Groot zwembad.De kamer is wat gedateerd,verschillende stukken laminaat aan elkaar gezet.Verder wel netjes.Mooi uitzicht op zee.Zon staat wel pal op het balkon, s'middags geen schaduw. S'morgens en s'avonds kon je er goed zitten.Het hotel is wel ver van de vele strandtentjes,maar bus stopt voor de deur.

The reception was stunning, as was the dining areas and the pool. Downside to pool is it only has one sign saying how deep it is. When you step down the main large steps the is a slope which is dangerous as all of a sudden you are out of you depth, no lines no signs quite scary for not a great swimmer. The beach is right opposite with beautiful clear water, beware of the fish that nip your ankles, didn’t happen to me but dud everytime to my hubby, perhaps he should use more sun block!! The rooms are clean and perfect, corridor to the room is sadly in need of new carpet All staff are amazing and friendly and only to happy to help Definitely recommend

This hotel/resort is a gem. I would consider this a 5 star resort. The bungalow we stayed in was modern, clean and spacious. Some bungalows had private pools. Incredible value! The pool was gigantic and well maintained. The free buffet breakfast was incredible. Staff were super friendly. Tennis courts and playgrounds for children were top notch. The hotel is located right on a beautiful beach with chairs and umbrellas provided. Bus to old town located in front of hotel for $1.20 euros. Taxis were inexpensive, $6-7 euros. My favourite place in Greece to stay. It has everything! We didn’t want to leave. Kalamata is a great, safe and super friendly city to visit and restaurants are the best. Incredible value. We love this place/city. Richard from Canada.

Excellent place for families. My kids enjoyed the amenities including the large beautiful pool. We wish the pool was open early and not at 11 am. The food at the hotel restaurant was just ok so we ended up dinning out a good number of nights.

I give the Elite city resort in Kalamata 10/10 for the customer service. A minor problem was resolved extremely quickly. The rooms are large, cleaned daily exceptionally well by Cleopatra and kettle/ iron available on request. The pool is amazing and the free beach opposite offers clear water and a lovely view. I would highly recommend.

Het was een mooi, schoon hotel. Doordat er een voetbaltoernooi was mee meerdere teams was het onrustig in het hele hotel. Hierdoor was het ontbijt ook minder uitgebreid dan normaal (wat daardoor erg tegen viel).

Nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié cet hôtel. Les photos mises en ligne par l'hôtel sont mensongères. Nous avons reçu une vielle chambre, qui n'était pas à la hauteur d'un quatre étoiles. Notre réservation était pour un lit double et un lit simple. Le lit simple était en fait un linpliant au ras du sol avec un trou au milieu du matelas. Après l'avoir signalé à la réception, celui-ci a été remplacé par un autre matelas tout aussi inconfortable. L'ancien matelas avait été laissé par le personnel devant notre porte durant tout le reste de notre séjour. Ce problème, combiné au bruit incessant du frigo, ne nous a pas aidé à bien dormir. A part ceci, le déjeuner et la piscine était bien mais sans plus. Le bâtiment principal est très beau tandis que les autres petits bâtiment cachés à l'arrière n'ont aucune plus value, sont sales et leurs abords ne sont pas aménagés. En résumé, il n'y a rien d'Elite dans cet hôtel qui ne mérite absolument 4 étoiles.

Accueil peu chaleureux. Beaucoup de mal à trouver notre chambre car tres mal indiquée. Impossible de dormir avant 4h. Nous avons été logés à l écart de l hôtel dans des bâtiments de plusieurs chambres envahis par plusieurs dizaines de collégiens qui ont fait la fête toute la nuit malgré nos interventions et celles du garde que nous avons fait venir deux fois. Aucune sollicitude du personnel le lendemain à notre départ. On nous a même demandé si nous avions passé un bon moment ! De plus la machine à café du petit déjeuner était extrêmement lente et vu la queue nous nous en sommes passé. Lamentable. N a rien à voir avec un 5 étoiles. Annick et Christian

I enjoyed the location of the hotel a little bit out of the main drag and closer to nature by being at the end of the beach strip. The staff were all really friendly and the place had a nice vibe to it. The beach infront was magnificent and the bus stops every half hour in i front of the hotel before going into town
