I paid $391 for this room and it was really bad. The hotel is in a sketchy area and had minimal amenities. There is no restaurant in the hotel. There is a grocery store next door, so we went there to find some food. The room was on the first floor and the view from the window was a small closed patio with a table, chairs, and ashtray. The towels were small and inadequate. There were very few outlets, and none next to the bed. The ride to the airport was about 15 minutes and cost an extra $25. I would have stayed at the airport Hilton, but is was full.

A nice hotel. Rooms a little bit small but comfortable. Restaurants are five minutes away. Shuttle from the airport to the hotel runs every 30 minutes. From hotel to the airport is called by the hotel receptionists. Costs are euro 10 per person one way. We had the breakfast included. It was decent. If back we would come here again.

Diamond in the rough absolutely wonderful. Close to airport Beautiful breakfast buffet at a cost 7£ all the special coffee you want, worth it !! Clean , walking distance to restaurants safe area. Didn’t like that reception photo copied our passport s. Friendly staff all around, They have shuttle service but not free charged 25£

Hotel is extremely run down. Water damage everywhere, mold in the showers. Excessive wear and tear that has not been addressed. We stayed there last year and it has gotten much worse. We will not be staying here again. For the price we paid, there are better options.

Checking in and out was smooth. I had to pay for their shuttle back and forth 7€/person. That was something not aware of. Had no idea on how to get there. Had to contact them on whatsup to get direction on where to pick up the shuttle. Breakfast was included.(did not eat so no comment) The building was nice. Old building and overall clean. The worst part was the smell in the hallway. This old musty smell that made us nauseous after a long flight. In the room not so much. The deck had no chair or table. The shower so small and the shower handle leaking all over. The room gave the kids this haunted feeling. Arrived there around 3 pm. There was no restaurant open at that time so had to pick up some food at a market. Worst part for me is that I had to find things out myself and the hotel had no heads up for anything.

For the price of the room + 30euro each way for the shuttle or 25 euro taxi each way for 5 km (3mi) I will stay at the hotel directly in FCO.

Really nice hotel. We stayed there our last night in Rome so we could sleep in a little because of its proximity to the airport. The only thing I could suggest to the property is have outlets next to the beds. Our room had the only outlets across the room with none by the bed.

It was ok. As seems to be the case in rome, it was quite espensive for soemthing rather average. Staff was helpful. breakfast was good. The main issue was the climate control which was woefully inadequate. I woke up freezing and they were able to provide more blankes. also, the room wasn't cleaned on one day. They coudl use more towels.

The family rooms with double twin bed lofts were perfect for our party of 9 people. Lots of dining options within walking distance. Very comfortable and convenient property very close to airport.

The staff were a blessing from the moment I walked in until I checked out. Always pleasant. Very accommodating. They had been extremely busy the night before so checking in at 2 pm was a bit delayed but the manager was definitely on top of things. I did not make a fuss like another arriving guest but he comped dinner and my taxi back to the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Made me pay hotel tax with cash only. Flying out so had spent previously day getting rid of my euros. But the guy at the desk would not take 15 euro fee via credit card because of a small credit card fee. So he made me walk a few blocks to get euros from an ATM. Find a different hotel to stay. This place is not nice enough to treat customers like this.

When we arrived at the hotel we were informed by the front desk that there was a problem with our room and they’d taken the liberty to book us at another hotel 15 minutes away. The alternative hotel had poor aircon, was extremely loud until midnight and would never have been a choice we would have made. Extremely unpleasant experience

The property was close to the airport, but in a very rough area that did not feel as if it was safe. The hotel was poorly marked and felt extremely dated. The bed was uncomfortable. The only other saving grace is that it was within walking distance of a nice area of Fiumicino that had some nice restaurants. Not even close to worth the cost.

Apon arrival the staff was rude, cold, abrupt! After commenting the door wouldn’t open he finally came up all the time on his phone! In the morning the breakfast was sooo limited! I do not do bread I do not do cereal and pretty much that’s all there was! First place in all my travels eggs of any kind were not offered!
