Helpful courteous staff. Love using the pool and gym. Room was clean. The design/layout of the room is easy to get around and comfortable. We enjoy the seating area in the lobby and the ability to go out on the patio area.

Had to change rooms because my room had silverfish. But staff was accommodating and the new room was great. The hotel is very clean. Parking is terrible as there is a sports bar that shares a parking lot and the evenings parking is extremely limited

Rooms were very well appointed and clean. The entire hotel was very clean and had good amenities. Lots of restaurants nearby and just off the Linc, so easy to get around. The only issue is it's in behind a restaurant and a store and not readily visible from the road so you have to know where to turn in or you will pass it. Needs better signage on the street.

Hotel looks brand new and was immaculate. Reception - great employees working there, so welcoming and always helpful. Only confusion was we asked for every other day a tidy up in our room (we stayed a week), and they came once on the third day and not again, so I kept having to ask for supplies. Then finally the cleaners came in to do a thorough clean, but we declined as we were leaving the next day as that didn't make any sense. Breakfast - the area was modern and comfortable and great use of space. Great continental breakfast with fresh hot and cold options. Shout out to Parnisha who worked there Mon-Friday mornings, who always had a smile on her face and was so helpful, even when she was extremely busy! Could perhaps use more staff/hands in the busy mornings as it was a challenge or them to keep up with filling/re-filling of items! Room - our room was spacious and bright and the king bed was very comfy! Liked having the kitchen, could have been stocked with more than 2 of everything, in order to use the dishwasher (had to wash by hand if we wanted to use again the same day). Pool - clean but small. I could still do some laps when it was quiet, but when kids came in there is not much room. Laundry - 2 washers and 2 dryers, and on a Saturday it was busy and I had to wait a while to use the machines. But was easy to access and get coins, etc. Overall - we really enjoyed our week stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it! I give it a 10/10.

I've stayed here before and have always had a good experience except for this time. The service was great; however, the cleaner was slacking this time. The floor in my room was sticky, I had to keep my shoes on, the sink wouldn't drain and there was hair hanging from the towel rack. Not impressed.

This is my favourite hotel to stay when we are visiting Hamilton. The rooms are always clean. It is very quiet and a great location close to restaurants. I find the rooms a good size and parking is easy. Staff at the front desk are always so helpful and friendly every time we stay there and we have stayed multiple times.

RED FLAG - Privacy concern: there are 2 layers of pull-off blinds, one is blackout and one is light filtering, you cannot tell which one is closed if you don't check carefully, especially when it's dark outside. We checked in at 8pm, room only has the filter curtain pulled down, only found this out the next morning. With dark outside and lights inside, it's almost 100% see through, our room is at 1st floor facing the parking lot and restaurants - this was never reminded by the front desk or anywhere; Very little sound proofing: Walls between rooms appear to be just drywalls, we could hear easily the next door room's talking, TV, coughing, etc.

Heard everything above me, outside, next room over. The rooms just have bad soundproofing. The room was great. Comfy bed, fridge/full kitchen. Extremely clean. Took 30 seconds to change every TV channel so it was basically unwatchable.

We stayed two night. This property was fantastic. We had a room with two Queen beds and a kitchenette. Spacious. Quiet. Clean. The morning breakfast was great. And we had dinner across the way at Shoeless Joe’s. Highly recommend. Finally, the cost through expedia was a great value for what we got.

Room not as promised but this isn’t why I was so unimpressed. Staff so slow to respond to requests (towels and hairdryer) that we had to make them multiple times. Breakfast was not terrific (everything prepackaged and highly processed and no cut fruit after 7:30 any of the 3 mornings). Staff could not even manage a perfunctory apology. There are better places to stay in Hamilton and we will.

Stayed for two nights at the hotel. The facility looks and feels brand new. Rooms were in great condition and very clean. Every single staff member interaction was absolutely outstanding. From check-in to late night snack getting service was outstanding. The hotel says their policy is anything less than 8/10 is a fail and you can tell this isn’t just a statement but a value that they hold themselves accountable to. My visit was 10/10. I frequently stay in hotels and rarely leave a review. In this case I felt the entire team deserved recognition for a fantastic stay and experience.

Hotel is lovely - staff friendly. However, location is terrible. Behind a Shoeless Joe's restaurant with shared parking lot and room views are of parking lots (mine faced an auto garage). Served my purpose (near hospitals in Hamilton) but not a great area if you're looking for a nice place with nice views. Inside of hotel - great. Outside - nope.

This hotel was very difficult to find, particularly at night. It says it is on Upper James Street. However, it was not readily visible from the street. Instead it is "hidden" behind a business called "Factory Shoes". There was no sign whatsoever on the main street to identify the property. We had to stop and asked two gas-station attendants for help to get to the property.

This is a great hotel. Nicely location 2 min from the LINC so easly to travel anywhere in Hamilton. Lots of food choices walkable distance. Bed was comfy. Better signage at the road would be a suggestion as Hotel is tucked behind other buildings.

Great stay, very friendly staff. Downside - breakfast hours - while OK for business, a bit too early for family vacation 6:30-9 weekdays, most hotels are 6:30-9:30. Breakfast itself was OK, adequate. However, coffee was horrendous. Both machines seemed to add water. Definitely something that should be improved.
