♥️ thank you. This is the most beautiful and cleanest hotel in New York, and its staff consists of highly respectable individuals; it is also a very safe environment. As for the reception, Shwani—the lady with the lovely smile—welcomed me with the utmost warmth and hospitality; her smile is truly beautiful, and she is always smiling. ♥️

This is the most beautiful and cleanest hotel I have ever visited. The staff are incredibly courteous and well-mannered—particularly the night-shift receptionist, who is truly delightful to deal with and always greets guests with a radiant smile.♥️
