The swimming pool is so cold I would let my grandkids in the pool. That’s the main reason why we rent a room coming to Morgan. We have rented this hotel about a half dozen times and it never changes. We will start renting in Ogden so my Grandkids can enjoy the pool!!@

There were some minor inconveniences, but the room itself was nice. There are only two carts for luggage, and one of them was janky. The toaster only works on one side, and there are a lot of people at breakfast, so yes, this matters. The pool is out of order atm. But the staff was wonderful, and the rooms were clean. Seems like management issues to me….

We've stayed here a couple of times before and each time has been great. Our trip this time was for a memorial service, we have 3 rooms, and we did have younger children with us and they were very disappointed that the pool was closed while we were there.

Check in was super easy. We were allowed to pick which floor we wanted which was nice. The room was clean and large. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good but there was no fruit available. The pool was out of service. This wasn't a major issue for us (this time) but would like to be told when we book the room rather than when we show up to the hotel. I check several hotel websites, even the Cobblestone home site and there was nothing about the pool not working. Shower had plenty of hot water but the shower head was not working right as no matter what position you had it in (hard or soft spray), it sprayed the same and leaked.

Great staff, very accommodating over night front desk person. Parking was super close to the room window. Within walking distance to little Main Street type places and convenient store. Morgan is such a cool little town . Get some meat from Bingham’s!

Fairly new facility, plenty of parking, staff was friendly, quiet area, minimal workout room but suffecient. Not as good: Pool was closed, two bright lights were pointed at our window to accent landscaping. There were warm/cold breakfast options. Some of the warm options were not kept very warm, and min variety of bagels, muffins etc., or not kept stocked, ended up going out.

Nice hotel! Friendly staff, clean, good breakfast area. Wish I knew the pool was under construction before I booked. I don’t think it’s ethical to advertise a pool, then say it’s closed during check-in.

Staff very unprofessional. Room had bugs and broken equipment (luggage stand). Way to expensive for the quality of the facility. Unfortunately there is no other option for staying in Morgan.

Went to pull out the sofa bed and there was tons of popcorn under the bed! That tells me it wasn’t cleaned well. Guy at the front desk was rude. Breakfast was good though.

Very clean rooms and properly. REALLY plush, clean, and comfortable bedding. I wish the AC/fan had an option to stay running, so the room was a bit warm for sleeping, but the owners and staff clearly care about the hotel and their guests. Recommend.

Room was not cleaned when we arrived. We had to vacuum and sanitize our own room. The garbages were full, beds were dirty, floor was disgusting. The staff was empathetic and offered a discount, but never actually received any compensation for our trouble. We will not stay here again.

Very friendly staff. They promptly moved me to a different room after I noticed a few boxelder bugs in the bathroom of the first room I was given. Apparently, boxelder bugs were common this time of year in Utah. The gentleman at the front desk was apologetic about the bugs and promised they would take care of them.

Room faced a large trailer park which was not the view you would expect in such a scenic area - trains going by all night as well. The hotel charged me for a night the website accidentally booked me for instead of the real date I originally entered. I was never able to get anyone to talk to be or help reverse the charges. I finally cornered the manager and he kept saying it was more than 15 days so there’s nothing he could do - great customer service not! He kept saying you were a no show - well no kidding I live in Washington State - he refused to discount my rate for this trip and kept insinuating I should have been able to talk to someone - I showed him all the phone tecords and he denied anything was wrong. - I will never darken their doorstep again and you should avoid these hotels…there are more choices

Bed was comfy, room was clean, staff was nice. Breakfast was typical of this chain, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt etc… Our room was right next to the elevator and we couldn’t hear it at all so I’m thinking the insulation between rooms is better than most.

Room was severely neglected. None of the lamps worked. No remote for the tv. The door did not feel secure. Thermostat was broken and air conditioner unit in the wall looked broken as well.

Room windows sealed shut and AC controls did not work. Needed to unplug AC unit when too cold and strong and then wake up to plug it back in when it got too stuffy and warm. Wish we could have opened the window a crack. Otherwise very clean. Nearby eating options close very early.

The personnel were awesome. They were working hard to meet everyones need. They did seem to be overwhelmed by all the different jobs they had. Front desk,washing, all the food.etc 1 person. Aside from this. It was comfortable place.

We arrived at 10:45 after a long travel day. They did not have our room! They tried to put us in a room with one bed… we needed 2. Then they sent us to a room where someone was already sleeping. We ended up in a room with a broken tv and a broken window blind. Also, we are not sure if it was cleaned. There was a cigarette butt under the sink. We got this horrible room 45 minutes later! We needed to get to sleep and had to take it. The view from our room was a mobile home park. They said they would discount the stay and did not. When we went to check out they did not even have our room number correct. Showed us in another room. Perhaps the room where we were supposed to have been that they obviously sold to someone else. This experience makes me very wary of using hotels.com. Not having a reservation or room is not acceptable.

It took us 45 min to check in. The front desk had to take my credit card and ID four different times during the check in process because she couldn’t remember if she put it in correctly or if she saved it. After we got to our room and went to sleep, the same front desk lady called twice (11pm and 11:45 pm) to reconfirm our name to make sure it was booked correctly and she had us in the correct room. The room was nice but the sheets were very uncomfortable, did not sleep great. Hotel was fine for one quick night but wouldn’t recommend.

Nice, clean, quiet place to rest in great small town. I'd forgotten some important documents and Olivia and Sonia at the front desk went out of their way to contact me and make sure I was able to retrieve them. Top notch service.

I felt this was an odd hotel. It is located near a tiny remnant of a town, in front of a trailer park. Inside, it looks like it was intended to be a fancier hotel with nice perks, but maybe they cut the budget and didn’t refill the fancy-perk containers. Bowls but no fruit, empty syrup dispensers by the coffee… All in all, it was a good stay, just felt bare-bones.

The hotel is in a quiet area. It was nice and the staff was friendly. It was right next to several stores and restaurants, so walking distance. However, most of them closed at 8 or 9. Something to keep in mind if you get in late.

This hotel is new and beautiful and includes an above average breakfast. Quick easy check in and kind service. Quiet, walkable area close to both businesses and residential neighborhoods so you don’t feel like you are in the busy, noisy business hub of town like many hotels are. Right next to a very well appointed 7 Eleven gas station that includes the Morgan Cafe, which offers a good variety of food. The employees at the 7 Eleven are very nice as well. The only downside of our stay was an intermittent whirring noise made by some machine in the hotel that was audible in our room 105. It’s not very loud but it can disrupt your sleep if you require a super quiet atmosphere like I do. This may not be an issue in any other room so this is not a reason to avoid this hotel. It would be really hard to find anything this nice for the price anywhere else.

The staff was friendly and helpful. One of the best breakfasts that you can find. Our large family had plenty of room and we're very comfortable. The pool was nice. Given the chance I would stay there again. Nice restaurant options within walking distance.

A spacious, clean, reasonably priced and well-appointed small hotel, conveniently located from the highway. Breakfast was abundant and fresh. My wife was thrilled after a rundown earlier motel. We plan to stay here again for cross-country road trips. There's also an excellent takeout fried chicken place and a 7-11 on either side of the parking lot. Five stars!

We arrived late and the reception was ok about our arrival. They did help swap our room for two queens last min! Beds were really comfy Our room looked over someones unkept yard. Only one guest could log into the hotel WiFi. Breakfast room was packed with no attendanf. There was no forks at breakfast, no biscuts for the gravy, and coffee was empty. Was charged for the room at hotel and I had already been charged at Hotels.com
