2-bed, 2-bath apartment living experience

Traumatizing levels of filth. Horror-movie scale roach infestation. Dangerously poor maintenance. A refusal to communicate, refund, or address any of these concerns. These are just some of the reasons I would nominate this property for the worst listing in Vrbo. In fact, I find it shocking they haven’t delisted this nightmare yet.

There were greasy dishes/mainly the plates in the cupboard, we had to wash before using, I saw a couple roaches, the neighborhood was sketch, the police were called early one morning for what looked like a domestic dispute, and one of the pictures advertised shampoo/conditioner so we did not bring our own … soap was provided but not shampoo/conditioner as the picture showed. We got what we paid for. Everything else was well cleaned, the floors, linens (towels, begging, rugs, couches) - the apartment was in great condition but the location/area was not so great.

Apartment was very clean and quiet most of the time. Everything worked out perfectly. Will definitely use again.

Roaches everywhere and no communication about not cleaning

Pet friendly apartment that was in great spot to get to anywhere fast. We enjoyed relaxing in the evenings and walking the dogs around the complex.
