeared safe. The room was clean, but the bed was extremely hard. It was still a great stay with a decent price.

Booked this hotel through Expedia and requested a 1st floor room with accessible accommodation for an elderly person. Hotel responded within 24 hours acknowledging my request, we were place in a 1st floor room near an exit perfect for our needs. Hotel and rooms were clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Hotel has an ice machine along with a water filler station, free coffee and tea available 24hours.

It's Denver Pennsylvania you wouldn't expect a lot of hotels but it actually does have several pool was good The parking lot not so great cuz I was towing a trailer and there's no place to park one you have to drive to a restaurant everything else was okay

Stayed for a soccer tournament in the area. Hotel was just right for the boys with a nice lounge area, pool and breakfast was not that bad either. They liked the pancake maker.

I was worried about the ants. They were crawling on the walls. My friends also stayed there, and they were plagued by a different kind of ants. They were in the bathroom. It was very disappointing.

Probably the cleanest hotel room ive stayed in since before covid. Super quiet, very nice staff, plenty 9f parking, and within minutes of the family we were visiting. Would definitely come back

The bathroom was clean BUT there were fleas in the bed! The sheets may not have been changed?! But it wasn’t immediately noticed. The check-in person was very focused on making sure he charged us $50 for “incidentals.” We asked for a list of items, and he couldn’t even name one.

Great option for the Lancaster area. I explored the Amish country and this location was perfectly located for my adventures. The staff was excellent and friendly. I really couldn’t ask for more. Clean rooms. Clean property. I’d definitely stay here again.

For years we were Hilton Diamond members and have stayed at Hilton properties. This was the most uncomfortable room we have ever stayed in! A tiny little rolling desk with small desk chair, no other chair or table in the room! Nowhere to sit and read or table to sit at! Way to Stark! Big room with no comfort! Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Would Never stay at a Tru again.

didn't like the new modern look. I like the more tradional hotels with dressers for clothes, not the open look where your clothes are out for all to see. no microwave in room. had to use a smelly one near kiosk. room needs a comfy chair to sit in while watching tv so you dont sit on bed with street clothes on and a table for two if we bring meals back into the room. other than rooms being sparse, rest was ok.

This place was not for me. Nothing bad happened. The rooms were very small for two people and 2 small dogs. Walls were thin. You could here any amount of noise from neighbors. Air conditioner was noisy also. When it rained outside. It sounded like it was raining inside. Breakfast was ok.

This is a good hotel. The price comparable to others in the area, but you are getting Hilton quality. The breakfast is very good, with a nice selection of items. My only complaint is with the pillows. The are not very comfortable. I bring my own when I stay here. It is convenient to the PA turnpike.
