We really enjoyed our stay right on the beach! Clean room and a nice outside area for each room. Would definitely stay again.

Warning: Do not book this hotel! It is under construction and at 8am all you hear is power tools. It sounds like a jackhammer is bringing down the walls. The manager simply said, "you've been here all night, what do you expect?". Then argued that I should have saw that the building is doing construction.

My wife and I enjoyed our weekend stay. The hotel is in the process of upgrading the rooms and while the furniture was dated and the bathrooms were not upgraded yet, the property is moving in the right direction. The staff was helpful and accommodated our request for a desired room location. Excellent location in walking distance to the beach and local food spots. We would stay here again.

Clean room and friendly staff. This is usually where we stay when we go to Colonial Beach.

Location, great TV, easy parking
