The room was clean and comfortable. We were only there for a night, but the staff was very friendly. Wish the pool had been open and heated, but everything else was good.

Clean, great room , nice gym, easy highway access

Great hotel with nice gym & a laundry . Decent breakfast , not far from Magnolia . One of the streets directly opposite looks dodgy , but had no problems .

The room was great, clean and the bed was decently comfortable. The pull out bed in the couch was very uncomfortable. The elevator was in pretty sad condition. I'm not sure what went on but one elevator was completely out of service, the wall panel to call the elevator was busted in, the elevator that worked had damage to the floor and was cracking and it definitely was making concerning noises. The breakfast was free, but pretty terrible. Good to sleep and chill, but not worth the money in my opinion if you want all inclusive.

Loved the social area in the lobby with the pool table. Lots of seating for breakfast. Breakfast options were just ok.

The person at reception at check in was extremely rude. Everyone else was very courteous and friendly. I complained about her to assistant GM and it was handled to my satisfaction. Room was nice and quiet. Pool table in lobby was cool. Seating in lobby was plentiful and spacious. Otherwise is was clean and inviting. Breakfast was not great. Fruit drink machine was terrible (watered down bigtime). They charge for parking about $5 per day. Who does that these days? That was pathetic. I had them remove it since I was already paying more than average for a room at this property. Would likely stay again but I had better experiences at other hotels like Element or Residence Inn with their breakfast and rates.

The lobby is clean and has free coffee, tea, or water. The staff was overall very helpful. The breakfast is nice as well.

Very clean and quiet! The only thing that we had issues with were the elevators were extremely slow and the air on each floor, outside the rooms, was hot. I would definitely come back, though.

In general it was good but I spent 8 nights there and just 1 elevator working was a pain.

The online listings for this property show an outdoor swimming pool. We booked this hotel over others that would fit our family and were less expensive specifically because of the pool. We were traveling with 6 children. When we arrived, we were told we’d have to drive several miles away to use an indoor pool. When we tried to do that, the water was freezing and the indoor space was so inhospitable bc of the humidity and the noise level—of my own children but outdoors, this isn’t a problem. Plus we couldn’t let dad take some to the pool and mom stay back with napping children and then come later—because he had taken the vehicle to the pool! If one parent took children to the pool, the other parent was stuck without a vehicle. If the whole family went to the pool, no one could leave until everyone was ready to leave. This is not what we paid for. When I brought this up to the management, she took my Hilton Honors number and said she’d “add some points” to my account. But that never happened.

There was dried dog food stuck to the carpet, mildew in the shower floor corners, no dish towels and half a bag of ice in the freezer that was left there by previous guest(s). I will not stay there ever again

The hotel staff was very nice. The rooms and lobby were clean. The hotel offered a pretty good breakfast and is located close to plenty of other eatery options. It was busy due to the Taylor swift concert but overall great stay!

Our room was extremely humid. The lobby, commons area and hallways were appropriate temperatures with low humidity. Our room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. We stayed as a family with one puppy. Our puppy found a pill on the floor in our room. It remains unknown what the medicine was for but it could have been fatal if ingested.

When we first got there to check in we had to wait for over an hour because they were behind on cleaning rooms. When we finally got our key the room was DIRTY!! If it will allow me to put in pictures I sure will. The assistant mama her wasn’t all that friendly but the front desk workers were amazing! They sent someone back to our room to clean and they did not do a good job at all!!! It’s very frustrating knowing you had to wait over an hour for them to clean and when you get to your room it is not clean at all. Then the assistant manager said to feel free to rate us on Expedia. Will NOT be going back. Location is great and the hotel lobby and fitness center was nice. We were not a fan of the breakfast so we went to IHOP that was walking distance.

The bathroom was dirty. I had to buy products to clean them. The microwave was dirty. I had to clean it. I spoke to the receptionist, but she didn't send anyone to clean it. The dishes were dirty. I had to put them in the dishwasher. The blankets were dirty, and the carpet had stains.

Amazing hotel and clean. We enjoyed the included breakfast which had a big variety to choose from. Staff was alway friendly and especially morning staff that prepared the food. Two bedroom studio was extremely spacious with a large fridge. The only reason I did not rate this a five star was the carpet. Please please shampoo the carpet. I wore socks and it left my socks black after just one night, it felt almost sticky. They need to be cleaned badly. But overall, great hotel and located near lots of retail and restaurants.

The staff are friendly and efficient. Rooms are clean and well appointed.

The room was really nice and clean, workers were excellent and the area is very convenient you have so many stores near you.

Easily one of the best room setups for our 4 person family that we’ve ever experienced. Lots of space in the room. The two beds and pull out couch makes sleeping arrangements easy and there’s plenty of room space so you’re not tripping over luggage etc…

Nice size room for family of 4

The room was great but cable didn’t work. They came and took care of it right away. The pool was a hit with everyone. The beds are very comfortable and the room size was great for our big family.

Hotel is updated and nice. A few things missing in the gym but staff took note and seemed attentive. Road noise on the side facing the road is substantial - bring earplugs.

This was one of the best rooms I've ever stayed in. The layout and amenities were awesome even the small things were just better... From the kitchenette, to the full refrigerator, to the closet, and the desk set up. All great!

The property is great. The parking is convenient. Place is quiet. I don’t like the fact that they don’t clean the room every and we have to ask for towels every day. We have to take out our own garbage. One of the front counter person is not very nice when we ask for some towels. She act like she is annoy with us. I won’t stay there again for sure, sad part is the place was nice.

Yes our room was very nice. When we arrived Benjamin went above and beyond to accommodate my mother since she’s elderly and has a hard time walking by offering to push her to the room in a wheelchair. Great customer service! We will be staying again!

Front desk lady was not friendly at all looked like she was mad to be working there.

Liked that it met expecgaion of clean, quiet, check in young lady on Friday was professionally and warm. Hated , surprised and totally unexpe ted was checkout today. Sunday, April 28, 2024. The lady was dark skin, long, past shoulder black hair and no nametag. She had a rude tone of voice, demanded which hotel was I staying at. I didn't realize that there were 2 names and my son made the reservation so it was of no importance to me. She took great pleasure in humiliating me and belaboring the point in a very loud voice. I asked her, is it on my room key card?, knowing that it was not. She sad most people know what hotel that they are in, inferring thst i was an idiot. I told her thst if it made her feel better to humiliate the customer, then she was meeting thst goal. She loudly, sarcatically, and empowered said fir me to have a great day. She should not have a hospitality industry job. My son was going to the desk, she saw us talking and she left the desk vacant and went away becsuse she did not want to hear a scolding from him .i don't spend my money to be treated badly and verbally abused. The other issue was that the shampoo dispenser fell off of the wall onto my foot which was painful. I would never stay there again. Super disappointed in my experience.

Hotel staff was lazy. Room wasn’t ready after 4pm when I arrived. Loud guest and no hot water. Hotel looks cute and area surrounding is decent but wouldn’t stay again or recommend overall

Overall a great stay, the attendant at the breakfast area was amazing. Always making sure items were available and overall very nice. Clean and quiet facility!

The staff was amazing! Our flight was delayed and they held the room for us, gave us a late check in and gave us extra pillows after a LONG 19 hour day of traveling. Room darkening blinds and cold A/C made for a pleasant nights sleep!

I liked everything. The room was clean and there's so much stuff like shopping and dining around the area! If I'm around the area next time, definitely will be reserving this hotel!

Overall the stay was great, easy to access from interstate and plenty of shopping and restaurants around the hotel.

It was great. The location is fantastic. Easy access to anywhere you want to go. Cowboys' stadium, Ranger's stadium, Car racetrack, DFW airport, Movie theaters, etc; all of them within a couple of minutes drive. I am not kidding about these conviniences. Restaurants all kind within walking distance. Very safe area. The front desk in the afternoon was super, especially STAR! She was super helpful, nice and very professional. THANK YOU STAR!

It's a nice hotel in the city - a good value for what we needed - clean, safe, comfortable.

The hotel was great. Really loved that our room had a fridge and micro. The breakfast was awesome with so much variety. The staff was so very friendly. The location was perfect with restaurants, walmart and our venue being close by ( AT&T stadium). I felt very safe with the bright lights in the parking lot and the neighborhood around. We'll definitely look to stay here again if in the Dallas area

We always prefer to stay Here. We have never had any issues. It’s a great location central to everything.

The Home2 Suites was clean and the staff was friendly. The location is also convenient with lots of food options and shopping nearby. Would recommend!

Very convenient location for a conference I had in Colleyville. Beautiful facility and gracious staff.

Nice looking hotel, according to the staff, about 4 years old. At first glance it looks nice, but upon closer look, it is obviously not properly maintained. We checked in during a major thunderstorm, only to notice most of the front lobby windows had massive amount of water leaking on the inside, indicating serious issues with the construction. One of the two elevators was out of order all 4 days of our stay, and the other one had most of its floor tiles cracked. Our room toilet was leaking around its rim, and the maintenance guy "fixed it" by just running a bead of caulk around it (a proper repair would have been to replace the wax ring - all he did was seal the leak inside the floor, which probably caused toilet water to get trapped between floors). I know it sounds nit-picky, but taking my family to a hotel that is obviously improperly maintained causes me concern. Finally, the breakfast was probably the most unappetizing breakfast of it's kind I ever ate at a hotel, and I used to be a road warrior. Disappointing for such a new hotel, to have so many easy-to-fix issues
