Appeared as if people were living in some of the rooms (dont no for sure) very dirty outside. Tried yo give me a room with the TV already on..i did not even enter the room. Felt very unsafe as i was alone. They charge a deposit for towels. I got my money back and went somewhere else. The guy at the front counter was very nice though

The room was very neglected. No towells, no bed sheets, no paper toilet, no hygienic tissue, no cable tv, mo remote control. Bugs in the bathroom, bath tub worned out, faucet broken, hole in a wall, wall paper broken, no heat control.

I booked this property through Expedia. Planning to arrive at facility late evening. I sent email regarding stay and that I would be a late check in. They responded and assured me my room would be waiting for me. Only to arrive on check in date to find out they have been closed for renovations for the last 5 months! They would not agree to refund my money and Expedia would not refund either. Very disappointed- I will not be back

Had to pay a fee as soon as I arrived. Thought I was getting a super great deal on the app, but I ended up having to pay the difference of about $20 because my booking cost less than ~$68.58. I didn’t think that was legal? Room had cockroaches. Literally every size. Huge ones, super small ones, many in between. Mostly in the bathroom (still not okay) but at least 3 out in the sleeping area. This made it pretty difficult to fall asleep, kept feeling like things were crawling on me. So so gross. Dust all over the place, cobwebs in some areas. A sign saying “tips are appreciated”, why would I leave a tip for a cockroach infested room? Seems like the cheapest place I’ve ever stayed at/in. I would usually love to give a tip for someone cleaning up after me. However, there’s a basic standard that I feel all places should need to abide by. Please take this place off your app so no one else has to deal with that disgustingness and unfairness.

Did not contact me to tell me reservation had been canceled at 5:30pm due to plumbing issue, which happens. I arrived at midnight and was told this. Did not get voucher from Hotels.com except for $25. Then got scammed by ReservationStays at 1:30am. Had to pay again when arrived at another hotel who knew nothing about new reservation. Now fighting card charge after ruined night of sleep.

When I got there, they had to cancel my reservation due to rooms leaking water from the rain.

Hotel was nasty had roaches and lightswitches didn't work, toilet didnt flush parking lot was dark DO NOT STAY WE HAD TO GET REFUND AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

The sheets were dirty and we was told by the lady that there washer was done for a couple of days, the chair was dirty worn out and the air conditioner was being held together by duct tape

The room had big spiders and roaches. Holes in the walls. Dirty bed sheets, blanket, and bath clothes and towels with stains. Brown spots on the wall and in tub. Toilet was nasty like they never cleaned it. Carpet was filthy.

Do not book here. Horrible dirty roaches everywhere and climbed on us as we slept, dirty smelly carpet, dirty blankets water ran dirty and non working toilet building looks like it’s falling apart. This place should be condemned.

Bed bugs everywhere! Turned on the light and they went scrambling off of every surface! Ended up not staying!

It was terrible stains on the sheets roaches and spiders every where I tried to get a refund they wouldn’t let me I tried through the app I don’t know what happen with your customer services but it’s was a terrible experience I was forced to sleep in a room with roaches spider and bed bugs I also have pictures of everything I do not recommend nobody goes there it is terrible

The property is hard to get to, when I got to my room there was no phone, no trash can, no TV remote, no towels, and NO toilet paper, and the carpet was ripped just as you walked into the door. Would not recommend to anyone.

Good arrangement and cleanliness made the stay comfortable. The room had enough space and proper lighting. Staff remained attentive. A highly positive experience.

The hotel’s easy location made our quick family trip comfortable. The room had soft lighting and was nicely maintained. The bed was cozy and relaxing. The staff was supportive and respectful.

We checked in and it was dark all around inside the lobby. Then when we were standing there waiting to be checked in and get our keys another couple came in behind us and I guess they were already guest but they kept staring at us kept looking at us made it very uncomfortable. When we got our stuff going over to the room we open the door and was hit with the strongest smell of cat pee and death. And then that couple comes walking around. We requested a king size bed, we got two doubles we told them we were on our honeymoon. it had an adjoining door which we did not like we were already in a unknown area it was way off the beaten path. We hurried up shut the door and got out of there. We did not stay we felt so unsafe and uncomfortable. We called Expedia and told them what was going on. They called the property and could not get an approval from the front desk for a refund.

Pleasant surroundings outside the hotel created a calm start. The room appeared tidy and well-prepared. Lighting gave the space a warm and inviting feel. Staff handled everything with care and professionalism.

El encargado de la recepción nos atendió descalzo, el ambiente tenía un fuerte olor a humedad (por pelotitas desodorizantes), había polvo acumulado y cucarachas visibles. Al entregarnos la llave, nos dio un número, pero nos indicó otro cuarto diferente. Intentamos abrir la habitación según el número en la tarjeta y accidentalmente accedimos a la habitación de otras personas. Para nuestra sorpresa, la misma llave también abría la habitación que el encargado nos había mencionado, lo cual plantea una grave falla de seguridad. La habitación era para no fumadores, pero tenía un fuerte olor a cigarrillo. Las sábanas colgaban al piso, había manchas y polvo por todo el suelo, y el baño estaba en condiciones inaceptables de limpieza. No permanecimos ni dos minutos en el cuarto. Tomamos fotos como evidencia y devolvimos la llave de inmediato. La experiencia fue totalmente insegura, antihigiénica y engañosa respecto a lo que se promociona en internet.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable

Every aspect of my stay was handled with care. The staff were amazing.

No staff was available after I checked in, not even at the front desk when I got locked out my room. Luckily I caught the maintenance man that day to help me out. The room was still dusty and dirty. Shower and sink dirty & stained. Room looked like it was falling apart. Just a terrible experience overall.

This is not the hotel to ever use. My fiancé was driving home, and needed a hotel to stop in to rest, she picked this hotel and when she got inside, the place was disgusting bedsheets had stains all over them no blankets just one sheet only stayed in the room for five minutes, and when asking for a refund was told no too bad.

I was impressed with the management and service quality. The property was well maintained and located conveniently. The staff was very cooperative, and the room was clean. Great place for a short stay.

My stay was absolutely delightful. From the check-in till check-out, everything was handled smoothly. The hotel provides a mix of comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality that makes you want to come back. I’ll definitely choose this property again on my next trip.
