Clean property/rooms and great customer service, complimentary breakfast could be improved. There is construction near the hotel, so the sign to turn into the property is not very visible and property is on a busy street so it is a little difficult to turn in and out of the hotel. There is no restaurant onsite, but you can go across the street to the Aloft hotel for food and drinks.

The room was clean and the hotel was quiet, which is very much appreciated. Only complaint was the bed & pillows weren’t very comfortable. My husband I felt each other tossing and turning and my husband said his hip was achy as a result of the mattress. On the plus side we were SO happy to find out this location has an EV charger.

No coffe or tea in room. Though parking was adequate, ingress to facilities is dangerous. Also, since my credit card was charged an extra $25 for ‘incidentals’ on addition to my basic lodging., and I was not provided with a revised, corrected invoice when I checked out and turned in my room key!

Mold in the shower, some kind of gross smear spray on the mirror right when you walk in. AC parts falling off, no tissues in the box, TP holder fell off the wall when we tore off the paper. For a “king room” there was hardly any room to walk in, could not fur the roller cart in the door and walk around to unload it. Light switches don’t match up, no microwave??? No closet??? For almost $350 it was the biggest rip off of a Hilton branded hotel we’ve ever been to.

Bottom of shower door was covered in mold/mildew. Green and gross. Let them know it was there and our child is allergic to mold and they said they'd have someone clean it "tomorrow".... our checkout day. Knowing she had an allergy.

The floors were too dirty to walk on without shoes. When my husband showed the staff member at the front desk a towel where he scooted around after a shower to keep his feet clean she looked disgusted, but didn’t apologize or offer to see management. Not what I expect from anything with the Hilton name.

Absolutely filthy dirty room. Checked for bed bugs and found weird stained mattress. Liquid stains on the walls. Bugs. Loud noise being outside elevator and highway. Would not recommend, nor will I ever Stay at a Tru again. Very basic. So overpriced. We had it booked 2 nights, only stayed one and flew home early. So gross.

The water pressure in the shower was really poor. My husband didn’t even realize I had it running that’s how low it was. Otherwise it was a decent stay. Breakfast was decent and not just all processed stuff. Bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant.

This must have been the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in (we were in a king bed room). I felt like I was in one of the small bedroom showrooms at IKEA. There was no closet, only hooks on the wall and a metal bar. There wasn't enough space for 2 people to pass each other in the room. Also, there was tornado activity close by and when I tried to inquire if there were county tornado sirens, they didn't know. They have an automatic $25 damage deposit at check-in. The building is close to the interstate so lots of truck noises, however, the heat/ac unit was loud enough to drown it out. Building was new (or remodeled) with several convenient USB plugs. Bed was comfortable.

The floors are cold af The first v channels do not tell you what’s on tv, even the information screen says “ no information “ They charge me an extra 25.00 for something. Room was a little small and there was no microwave or closet space. However…the coffee was always hot and available. Bonus points for flavored creamer options. The staff was friendly. The water was hot and the pressure was good (that’s a biggie for me). And the bed was EVERYTHING. I slept like a Queen. I would stay there again just to get a good nights sleep. Great value, especially for the price.

Room was very small. There were limited options for setting things on surfaces, so I had to put things on the floor. There was no dresser, so I had to leave everything in my suitcase. There was no closet, just a pipe with hangers on it. The blanket on the bed was exactly the same size as the top of the mattress. This made me repeatedly try to kick the blanket over the side. When I realized that wouldn't work, I pulled the blanket over. I bumped into the bedframe, which has a sharp edge and it cut my shin. I will not be staying at Tru by Hilton again

We weren’t even able to stay here. Got there to check in, the lady at the front desk told us we didn’t have a reservation so we gave her the confirmation number and she canceled it right in front of us. Then wouldn’t let us talk to a manager. Put her head down and cussed at us.

Check in took 15 minutes for a reservation that was made ahead of time and they have my Hilton Honors info. She was severely incompetent. Charged an extra $ pet fee even though I already paid a $ pet fee. I've been driving all day and didn't want to wait any longer. Will never stay here again.

The room smelled like wet dog which makes you feel as though the rooms are not freshly cleaned and the bedding isn’t clean. There was a lot of parking but few options for long spaces for cars with a trailer- which is what we needed. Upon arrival a woman was behind the counter saw us coming in the door and turned and quickly walked away. We acknowledged that was strange and we were left standing there for check in for over 40min. We called the hotel phone and no one surfaced ever. After 40 min a new man arrived through the back door just arriving for his shift. He did not acknowledge that we had been left alone in an unsupervised facility. Checked us in and we went to bed. I guess the woman wanted to leave and decided checking us in would slow down her exit. But the hotel was unstaffed for over 30 min

The water for your hydration bottles smells and taste like pool water. Ran out of breakfast food at 7am and never replenished what little they offer on free breakfast. We had to go over to IHOP and spend $45 for breakfast. Disappointed

This is a very pre-manufactured hotel. No drawers in the room, just metal shelving, pergo floors, and air conditioning that was loud, ran constantly and did not cool the room. Just not a comfortable place to stay. The breakfast food was tasteless. The towels were minimal in quality. They did have decent coffee and the front desk lady was very sweet.

They have a really nice breakfast buffet in the morning with a good selection of types of foods. Plus they have a yogurt machine which is very nice. Negatives are they will give you an extra blanket but it looks like a mattress pad not a real blanket. Very nice walk in shower. No microwave in the room. Refrig is nice but you can not set the temperature in it so everything was frozen by the next morning. Being as close to the interstate you really did not hear the traffic and I was on one of the front rooms.
