No where to park if you had a car and wanted to drive down to orange beach. Had to haul suitcases up the stairs to the second floor of the hotel. Pool could have been cleaner. Staff were very helpful. Restaurant food was very good, but menu was limited. No other obvious choices for restaurants if you were on foot. Overall, we were very happy with the selection of this hotel. Loved walking down to the beach to wade in the water.

Had been referred to this hotel by “local” friends. Didn’t want Nassau prices or crime or tourist attractions. This is a quick drive to airport and near Bahia Mar casino if so inclined. Beach is across the street but pool is fine too. Very laid back old style Bahamian. Walk to shop/food if need to (amazing authentic pizza!!!) but hotel has small menu and good dinners and drinks. We’d stay there again. Plus there is a sweet hotel kitty!

We stayed here for a one night layover on our way to out islands. The staff really sets this property apart. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is no elevator so be prepared to tackle stairs for some of the rooms. We had dinner in the on-site restaurant and it was delicious! There was a large group present and only 2 people working in the front and the service was still excellent. Very welcoming and warm.

super charming little Inn, close to airport and across the street from a little stretch of public beach. the food is lovely (breakfast, lunch, dinner available) and very handy, since there’s not much around when you don’t have a car. pool is nice, as are the common areas. as a female solo traveler I felt really comfortable here. I only stopped over and stayed at hotel only, so can’t say much about accessibility to other areas but there’s a bus stop to downtown right in front. staff was super lovely as well and I was happy to stay here.

This could be a nice property with needed upgrades and deep cleaning. Obvious repairs and proper cleaning is needed. Definitely not up to standards for people who want nice and properly cleaned dwellings. The petite lady (not the owner) at the front desk was also rude and condescending. The food was also subpar.

I loved everything here (owners, servers, food 👍, beach...) except my family of 4 got bug bites. I don't think because cleanliness, but that is the nature way when lot of green around you, and not much of chemicals used. Also the wifi can be improved.

The place is ok. It’s old and needs renovation but the staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are not well insulated (we could hear the neighbours). But the price is good for the Bahamas… nice place to go for one night only!

We stayed for one night before our liveaboard to the Exuma's with the All star, Cat Ppula. The room was comfortable, more then enough space. Very good hot water and pressure. Food at restaurant was good and reasonably priced. We recommend to all as this place is just a short drive from airport.

Very honest proposal cost vs value, not a 5 stars in terms of building but overall quality is very good. I have been property owner in Nassau for 10 years and I can tell the warm service is not standard in Bahamas. Several places offer wifi but frequently quality is poor at Orange Hill I’ve been able to stream all my netflix every day. Finally the food proposal, menu is very honest price and delicious and very well presentation. One point I don’t understand in hot and humid countries is carpet in hotel rooms for me it disgusting and Orange Hill has standard tile and it is perfect and smell bleach when I came in the room pool ia also great and clean

This resort is kind of falling apart, which I wasn't expecting for the amount of money we paid for the night. We were told the water in our room was safe to drink, treated, and reverse osmosis, but it tasted like actual dirt. Our door to our room also opened on its own in the middle of the night, and we were told there was a known issue with the door frame for that room... But we were still placed in it? There's also no secondary safety lock on any of the room doors. If you can choose another option... Do it. The food was really good, but the service time is also slow. We only ate dinner, as we had a very early flight and ate breakfast at the airport.

From the moment we walked onto the beautiful property we were happy with our choice. We were greeted in the office by Chris and throughout our stay he was gracious and always helpful with our needs. The food and service was very good. From the office personnel to the room cleaning personnel everyone was so kind, helpful and friendly. We felt we had made friends and we will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Brendan and Reno were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to ensure our stay was safe and comfortable. My daughter and I appreciated that it is a family-owned business, and the staff’s genuine care and warmth were evident throughout our visit. The front desk gave excellent recommendations and frequently checked in on us, especially since my daughter and I were traveling alone. Their attentiveness made us feel safe and cared for at all times. The location was also perfect, with a bus stop in front of the property. When transportation options were limited, they helped by calling taxis for us, making getting around stress-free. Notamment le monsieur à l’accueil qui tente ouvertement de vous arnaquer de plusieurs dizaines de dollars sur la note de restaurant. Un voleur même pas honteux de son comportement une fois démasqué (tentative sur 5 clients quand même). Restaurant au demeurant très basique : 21 USD pour un plat de crevettes congelés et des spaghettis à l'eau § ce n'est qu'un exemple.

My two friends and I really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel had a great friendly atmosphere (especially for Super Bowl night!) and it was an easy walk down to the beach. We loved that the hotel provided beach chairs and towels! (Just note that you do have to cross a busy road to get to the beach, so you have to be really careful.) Our only wish was that it was easier to walk to other places — there are limited options within walking distance, especially without any sidewalks nearby.

We needed a hotel near the airport & we’re happy with the price. Vacationers seemed to enjoy the rustic grounds & proximity to the sea. The rooms were clean although older. Looks like a good choice for families or couples on a budget.

Excelente servicio, realmente fue increible mi estancia en ese lugar, y buena ubicacion la ruta 10 pasa afuera del hotel y te lleva a todos lugares. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, todos muy amables y serviciales.

The location was very quiet although it was near the roadside. The beach access was amazing, esp since it seemed like the time we went there we were the only ones around, it was perfect and peaceful. A great place to be away from the busy downtown but still accessible to transportation and very near the airport. The staff were very helpful too. Very satisfied and will definitely recommend.

super charming little Inn, close to airport and across the street from a little stretch of public beach. the food is lovely (breakfast, lunch, dinner available) and very handy, since there’s not much around when you don’t have a car. pool is nice, as are the common areas. as a female solo traveler I felt really comfortable here. I only stopped over and stayed at hotel only, so can’t say much about accessibility to other areas but there’s a bus stop to downtown right in front. staff was super lovely as well and I was happy to stay here.

Staff was friendly, rooms are clean and cozy, excellent view of the beach it’s very close to the airport, however far from downtown now the hotel food was just alright the portions are very small with a huge price. Enjoyable stay!

We stayed for one night before our liveaboard to the Exuma's with the All star, Cat Ppula. The room was comfortable, more then enough space. Very good hot water and pressure. Food at restaurant was good and reasonably priced. We recommend to all as this place is just a short drive from airport.

This resort is kind of falling apart, which I wasn't expecting for the amount of money we paid for the night. We were told the water in our room was safe to drink, treated, and reverse osmosis, but it tasted like actual dirt. Our door to our room also opened on its own in the middle of the night, and we were told there was a known issue with the door frame for that room... But we were still placed in it? There's also no secondary safety lock on any of the room doors. If you can choose another option... Do it. The food was really good, but the service time is also slow. We only ate dinner, as we had a very early flight and ate breakfast at the airport.

Beautiful grounds on the hotel property. It is across from a beautiful beach. Nice pool. Extremely helpful, caring staff. Was great to have a restaurant at this hotel with good food. I would definately stay again if I'm ever in Nassau. 5 stars!!

The windows had pulled down blinds. I would’ve preferred a drape for complete closure .. There were no paper or even plastic cups in the bathroom or in the kitchen area.
