There is no access for a person with disabilities. It did have a lot of character and breakfast was good with lots of fruits.but watch your step entering your room as the floor was at a different height.

One of my best stays ever. So comfortable host just incredible breakfast full of fruit being my stay was in November very amazing. I rated the pool as 5 but obviously did not use it but my room overlooked the area and was extremely well maintained. I only stay one night so cannot comment about shopping, dining,or transportation as they were not in my travels this time. Highly recommend staying here and will myself again.

We were disappointed enough to leave after checking in and seeing our room. The carpeting throughout the building was stained and dirty. There were ants in our room. There was a very limited supply of towels and soap.

We had a Rose room with balcony. Bathroom is large and we had a jacuzzi tub. Property is well kept. Everything was good except the room was way too cold at night even though manager advised us to cover the vent. They need to keep extra blankets in the room

Not much to say prefer hotels. Not very spacious, front desk is a little bit annoying breakfast was okayy not much. Pool only for swimmers not for relaxing. Bathroom really small find not very impressed. No wifi, TV not working🙅‍♀️

Truly beautiful place with the amenities you'd expect at a hotel. Hostess was lovely and very professional and welcoming. Continental breakfast was very nice and dining room was very clean. You had to ask for juice as it was not readily available with the tea and coffee. Perhaps they were limiting it... Bed was very comfortable and room and washroom were spotless. My only complaint was that our room was freezing most of the night, and there were no extra blankets in the room. Would stay again, but most likely in warmer weather.

A chance to stay in a mansion, in a neighbourhood of mansions. Beautifully appointed room. Only thing is bathroom was very small and we are thin people. Fresh and tasty continental breakfast.

The only reason I didn't give the area around then property five stars is that while it's in a beautiful neighborhood, it isn't located quite as close to the beautiful parks as some other locations. That being said, we were thrilled with the Villa. Our room, the Rose room, had a private balcony, a very comfortable king bed, and a Jacuzzi in the spacious washroom. The washroom itself is at least half the size of a typical motel room. The included Continental breakfast is quite good, with a nice selection of fresh fruit, some pastries, bagels, etc. There are also at least half a dozen varieties of tea available; quite nice! Finally, the staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Villa, or to stay again.

Even though I live in Toronto I’m unfamiliar with that part of the GTO. I was surprised by how spacious and grand the estates are in that neighbourhood - including Newton Villa. Sign in was quick and welcoming. The decor was well designed and exceptionally clean.

Gorgeous place, staff where very friendly and helpful, i got in late and they helped me to get some business attended to and still get rest. Breakfast was delicious with great variety of fresh options. Only downside is its been a week and still waiting for the deposit to be released.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast was well presented and fresh. The property is just outside of the busy city traffic so was easy to access and yet still close to amenities. The walls in the room showed signs of the age of this property but everything was clean and neat. We will certainly stay here again if we return to the area.

It is placed in a beautiful neighborhood. The food places are not that conveniently located, but they are not too far. It is a very homey feeling, and my bedroom was ample and very clean. I was there one night and arrived late, so obviously the staff was almost at the end f their shift. I did not see anyone when I left.

This b&b was so pretty. The grounds were incredibly clean, we are actually talking about having our wedding here and booking the whole place. The staff was super nice and always said hello or something in passing. I enjoyed the breakfast too. It was simple but good. Very quiet which is what we wanted, we wanted a break from our day to day. Only thing i would say, is i wish this place was pet friendly because my corgi dog is well behaved and wouldnt be a nuisance whatsoever.
