The property was on a prime location to the airport. The only thing that i did not like is the valet parking fee. The hotel charges $55 for overnight that is preety steep.

Wish i would have realized that they have no restaurant. I arrived late and was hungry but they just have a small grocery area. Marriott across the street has very nice restaurant. Also only pepsi products.

Excellent room and staff at the property! Very helpful with any questions that we had and of course I have to mention the superb airport shuttle for JFK. Very convenient for travellers and free drop off right outside your terminal.

Everything was great except trying to get from JFK to the hotel in our rental car. Lots of construction at JFK, lots of one-way streets and no street parking. The hotel has been squeezed into a residential neighborhood and has barely any room for cars. Be prepared to pay $55 a night for parking. Would suggest taking hotel shuttle from airport, spend night(s) ant hotel, and take shuttle back to airport to get your rental car to start any driving part of your vacation to avoid the parking fee.

The breakfast options was very limited, on 12/27/24 the staff remove the hot water and coffee by 8.35 am, breakfast finishes at 9 am Also there was no OJ at 8.35 am as well. There was hair that was cooked in the eggs, brought it to the attention of the supervisior, he claims that it was from a guest, but it was entangle in the eggs. terrible to park, $55. per day to park. other hotels have free parking, eg. Hyatt

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Our second stop here during the same trip as so convenient for JFK. For a chain hotel in a big city it's surprisingly friendly - as we left, all the staff we passed, everyone - wished us well.

The room was very clean, minus the leftover items in the fridge from previous guest. Not a big deal at all. The room was very well furnished. Best part of my stay was breakfast. OMG, the kitchen staff was beyond incredible. This is the first time breakfast was actually breakfast. Well seasoned, so much variety, and top tier service, Keyshawn and the other two chefs were amazing!! Definitely returning for another stay in the future.

Dirty floors in the room, took a shower, walked around barefoot had to step back in the shower to retrieve something, the shower floor was wet, it was clear from my footprints that the bottom of my feet were dirty from walk around

After a red eye flight, we arrived at JFK at 5:30am and we have booked this room for a few hours before our main hotel in Brooklyn let us check in. The staff at the check in counter was so nice and he offered us a free late check out at 2pm without us even asking for it. The breakfast was great and the room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped like a studio apartment.

Quick stay and early leave (5am) for JFK airport. Bed cover was dirty and worn out, but the room was quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location, very comfortable room, good try resolving some problems: The picture of the room on Hotels.com showed the same mini-kitchen facilities we had in past stays (sink, microwave, eating area, plates, utensils etc). Apparently we booked a "king room" instead of a King Studio, despite the photo showing the exact same accessories we had in the king room in our October stay. we were able to work around that, but we then found the fitted bottom sheet on the king bed was actually a QUEEN sheet; although the crew MUST HAVE SEEN it did not fit, they simply left it on the mattress even though clearly 12 inches too short to fit the mattress. It had to be changed not by Housekeeping who simply handed it to us to fix ourselves. NOT the service expected in a Marriott.

This was an overnight stay at an hotel selected really because it had an airport shuttle service. That worked really well. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was unpretentious but there was plenty of choice for all appetites and fresh too. The staff were professional, welcoming and cheerful. A special mention is due to Iris on reception who took the time to give us excellent advice and guidance for our forward travel through NYC.

This was a good hotel to stay at for one night. There is a free shuttle bus that you can take from the hotel to the airport which made it very convenient if you don't have a rental car. The food at the hotel (at the Marriott next door) was very good! A few downsides was, we had a few issues with our room door. We had a hard time closing the door as the door handle always got stuck. The room also smelled like a strong mint smell when we first went in. It wasn't really a stink smell, but it was a very strong minty smell.

The room was spacious, clean, and new with very functional amenities from a mini fridge (with a freezer chamber) to a full set of kitchen ware with microwave and dish washer. The rooms were bright, quiet, and with comfy beddings. The hotel staff was also polite, friendly, and very helpful. They received Amazon packages on my behalf prior to my arrival and held onto my luggage post-checkout when my itinerary demanded a little extra assistance. Last but not least, the breastfast — although not fancy — featured some great tasting scrambled eggs! All in all, a solid, very well managed hotel that was a gem to find!

I was very disappointed when we checked in and told us the TV did not work. I asked if I could get a different room and they said since I booked through Hotels.com I would have to take it up with them. We are Marriott Bonbiy members and they made no effort to help us. Never afain

Everyone, literally everyone on staff is friendly! From the free shuttle driver from the airport to the front desk hotel staff and housekeeping, restaurant staff, etc. The room was nice and clean, and modern. Bed was comfortable. We were just using this hotel as a overnight stay for a longer international trip. However, I would stay here again and again in a heartbeat. They are super accommodating and let us check in earlier (came in from a red eye) and check out a little later (our flight was in the evening). Easily one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at given the combined customer service and the hotel itself. Have already recommended this hotel to others!

The bathroom door is right in the bedroom. Very bothersome for the sleeping person. Only one towel rack in the bathroom. The card says please hang the towels to save water, but there is no place to hang anything. The night stand clock light is very very bright. Had to cover it, otherwise very difficult to fall asleep. No hand held shower and the head is very very high. The staff is excellent. Breakfast is very good. Very close to JFK airport. Excellent location.

We chose this hotel for its free airport shuttle, to get as much sleep as possible. This was a mistake. We had to make two phone calls and wait 50 minutes for the shuttle bus. Next, the room was prepared for two instead of three people, so the bedding for the sofabed was missing. Reception said they would send housekeeping. This only happened 1 hour later, after repeating the request. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK. So, my opinion: the hotel is good, but if you arrive at JFK in the evening and want to sleep soon after arrival, consider other options.

The Location is great. The staff ( front desk: Christina & night shift colleague, Sean & Rose in the breakfast room as well as our sweet shuttle driver from Haiti were all super professional ) , the hotel is very clean and we will definitely recommend and stay here again. Great experience.

Marriott is always a nice place, but this neighborhood was a bit sketch. Very nice staff and good rooms. Some computer glitches caused quite a wait for check in, but they were trying hard. Might suggest more airport shuttles at peak times. We counted four shuttles in the parking lot, but only one making airport deliveries.

We have stayed here both leaving and returning on our trip to Italy. You are truly remarkable in the training and friendliness of your staff. From check in, the young man at the front door who greeted us like old friends, the housekeeper we ran into on the elevator, the young woman who seated us at the Marriott restaurant , our waiter. EVERYONE! To a person, you have the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Thank you! Keep doing what you’re doing!

Really nice clean quiet hotel. Convenient location to the airport. Nice to have the free shuttle. It’s a neighborhood area so no nice restaurants to walk to. The staff is super nice. Only inconvenience is how crazy expensive is to stay in NY.

Staff was great. Hotel room and facilities were very nice. Valet was a bit confusing being as though no-one was outside of the Marriott across the way to tell me I was staying at the opposite hotel. Breakfast ends entirely too early. Especially got guess that arrive late in the evening. 9:30-10 would have been a good cutoff time. But 9am is just too early.
