SunHouse 1410sqft BBQ 3xTVs Pets W/D Backyard

Our trip started with the door code not working. We got in with a back up code the host provided, but then it never worked again. I replaced 6 light bulbs the first day, two in each bathroom, one over the sink and one in the fridge. The oven only heated to barely warm, the plugs by the microwave and coffee machine didn't work so I had to move them to use them. The garbage disposal switch (on the same wall) didn't work, we got it working by pressing the reset button but then it stopped again. The dishwasher stopped mid cycle towards the end of our stay and flashed a code and an alarm. I looked up the code and the suggested fixes but did not feel comfortable performing the fixes my self. The outlet behind the kitchen table doesn't work. The next door neighbor has dogs (in cages?) that bark if you go on that side of the yard, so I blocked off an area by the back slider and kept my dog confined. The welcome Wanderers email didn't work but another option was provided.The outlets in the sun room are 2 prong so I needed plug adapters to use them. The master closet is locked so no hanging space there. There are very few hangers.The bathroom sinks and the bathtub don't have plugs that work. Trash and recycle were full on arrival. The sun room made the house feel bigger. The sun room bed was comfortable but my daughter's said her mattress felt like it was moving off the frame if she moved.The location was OK, the neighborhood was quiet except for the dogs and parking was OK

Beautiful place spacious .. love the fully stocked kitchen supplies and towelsthey even have extra fans for the ones that cant sleep when it gets a little warm.. i had a little incident where i needed to checkout at 12 noon and the host was able to allow me to do so with no extra charge..will be staying here again when i come down for the holidays Beautiful home with a lovely host what kore can you ask for

We had a good stay at the house. The A/C was a life saver and the location worked for what we needed. The couches did not pull out as advertised, but it ended up working out as our kids adjusted and we had one less person on the trip than originally expected. Overall, a good experience and Fong was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions/issues.

It got the job done for the stay that we needed, did encounter broken bed but it looked like it was in process of getting fixed. Yard furniture wasn’t usable (but also too hot to really hang outside). Easy to communicate to and quick responses.
