We had an exceptionally wonderful experience from beginning to end. The environment was squeaky clean, amazing breakfast, beautiful room with great interiors. The location is so accessible. We were able to walk to restaurants and some major attractions with ease. Every staff member we encountered, even very briefly, was warm, professional, helpful, and welcoming. There was such a consistent sense of genuine hospitality throughout the hotel. A very special mention goes to Meron in the breakfast room, who was truly outstanding. She always had a smile on her face, was incredibly kind and attentive, readily available whenever we needed anything, and was especially wonderful with children. My husband and I kept talking about how impressed we were with her service. She genuinely made our mornings more enjoyable, and I sincerely hope her exceptional service is recognized. We also briefly met Shina, the supervisor, in the elevator. Even in that short interaction, he was incredibly helpful and pleasantly showed us how to use the card system in the elevator, again with such a warm smile and welcoming attitude. It is rare to come across a hotel where every interaction feels so positive, but that was truly our experience here. The staff made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. An absolutely amazing stay, and a team that deserves to be recognized for the level of service they provide. From the receptionists to the housekeepers to the man at the snack bar, and even the handyman
