Had some internet connectivity issues but the staff and management were extremely helpful and gave me direct contact to their IT vendor. Facility is very nice and clean. Front desk folks, outside sales Mgr, and all staff were very accommodating and engaging. Excellent for business/executive travel

Enjoyed our week at this hotel. Was clean, modern and comfortable. Free breakfast was ok, typical of breakfasts in the area. Ample free parking. Staff at reception pleasant. Rooms only get cleaned weekly as standard, we didn’t ask reception for additional cleans as that didn’t bother us. Liked having the fridge in the room. Nice view from the room. Working air con was appreciated. Didn’t use the pool because it was a little cold during my stay. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Really great staff they were nice enough to let me check in 2 hours early the only issues i had were the very rowdy kids that took up the entire pool that were playing baseball jn the pool and hitting other people with the ball besides that had a great time with a good breakfast and was able to even use the grill outside to make burgers my only issue woth staff is when i called to ask about the propane grill if we need to provide our own they had no idea luckily it ran off the hotels propane system so didnt gave yo go buy a tank

This was our second time staying here while visiting town. The staff is nice and helpful, the rooms are very nice and spacious. However, the elevators and the 2nd floor smelled urine. Also the complimentary breakfast could stand some more options to choose from, especially for a family with children.

Comfortable clean rooms. Used the coffee maker and ironing board. Breakfast could’ve been better, but basics of coffee, eggs, oatmeal, fruit and yogurt filled us up to start the day. Our second time staying here and obviously liked it. The bar is a nice touch for a nightcap. We’d stay here again.

This hotel was pretty good, besides that they had an ant problem, in the room and it seemed like they didn’t really care when I told the front desk. And they charged me 20 dollars extra for no reason and they won’t refund me!

Unfortunately, our visit was at the same time as a Little League tournament and this hotel is very close to the ball field. There was a lot of noise fairly late into the night. The rooms were not very well sound insulated. No housekeeping during our 4 night stay and had to ask for fresh towels. Staff members were wonderful though. Very friendly and responsive and they tried their best to keep a lid on the kids and adults noise.

The entire hotel was very clean as well as the rooms. When we arrived I had to wait for the gentleman to get off his cell phone to attend me. Check in was quick and easy. One thing I enjoy when staying at any hotel is to come back to a clean room, beds done, trash taken out and restocked with fresh towels and coffee. Well at this hotel that will not happen. You have to stay more than 3 days to get this service. I went to the lobby to get more coffee. The manager on call brought me more coffee that so nice of her. Would I stay here again probably not just because I miss them cleaning my room. The breakfast was good but the coffee was not to my liking. I need a clean room and a great cup of coffee. I did have a drink at their bar and it was good. I had a margarita kind of pricy but well worth it. If you like for your room to be cleaned everyday then this hotel is not for you.

There was a youth baseball tournament nearby. The hotel was very noisy late into the night. Rooms not soundproof. Staff did their best to keep it down. No housekeeping at all during 4night stay. Had to ask for fresh towels.

Impressed from the minute we walked in. It was spotless and smelt super clean. The front desk was super nice along with any worker we came in contact with. Room was cool when we walked in unlike normal hotels that the first thing we do is turn the air down it was already a cool temperature. Easy access to just about anything you wanted to get to also. Super quiet hallways. Shower had amazing water pressure

The staff was awesome minus waiting 10 mins for someone to let us in the door. Her attitude totally made up for it! Our room was really nice and super clean minus the god awful musty gross smell when you walked in and the fire srinker sticker fell off the ceiling and we found it in our bed. The breakfast was meh... otherwise all in all a great hotel and would stay again.

Our stay was okay. We arrived early, with plans to drop off our bags and tour NASA, and it was too early to check in. They informed us that they will not hold bags before rooms are ready because they have had "stuff going missing", that didn't inspire much confidence, but I guess I'm glad we didn't have anything stolen. The walls seemed very thin, and we could hear a lot from below and above us.

Did not sleep because beds are slabs of foam on particle board with no box spring. I felt like I was on a marble slab and it was total misery. Everything else was fine to good but if a hotel is not comfortable to sleep in, it fails at the essential point of a hotel. My husband & I have stayed at two different Marriott hotels in the last 6 months and both places had the same awful beds. We are determined not to stay at another Fairfield Inn & Suites or other Marriott property again.

The elegant lobby made a wonderful first impression. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a stunning view from the large window. The hotel staff were friendly and always willing to assist. Overall, my stay was truly enjoyable and exceeded expectations.

Overall, a good choice for that area. Nicely outfitted, comfortable rooms at pretty reasonable prices. Good area with lots of dining and retail nearby. Two criticisms: the pillows are not very decent. I’ve noticed hotel pillows have gotten cheaper and more insubstantial in recent years. Also, the walls were awfully thin. We got serenaded by our neighbor’s morning music, something I could have done without.

I’ve stayed at this particular location in the past multiple times and never have had any issues. This is the last time I will ever stay here!!!!!! If you would like to have a quiet nights rest this is definitely not the place! Also note I rarely write reviews but wanted to warn people about this hotel. The hotel is located next door to a sports field and the kids that probably had games there were running up and down the hallway until 1:00am. I called front desk to complain, because I had a toddler sleeping and didn’t want him to wake up. The front desk sounded by his tone of voice knew why I was calling and just apologized. An hour later a grown adult yelled down the hall to a woman hey tell the kids to keep it down we received a complaint for running up and down the halls. 😑

We were given a handicapped room (neither of us is handicapped) and we were unable to get the shower to work the first day. It was overly complicated and there were no instructions given except to "turn both knobs on". We talked to management and were shown a picture which made things vastly easier. But, we were disappointed not to be able to shower in the morning. We had no time to waste and it made our stay unpleasant. The facilties, other than the shower, were fine.

I give this hotel 10⭐️. The staff was impeccable and showed so much hospitality and the assistant manager checked on me when I had an issue and he showed he cared and was concerned about me and my children and we are not from Texas. They made our stay enjoyable. If I’m ever back in town I will make sure that I come back to the Fairfield Inn Suites in League City.

When I make a reservation and am told my total bill (including taxes and fees) will be $146, then get to my room and see I was charged $170!! I was shocked. Why should a customer have to go back to the desk and be told there’s an “extra fee” for incidentals that will be refunded back to my card if no items are purchased?!? They have my credit card and why would t they INFORM ME of this fee when I checked in?!

First time staying, checked in just after 11pm. Strange that the first doors opened but the 2nd is controlled by staff after 11pm. Only 1 of the staff looked up and tried to talk to me through the doors from 15 feet away, very frustrating and got the impression we were bothering them. We got inside and the guy checked us in, which took a long time imho, and the 2nd lady who was cashing out never even looked up. So strange. And another couple went through the doors like we did and staff made some comment like "we are not doing that again..." like they're irritated that people are checking in after a long day. Unfortunately I arranged another night stay next week that I can't get out of. But we will not be staying here after that.

Reservation was canceled without notification. When reserved online it said pay at property. When tried to check in at mid night with my two kids I got told at the lobby that my reservation was cancelled for insufficiency founds. I transfer funds until I was ready to pay at the property for safety purposes.

Fantastic stay. The overall state of the property was excellent, clean and welcoming. The staff, Sean, Willie, and Tabitha were genuinely concerned with guests needs. Welcoming doesn’t come close to describing all three, and helpful beyond what you would expect.

Great price. Great location and just perfect for our needs... 50 mins from IAH, 35 mins from Galveston and 15 mins from Nasa. An abundznce if restraunts catering for a tastes near by.

Good location for homebase between Houston and Galviston. Out of Houston proper with its insane drivers. These people don't care if they live or die. Atlanta, DC etc. have nothing on the Houston drivers.

The location was a little hard to find since it's near the back of a hospital. The breakfast wasn't appetizing and didn't offer a lot we had to have breakfast someplace else since no one liked the food they offered. The room was very spacious for the family and the bathroom was a decent size.
