We booked thru Hotel.com a couple hours prior unfortunately the hotel hadn’t received our information yet. The checkin manager was helpful. The hotel grounds are spacious and very clean. The rooms have under the counter fridge, microwave and Kcup coffee/tea in each room. Toiletery items are available at front desk if needed. It cost $2 in quarters for the laundry use. The breakfast was small and limited time.

I have stayed here before and thought it was nice. This time I stayed 3 nights. The hotel rooms have really gone down. The shade on the window didn’t work well. The bathroom was not that clean. There was hair on the floor. (Not mine). When I got back in my room on Friday night there was alot of water spilled in front of the fridge. I don’t know why. Saturday night when I got to the room, it looked like someone was in my bed. I’m not sure what the maid did, but the sheets were all twisted up crazy with the comforter. After trying to fix it, I finally just took off the sheets and comforter and remade the bed the right way.

We had ants in our room and since the housekeepers and maintenance man did not speak English it was difficult to explain the problem. The front desk person had to explain and they brought in a chemical to spray the desk and floor area. Ants were back within a couple hours. Not happy they did not offer to move us and choose to spray room while we were in it.

Good hotel. Conveniently located to HEB, and some fast food and restaurants. Great to see the Leander area building up. Need hotel to get better wi-fi and ensure all of its outlets are operational. Also—lots of traffic here with construction and many hotel guest are working construction—-so hotel needs to keep common areas a bit more clean.

Rooms need better upkeep amd maintenance. Stayed on the second floor and first room the air conditioner didnt work too well and was so humid that the sheets felt wet. First room also had no phone or stopper for the tub. Was moved to the room next door in the morning and it was a little better but atill had a humid feeling. Property not is as good a condition as 2 years ago when we last stayes.

This is a very basic hotel. The staff are excellent and they are the reason I would stay again. The hotel needs some upkeep. There was a broken window shade, washer, and the office chair was in terrible shape.

This is a new hotel and we stayed here six months ago and it was great but this time not so much…. Our bathtub was filthy. The towels are thread bare already. You can tell they just made everything with the cheapest of materials because the floors are already cracked. We went down to get bedding for the pull out bed and we get sent back just a bottom sheet that doesn’t even fit the bed and a felt blanket. No top sheet. The girl at check-in was super unfriendly and could really just care less that anyone was in her hotel. We will not be staying here again.

The first day we arrived the power was out until late in the night. No AC no electricity, no elevator. Many people went to another hotel. The second night was a rolling black out that didn’t happen during the scheduled hours but happened later so no elevator again for hours. I had a question about my bill and was told I would have to talk to the morning manager. She left him an email and said he would call me. No call came. When I called back in the morning and talked to the manager he was rude and when I mentioned the power outage he said it was beyond his control and his home had no power either during the power outage and he still needed to pay his mortgage. I never asked him to take away any of my bill. I don’t know what his home has to do with my bill discrepancies. It was not a good experience. My bill problem was that Expedia said I had paid a portion of my bill and the hotel said they never got a payment so he said I needed to deal with Expedia.

Hotel was very nice and in great condition. Very convenient to everything in the area. Highly recommend this property. Also important to note that we inadvertently left a valuable item behind in the room when we checked out. Called the hotel later that day and the item had been found and secured by the cleaning staff. Returned to us in the same condition in which it was left. Greatly appreciate their honesty and kindness.

When we checked in, we were exhausted. The front desk was amazing. I’m afraid I don’t recall the gentleman‘s name. I’m actually ashamed that I don’t because he was so kind. He got ice for us so we wouldn’t have to. He told us where everything was, and what time breakfast was in the morning. He was amazing.

The staff at this Holiday Inn were very unprofessional, disrespectful, and incompetent at their jobs. My credit card was charged upon checking in (after I had already paid via Expedia reservation) and upon requesting this issue to be resolved on a phone call, they charged my credit card once more instead of refunding it. It was even charged a 2nd time (3 total payments) and still has not been completely resolved yet. While speaking to them on the phone I was hung up on when I was asked to be put on hold.

I booked a room for my parents to stay for one night. The initial room that they were given has a couch that didn't look like it was cleaned properly. I brought this issue with the front desk attendant, and he immediately resolved the issue by assigning them another available room that was cleaned properly. The attendant was respectful and very easy to work with (didn't get his name, unfortunately). The property is right across the street from the metro rail and it is walking distance to HEB, so that adds a level of convenience. However, there isn't much to see and do in its immediate vicinity.

This was a new hotel and we had high expectations based on previous stays at other Holiday Inn Express Hotels. This one fell short. We had no ice bucket in the room and had to go to the lobby late at night. It took a long time to find one and then there was no ice machine on our floor. The one on the floor below us was out of order! We always have enjoyed the breakfasts at Holiday Inn Express but once again, we were disappointed. The pancake machine was out of order and those delicious cinnamon rolls we were looking forward to were cold!

The Holiday inn express was an ok place to stay, nothing horrible, but nothing really great either. We had to request sheets and pillows for the pullout bed, which was syper uncomfortable, but at least there was a third place for someone to sleep. There were 2 shampoos, but no conditioner in the shower, and not enough towels. Breakfast the first morning was aweful, the orange juice was out, they were aware and rude about it when we asked them to fix it. Breakfast is supposed to be iver at 10, but by 9:30 there was nothing but rock hard biscuits and vanilla greek yogurt. Pancake machine was brojen the whole time and all hot food was gone. The secind breakfast was slightly better, but all 4 of us ended up not feeling well. Overall, not horrible, but the maintenance and care of their staff could definitely use a makeover.

Overall the place was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the breakfast and coffee. Both mornings I went to the breakfast, the coffee was cold and very strong. I only tried for breakfast one morning, and when I arrived a little after 9, there was hardly anything left to choose from. I felt the kitchen was in a hurry to close it down. I was very disappointed, considering Holiday Inn usually offers fresh, hot coffee all day long and their breakfast is usually top notch.

The room was very clean, the check in staff, a very sweet lady had the most outstanding customer service!!! I don’t recall her name but she was there for check in at 2:30 on Saturday Mar 8 and was there Sunday morning at checkout. Outstanding and very kind young lady!! However, the breakfast was not great at all. The scrambled eggs were terrible!! Fake eggs or powdered eggs? Not sure but it was awful. The room was a little too warm during the night. We turned the temp Down but it didn’t get cooler. Difficulty sleeping.
