This was my second time staying in this hotel and I found this time wasn't as great as the first. The staff didn't look welcoming; only one elevator (of two in the entire hotel) was working; the bartender wasn't very welcoming to our large groupnand issued last call 30 mins before the bar closing, which seemed kind of early to me. I'm not sure of their official policy on last call. Overall the staff seemed annoyed at our presence and the broken elevator made for very long waits.

Power was out until after midnight and nobody could check in. I realize that is nobody’s fault at the hotel but they offered no concessions. All I got was a partial coupon for a drink at the bar the next morning

Beautiful view from the 12th floor. Staff was very accommodating, pleasant, and professional. They have a pool table in the lobby and a terrace/gym open 24hrs as well. Walking distance wasn’t bad at all. I highly recommend definitely will be back!

Hotel is gorgeous, newly bit, on the water, stunning views. Worth it to get great views of the Harbor and River. Restaurant there is top notch. Room has a divider between the beds and the bathroom, and lights to bathroom cannot be turned on without turning on the master light in the bedroom, awakening those with you if you go to the bathroom. Parking is also expensive at $50/day. Would also be amazing to have a fridge.

Hotel was clean and relaxing. I will not be staying at this location anymore due to the parking situation. Paid $56.32 to park and received tickets from a security company that monitors the garage stating I did not pay to park. Went to the hotel reception desk that stated it’s not their garage and could not help. Now it’s up to me to dispute these tickets. Beware when you park in the parking garage.

It was modern. Great Location on the wharf. Good area, good restaurant, great friendly staff. I wish they had a pool and jacuzzi for relaxation, but other than that, I would give it five stairs.

Hotel was clean and room was nice. Loved that it had a fridge and safe but would have liked a microwave. Parking is a disaster. There is no direct connection from the parking garage to the hotel and the garage is shared with an apartments and other businesses. Valet was the only logical way to go. Overall our stay was good.

1. Charged for eating something I didn't eat and made me wait 2 hours to clear it. And it didn't even tell me how it was handled. 2. When they cleaned the room, they didn't clean the floor so there was still dust.

Stayed here with my sisters while visiting family in Baltimore. The Canopy was a great choice. Guest services were super friendly and answered any questions we had. The room was spotless & we loved the harbor view from our room. The area was peaceful and quiet and walkable to shops & restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great room with windows on both sides and everything we needed for our two night stay. The only downside was that our room never got cleaned between those two nights—we put a sleep sign on for a bit in the morning but after leaving for the day around 11am, nobody came back.

This hotel was pretty decent. The room was clean, including the bathroom. My only issue was the smell in the hallway and upon first entering the room. It smelled like old wet carpet or musty old food. Thankfully I carry my own room spray to negate the smell. Other than that my stay was good!

My mom and I loved our stay here! Our only complaint was that our room desperately needed to be vacuumed. The hardwood floors are dark, which showed the dust and hair even more. Overall, there was just an absurd amount of dust in various parts of the room. Otherwise, we really did love this hotel and our room.

Beautiful property right on the Baltimore Harbor. A couple things need attention: number one the patio furniture is broken and old. For the first two days we were there we couldn’t use the patio because there were no chairs to sit on. The chairs that were out there had been jury rigged and as soon as you sit in them, they break. I had to ask several times for them to bring us new patio furniture and I got a lot of pushback about that. But finally, they did produce two chairs. The room takes four and we had registered three but they still would not bring us a third chair. Unacceptable to get a balcony and not have enough chairs for all the occupants. Beautiful beautiful Harborside restaurant that is closed in the afternoons. You can’t sit at the best tables because even though there’s several waiting staff there they won’t let you sit in the dining room. Very weird. I would stay again, but I would make sure right after I make the reservation that I talk to them about the patio furniture. Also our private balcony was right next to a common area balcony and nobody mentioned that. It was OK most of the time but they allowed someone to have an event there one evening so we couldn’t use our patio at all.

For being brand new, floors were all scratched up in room and shower did not drain properly. The NOISE. Helicopter passing by every 15 mins til 2am and you can hear people in neighboring rooms very clearly.

Wasn’t aware of construction in front of waterfront hotel immediate vicinity which made the hotel to locations slightly less ideal. Bed was very comfortable. Great view. Shower pressure was not great. Sink was slow draining

I requested a balcony room for my boyfriend‘s birthday and they wait to tell me the day of that I can’t get the balcony because some other party made reservations a year ago. It would be nice if they would let people know ahead of time so I can go find a room with a balcony somewhere else. I was so pressed for time to decorate my boyfriend‘s room that I just accepted a regular king size room. The manager was cool, he gave me some of the money back, free valet parking and free breakfast for our frustration. Also, I don’t know what’s up with their AC the next morning, but it was hot and I was ready to get out of there quick. For some reason, I think that’s on purpose to get guest out so housekeeping can clean. We will not be coming back. Eff that place!

The reception stood there and ignored us - literally ignored us, and then acted angey (tight-lipped and wouldn’t meet our eyes) when they had to check us in. No idea why because we didn’t say a word and just politely waited until they had no excuses left. We are ordinary normal people - not hobos or any sane reason we could find. We had a reservation. Who knows. Anyway, the room was decent, but all of the amenities were charcoal scented. I didn’t enjoy smelling like a fire pit. And oddly, neither I nor my husband could figure out the coffee machine… it can’t be that complicated right? Guess again. Last complaint - the parking was insanely expensive. Roughly double nearby all-day rates in Inner Harbor .. we paid near $100 for overnight parking. We didn’t see any security, and had no issues, but we did see a guy peeling in the corner of the basement parking. Could happen anywhere I suppose but…

Once we got passed the rude receptionist everything was pretty nice. We requested an early check in on the phone with Hilton and it was supposed to be added in the comments to our check in but, the lady wouldn't even allow us to speak with out telling us she would not and could not help us.

I would NOT recommend this hotel at all. It’s unfortunate because it is a fairly nice venue in an ideal location. I even hate to have to leave this review, but I do not want anyone to experience what I did this past weekend. I was celebrating my birthday with girlfriends, and my weekend was completely ruined when property was stolen from my room. It was a total violation. Not only are there thieves on the staff, but also liars. Since it was clear who stole this property from me (I will not name names here), when this person was approached, I was informed that they of course did not admit to the matter. Since a resolution could not be found while I was at the hotel, even with the Manager of Housekeeping getting involved, I was told that the Director of Housekeeping would reach out to me first thing Monday morning. Not surprising that did not happen either, and no sense of urgency in returning the message I left. The hotel should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves that their staff behaves in this manner and has no regard for their guests. Please save yourself the trouble and choose something else in the area if you actually want to experience proper hospitality.

This hotel is brand new as are all the building in this part of Baltimore. Parking is expensive, so factor that in. Still, it is a good part of town and an easy walk to the aquarium and all those attractions.

Great lcoation - less than 1 mile walk to the aquarium and very close to Fells Point. Bummed about very loud music from 2am to 4am that was unable to be located by hotel security- they let us know they tried to find the culprit but were not successful. Other than that, very nice hotel right on the water.

Parking is very expensive. It would be great if you would offer a self park feature for much less. Valet service could be friendlier and quicker response. Restaurant is very pricy for what you get. Seems like you're paying for the view and the ambiance. Hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cindy Lou’s’ Fish House restaurant serves almost no sea food. Service is terrible. Beet salad had canned beets in it and lettuce was several days old. Wines are way overpriced. Call an Uber and eat somewhere else.

Perfect for a couples night! We parked and walked to the entrance just down the street. Check in was a breeze and everyone was very friendly. The room views were stunning! The room was clean and decorated nicely. We relaxed in the room before going to the restaurant located in the hotel. The views were stunning, food was light and delicious. We will definitely be back!

Very clean hotel, helpful and friendly staff! There is a nice restaurant in the hotel that was convenient for meals. There are limited food options in the immediate area, but Fell's point is about a 10min walk and has lots of options.
