Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer ist für eine Städtetour absolut ausreichend. Der einzige Minuspunkt für uns ist, dass die Fenster nur gekippt werden können, daher kann nur schlecht gelüftet werden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, genug Auswahl und gute Qualität. Sehr guter Kaffee. Sicherheit wird auch groß geschrieben, es kann zb. niemand ohne Schlüsselkarte den Aufzug nutzen oder in das Treppenhaus. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

New hotel at the start of the main shopping street, opposite the Opera. Very convenient, friendly staff that are learning the ropes. Front desk is small and always busy. Everything is new and in good condition. Nice breakfast buffet but can be crowded.

The staff members were amazing, so friendly and professional! Always greeting with a smile and patience even with grumpy customers. Their various railway options were very confusing but Anas, a staff member, stopped what he was doing and took time to answer my questions, saved me a ton of money on another railway ticket and cleared up all of my confusion that even 5 other people at the ticket office couldn’t answer. Thank you Anas! The complimentary breakfast was always fresh and delicious; mix of fresh, dry and hot foods, not a ton but enough of a variety and freshness— the fresh breads were the best. Rooms were very clean, fresh smelling and sound proof for a peaceful evening - can’t hear next room activities. The hotel provides laundry services but takes a min of 24hrs to get back. So there’s a laundromat within 5min walk from the hotel. Hotel is also within a 5 min walk of a huge shopping area that you could easily get lost in and end up at the downtown market. It’s within 7 min walking distance from the central train station. There’s a parking garage, bicycle rentals, bus stops and underground metro right outside the hotel. A grocery market is right around the corner for fresh fruits, quick on the go meals etc. It’s been the best experience I’ve ever had for my 11 day stay!! I will definitely return here again!

Das Hotel ist ganz neu und hat eine Top Lage. Tiefgarage Opera direkt gegenüber. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Super bequeme Betten. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Fußgängerzone und Bahnhof nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Wir Können das Hotel sehr empfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

The view from the our hotel room on the 7th floor was exceptional. Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful. Its location was perfect for what we wanted to see. It was walking distance to everything. I was hoping for a gym but they didn’t have one so to compromise if your looking for a good workout I suggest doing a few sets of the 9 floor stair well. It served me well:)

Möjligt att parkera/lasta av en stund utanför sen parkering på andra sidan under vägen (Indigo Opera), 22€ med 5€ kupong från hotellet. Jättetrevlig personal. Lite ”enklare” frukostbuffé men fylls på utan fördröjning. Perfekta sängar/kuddar, stort utsikt mot stan. Några minuter till Opera/sagolik Centralstationen, ca 20 min från resten (gågator, katedralen)

Ok hotel for a couple of days. Room smelled clean but carpet was stained and dirty. Beds were comfortable and all I. All the room was clean except for carpet. Staff very friendly. Area at nighttime was sketchy. I would not walk alone if you are a solo traveler.

Great hotel for a city trip to Antwerp. Modern and new. Rooms are on the small side, but the beds are excellent. Nice firm matrasses. Slept like a baby here. Some mold in the bathroom. Nothing major, but cleaning / maintenance could be improved. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also excellent, with enough seating possibilities. The location of the hotel is perfect. Short walking distance to old center and shopping street 'Meir'. Also tramline 1 to the south of Antwerp (including the KMSKA museum) runs right in front of the hotel. Easy access to public transport.

Shower was dirty, fire alarm went off at 3:30, a lot of noise in the hallway, drunk loud people in the hallway and the bed sheets were dirty. We were there for only one night but won’t recommend this to anyone tbh.

Very easy to walk to from the station or the underground metro. Shopping very close by and excellent. The shower didnt drain well and flooded the bathroom. Room felt cramped with the sofa bed folded down. But impressed at the good use of space! Breakfast was life being at school, very chaotic and not enough seating.

O hotel está em bom estado porque é novo, mas a manutenção parece que deixa a desejar. limpeza dos quartos mais ou menos, quando entramos o lixo do banheiro não tinha sido retirado do hóspede anterior, tinha uma maçã embaixo da cama. Café da manhã bom!

地點十分優越，就在搭FlixBus 抵達的Roosevelt 廣場旁邊，步行到中央火車站也只是5分鐘路程。附近有超市及購物大街。酒店是走型格路線，實用功能方面就差了些（例如沒有正常的工作枱面）。酒店給了我地面的房間，推開樓層大門便是早餐區，感覺不好。房間電視也是開不到的。雖然第二天酒店有主動提出換房，但我只是住3晚，便不想麻煩了！

It’s just perfect. Friendly and professional staff, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious, clean and have air conditioning which is very important in the summer. I just came back from my trip to Antwerp, got in love with the city. I am definitely coming back and will stay at this hotel.

Kamers zijn niet groot maar prima in orde. Mooi uitzicht op de Opera. Vriendelijke service bij de receptie. Lekker ontbijtbuffet. Waterkoker met koffie en thee. Het enige dat we misten was een klein koelkastje. Voor de rest: helemaal prima!

Front counter staff very good. Housekeeping did not care about any requests. Came into room 3 times after being told not to. Breakfast was very, very good. No meats at all but good nutrition for the day. Would definitely stay here again but don't trust the maids.

Left my Sony camera, I called two times to the receptionist, but no sign of it. Das Hotel ist ganz neu und hat eine Top Lage. Tiefgarage Opera direkt gegenüber. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Super bequeme Betten. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Fußgängerzone und Bahnhof nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Wir Können das Hotel sehr empfehlen und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Front counter staff very good. Housekeeping did not care about any requests. Came into room 3 times after being told not to. Breakfast was very, very good. No meats at all but good nutrition for the day. Would definitely stay here again but don't trust the maids.

Die Einrichtung war OK, etwas Ikea-Style ... Leider keine Möglichkeit die Kleidung irgendwo unterzubringen, also leben aus dem Koffer. Klimaanlage im Foyer und Fruhstücksraum viel zu kalt eingestellt. Frühstück war okay, recht vielfältige Auswahl, aber die Qualität der Produkte eher mäßig. Das Waffeleisen wäre eine nette Idee, wenn es ohne dieses nervtötende Gequitsche zu handhaben wäre ... Insgesamt aber alles in allem okay, vor allem das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft in der direkten Nähe zu Oper. Der historische Bahnhof nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in direkter Nähe. Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip in Antwerpen. Die Mitarbeiter waren ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok.. ich hätte mir mehr frisches Obst und Vollkornbrot gewünscht. Es war alles eher „ungesund“. Wer es morgens gerne süß mag wird mit dem Frühstück zufrieden sein.

Very easy to walk to from the station or the underground metro. Shopping very close by and excellent. The shower didnt drain well and flooded the bathroom. Room felt cramped with the sofa bed folded down. But impressed at the good use of space! Breakfast was life being at school, very chaotic and not enough seating.

Some items weren't updated as quick as ideal. Rooms are standard HIEX rooms but no safe in mine (401) which isn't the norm. Amazing environmental policy of exchanging no room refresh for drinks tokens for the bar. Brilliant idea.
