Cool place, strong smell in the lobby that made us book it out of there quickly. Parking was unexpected too, luckily we were able to find free overnight street parking and just woke up early to move it. Cool place though, definitely unique. The bar was sad though and we didn’t go in.

Great location for visiting University of Tennessee. Hotel theming was so cute. Dining option on site was convenient. Only parking option is valet. Definitely not a quiet location. Police sirens all hours of night and dumpsters getting emptied in middle of night.

Location is amazing. If you have a kid at UT, you have to stay there once. Steps away from campus and most dorms. Tennessee/Manning theme is awesome! Some parts of the building a little dated and could use a deeper cleaning of common areas. Shared microwave on every other floor was nice option but it was way overdue for a wipe down. Housekeeping didn’t close the door fully one day, so our room was unlocked for hours. Parking is $35/night and valet is the only option. Watched the basketball game at the attached Saloon 16, where prices were reasonable and the female bartender was friendly. Glad I stayed there but probably won’t choose it again, unless I’m in the area without a car.

This hotel is very fun and full of Volunteer spirit- the staff is fantastic! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The main thing I did not like was the valet parking- and that was the only parking option. Very expensive, and each time we had to get the car, it was a minimum of 15-20 minutes. Very inconvenient. Once, I only had to get something out of the car, and had to wait 20 minutes for the valet to bring the car around, then immediately park it again. Really put a damper on things…

We very much enjoyed our stay. The coffee bar in the morning was convenient, reasonable and had lots of options. The on-site restaurant was great! Couldn’t be more convenient for a visit to UTK or to Market Square.

A bit over priced but a nice hotel. The rooms were well decorated and Tennessee themed. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked. The parking is valet only, sigh, and we didn’t think the higher cost was worth it. Would stay again if didn’t have other options. Right across from campus.

I came to stay the day after a big game, so maybe that is why, but a good portion of the fabrics (bed frame and chairs) were stained and gross. There was no shower curtain liner and minimal towels. The location is great and the theme decor is great, but cleanliness suffered on this stay.

Our room was extremely dated and dirty. The AC vent was covered in dust and the box spring and fabric platform bed was heavily stained. Staff was very nice but the rooms need a major overhaul. For the price it is definitely not worth the money.

Our room was dirty- the air vents, the bed frames, and dust hanging from the ceiling. We were next to a room with a barking dog and you could hear talking from other rooms. The staff was really kind and I loved the themed decor! Overall though, it wasn’t bad, just underwhelming.

I love staying at Graduates and typically enjoy my time. This location was cute but not as nice. The floor I stayed on had a musky damp feeling in the air. Also there were a ton of stains all of my bed. The last thing that was annoying that I was asked if I wanted them to clean my room and I said yes. The next day my room was still dirty.

The room was so poorly planned that you couldn’t open the closet doors and walk between them and the bed. The two of us were talking turns on who got to move around the room: the other person had to sit or be in bed. There was hair in the shower from the previous guest and stains on the cloth bed board that unfortunately led you to wonder what they came from. There is only instant coffee in the room and paper cups, which they took during a mid stay spiffing and did not replace. The staff was fine, the towels nice, and the shower had plenty of hot water. I would not recommend this place, however. A cheaper hotel on the interstate would have been more comfortable and more generous.

fairly good stay. the rooms seem too small for the king size beds. they were clean and staff was friendly. the shower "head' was broken in our room. the maintenance men responded quickly and fixed it within an hour. convenient to ut sports and campus. not a lot of choices for dining around the hotel.

As is typical of Graduate hotels, this was overpriced for what it offered. Style over substance. Cute decor but small and decorations that were not well thought out. Biggest complaint? The practically see through bathroom door. In general barn doors are stupid for bathrooms, you can see through the crack and they don't close well. But this one decided to put frosted glass in it. This meant you could literally see the shadow/outline of the person on the toilet in the bathroom. Also, in the middle of the night, the light shined through the frosted glass waking up the others in the room. The bed also had some weird side pieces on the headboard that I kept knocking my arm into while sleeping. Plus, parking was valet only which means if you accidentally leave something in the car, it's a pain to get. Finally, no free breakfast. I've stayed at several Graduate hotels around the country and I'm not a real fan. The best they have going for them is proximity to campus.

Perfectly decent. Clean, eclectic. Very comfortable beds and great shower. Unfortunately the cleaning products had such an overwhelming smell I felt rather sick. Also, I specifically booked because the rooms were soundproofed BUT the windows aren’t and I could hear the road traffic till midnight and in the morning.

Room was nice. Shower head was worst we’ve seen in a while. Stationary, no adjustments, so all you get is a sprinkling. Not okay for this type property! Pillows were not our favorite…looked nice but was difficult to get comfortable on them. Having a firmer pillow option in the room would have been a bonus.

We were very excited to be staying at this hotel but it was not up to the standard that people made it out to be. We ate at the Saloon 16 bar, the service was awful, the chef left halfway thru our dinner service! My meal came out an hour after everyone’s else. The bedroom lock did not work, which made my mother in law not feel safe! The bathroom latch broke! The valet was rude and difficult. For the price of 2 rooms for 3 nights was very expensive and not worth it! We will happily return to the hotels in Market Square.

Property is great, but somewhat cramped. Check in was disaster. Evidently had groups leave late, computer went down too. My son & I took nap in lobby waiting for our room. I put on makeup & used flat iron in floor in lobby since room not ready. We had basketball game to go to. Got to room just as we were ready to leave for game. Disappointing when you pay high dollar for property.

Loved the reception from Kenzie. Grouped out three rooms together without asking and loved being offered unlimited water as it was a brutally hot day. The parking assistant (Ben) was so pleasant and personable and we enjoyed talking to him. The barista in the am was engaging as well:) Staff and comfort of the bed and sitting area made our visit amazing:)

Gracie at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. We were on a college scouting trip with our son. Gracie gave us wonderful places to visit and eat while we were there. She made out visit to Rocky Top so special.

First time staying at the Graduate in Knoxville and it did not disappoint. I My daughter is a student at UT and we’ve stayed in many hotels, but never have I decided to extend my stay. Location is perfect and while on “The strip” I didn’t hear any noise. Special call put to Gracie at the front desk! She was beyond fantastic! She connected me with a taxi for an early morning airport pick up that allowed me to stay the extra night there vs at the airport. As well as being a smiling helpful face ever time I walked in and out! I frequently stay in hotels and never had such a great experience at the front desk.

The Graduate is probably the most convenient hotel for parents visiting UTK, and that's its greatest asset. But the decor is tired, the breakfast area has limited options, and their bar/restaurant is really a hindrance to business. Saloon 16 is owned by former Vol Peyton Manning, but i doubt he's given it a minute of thought since opening it. During our stay, the satellite tv service was not working properly throughout the hotel, and half the channels didn't work - especially bad was that the weather channel was down, and Knoxville was expecting a winter weather event. The Graduate is a great work opportunity for UTK students, but as a Hilton it doesn't meet their standard.

The location, check in process, cleanliness, unique-ness, and staff are top notch! We ate at Saloon 16 on a Saturday which I would not reccomend. There were only 2 servers for the whole place, and it took 45 minutes for our server to come over and ask our drink order. Overall we were there for 3 hours to get 2 burgers that were average. You can't beat the location and the UT theme!
