Location is tucked in a corner of shopping center area, some more signage for where to enter center would be appreciated. Also signage of parking. There is more parking in lower level, but hotel card is needed to enter that parking lot. Rooms are a good size and there is much in walking distance for restaurants and shopping and Sugar House Park.

Fantastic Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Great Amenities! Our overall stay was very enjoyable! We took advantage of the whirlpool and pool facilities and had a wonderful time. The addition of separate men’s and women’s showers at the pool was a nice touch. The price was reasonable, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We opted for the double queen suite, which was spacious and featured a large walk-in closet—definitely a great perk! The shower was very nice, providing a refreshing experience. While the refrigerator was only marginal, it wasn’t a big issue for us, and we didn’t use the microwave. Overall, a great stay with good amenities, and we would definitely consider returning!

Staff were great but frustrated that there was a clitch with TV and could not get golf channel. Bathroom had fecal matter on wall!! Shower door was pushed in and not working properly. Parking limited as garage would not accommodate Yukon due to height restriction. Not sure we will come back

the hotel it’s self was very clean as well as the rooms we checked out the breakfast it was nice good options but we didn’t eat. th pool was nice and jacuzzi. housekeeping was nice when we told her to come back. the service when we checked in was great very nice older lady. when we extended one more night this other lady wasn’t so nice. kinda walked away from me a couple of times like i was bothering her. other than that great hotel. i love how its literally next to everything food coffee and shopping great location.

We came from Idaho and stayed one night for a doctor’s appointment nearby. The room was clean and accessible for my husband in his wheelchair, the pool and hot tub were nice to visit, and breakfast was great!! Staff promptly brought extra towels to room. Will stay again for future visits.

Room is comfortable. Beds are comfortable. Room was pretty quiet. Only complaint is there is no night light in the bathroom so it is very dark unless you turn on a light and it’s very bright in the middle of the night.

We had a room that faced the mountains and while the view was beautiful there were other issues. Our window was up from a Taco Bell parking lot and drive thru. It was very noisy. The snowplows in the surrounding parking lot woke us up very early. The adjoining room walls are paper thin and the bed was hard. The room was very clean and new though. I don’t know if we will stay here again.

This was a nice, clean, new hotel. This was a great place to stay before we left town. The room was good sized and the place seemed brand new. Great continental breakfast as well. It was located right next to several restaurants and even a target. So depending on your needs it was conveniently located. Less then 20 min to the airport and close to the university and natural history museum. I would stay there again.

The room was spacious, comfy, and clean and included a sitting area, desk area, large closet, and spacious bathroom. our only concern was that we were able to hear someone's tv rather loudly through a vent when we retired for the evening. There is a parking garage under this hotel, and we found parking onsite to be easy; you are able to use your room key to go directly from the garage to your room floor. We slept in a bit and nearly missed the breakfast buffet. Although it was a bit picked over when we arrived, it appeared that there had been plenty of choices for those who arrived to breakfast more timely. Our in-room coffee selection had not been replenished and included only decaf and no stir sticks, which is not how I prefer to start my day, making the lobby breakfast buffet more important for coffee seekers. I would have selected 5 stars for this property but for the minor things I mentioned.

So there’s nothing majorly wrong with the property, except the fact that it was a tiny room with a high price. I do understand there’s location involved in the pricing, but for $100 less you can get a lot nicer room within a few miles travel

Our stay in this hotel was disappointing. First of all, the AC fan was very loud and there is no easy way to shut it off. I have asked the staff twice to properly turn it off. The design of the room is inconvenient. There is no way to use bath and toilet separately. The bathroom door cannot be operated by small kids. The light of bathroom shine bright upon the beds, it can wake up kids. The staff and cleanliness were good, no issues.

It's in a nice, up to date area. Not close to downtown SLC but there are many shops and eating options in walkable distances. Staffs were very nice and helpful. Facilities are clean and nice breakfast too.
