Premier Inn Staines upon Thames

This hotel has no parking and borrows spaces from someone else. There are also way too few spaces for the number of guests and the nearest alternative car park was a ten minute walk for an able bodied guest but a 20 minute walk for a handicapped guest like myself. There is nowhere to drop off luggage either so you have to drag your suitcases along a cobbled high street. I had confirmed by phone prior to booking that they had accessible car park spaces which turned out to be a lie. No help was offered to rebook to another premier inn and we were told we would have to pay for a whole new booking in addition and hope to be granted a refund by dispensation. In addition the handicapped room was at the end of the corridor not the beginning adding to the inconvenience. Do not book this hotel, it is not set up for guests who have special needs, luggage or cars. An abysmal performance all round. I have been to many premier inns before but this one is absolutely unacceptable; find accommodation elsewhere!

Nasic essential hotel

We were only there for a quick layover. We checked in late in the evening and the staff was still available and very helpful. Our room and public areas of the hotel were all in great shape. The bed was very comfortable and allowed us to get rest. Although our stay was short, our experience was very positive. Five Stars, Chris

Nice and big rooms

Reception desk minimal, breakfast good. Clerk had trouble finding my reservation, then asked for my passport, then settled for driver's licence (but why?).
