Great location on the edge of the Quay, New, renovated, remodeled in a modern and warm decor. Rooms are modern but need some additional hanging space and a compressor fridge would be good. HQ restaurant and Bar is very good as is the breakfast cafe / coffee shop next to reception.

Hotel in excellent location. Close to cbd and food outlets. Trains and buses at the front door. Bar and restaurant at the top floor were good and service was great. Our only issues were there was not enough clothes storage or shelves in the bath and bed rooms. We have also noticed that the car parking spaces are very small and anything bigger than mid size just doesn’t fit. Parking was also expensive.

My first time staying at this hotel and it was perfect. Very central location, easy walking distance and easy parking. Excellent facilities and extremely friendly staff who went out of their way. Great room service menu and a superb rooftop bar and restaurant with a view.

Room was great,bathroom was massive but had zero room to put anything and also with the big window shining through the glass door into the bedroom there was definitely need for a blind to keep it dark in the morning,breakfast was great and parking was good and handy but very tight spaces

The Quay hotel is in a good location at Elizabeth Quay. Good room and bathroom - excellent shower. A variety of breakfast options and a further restaurant on the top floor that opened in the evening and seemed very popular.

The Quay Perth was fantastic. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and received a warm welcome on check in. There is parking in the car park next door, but make sure you see the entrance as it is easily missed as looks like you will drive into a tree on the turn into it! The room was spacious with a fridge, and free nespresso coffee in the room. Great shower room with amenities supplied that were very nice. The bed was super comfy and had a great nights sleep every night. Breakfast is in the community cafe by reception and is great, lots of choice. There is a rooftop bar with fab views over Elizabeth Quay and a great place to either relax or socialise. We will stay again for sure on our next trip to Perth.

Loved the location, great breakfast that was included and parking included in the package too..Lovely staff, very helpful. The only downside was coffee stains on the carpet around the bed on room 504, I would feel this is a small oversite, otherwise it was amazing.

I am a tea drinker, so it would be nice to have a plain English breakfast , just to jingle in a cup. Could have been a bit cleaner as hair was still on the floor when we arrived.

A lot of money spent. Very comfortable bed. Standard room size is small though. Switches to lights not easy to find. Can’t fault on cleanliness though. Pay extra for the extra space

Clean and well maintained property. Easy walking distance to various public transport if needed. The room, while admittedly the cheapest option they had, was quite small and we did struggle for space with two medium suitcases.

Typical example of design before function. There is no bathroom door, the toilet seat is placed literally next to the door to the hallway, with no privacy at all, you better knock before entering… And there is a window, but you cannot see outside, it is frosted, and of course it does not open. We were offered to pay extra for an upgrade, but we declined. Not really prepared to pay extra for a bathroom door that should already be there?

The Quay was a good location to visit Perth City. Just minutes away from the shopping precinct. Elizabeth Quay entertainment area is just across the road. Many good restaurants and bars to visit. The view is now been built in front of, so most of the rooms will lose the great views it had. P.S Still waiting for my depoist to be returned to me from 8 days ago.

I stayed in the Perth Essential room and it is tiny. There's not even floor space to put your suitcase and no shelving to put clothes away otherwise. This was pretty painful to manage and I have no idea how it would work with two people/suitcases. The positive however were the staff. Always friendly and very willing to assist when required. Location was an easy walk down to restaurants and despite lots of building work, the entire area felt safe at all hours. With the right expectations, this hotel is a great value and enjoyable location.

Excellent location, very clean, modern decor BUT the TOILET SITUATION has to be considered. After staying in hundreds of hotels around the world, the Quay Perth was the the very first not to feature a door on the toilet. As soon as you open the room door, there is the toilet! No door, no privacy, just the toilet there. True, there is a sliding door to separate the ‘wet area’ from the bed (the room was tiny by the way), but if a maid walked in, and you were sitting on the throne, the first thing she would see would be the king in action. For this reason, I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s a shame because, in almost every way, the hotel was great.

Rooms are really small. Depending on which one. Just be mindful of that. Also it’s not a hotel where staff aww re super friendly or attentive to your needs. You’ll need to get there attention and when you see them they’ll help. Food and coffee are great. And beds and rooms are comfy.

Lovely hotel, perfect location for shops and Elizabeth Quay restaurants bars and kiddies fair. The hotel roof top restaurant was excellent. My only criticism is that they closed the restaurant on New Year’s Eve without warning. It was closed due to a paid ticketed function which was fully booked so denied us a roof top view of the Elizabeth Quay fireworks . We booked this hotel , months ago because of its location for New Year’s Eve, lack of communication was disappointing.

This place is nice, room service was great and they informed us in advance that the restaurant was booked unlike qt who didn’t give a toss about their customers. If I had a choice between qt and quay I would stay in quay every time, the staff are great, the view is awesome, better than qt and they notify their customers in advance that the bar’s restaurant might be closed. We stayed in both, do yourself a favour and avoid qt

Large clean room(I stayed in Studio facing Esplanade), convenient location, friendly and helpful staff. Be aware that breakfast isn't the typical buffet style, it's within the cafe connected to the lobby so members of the public are also being served. Some mornings it took some time to order at the counter waiting in line with non hotel guests. I didn't like this style, but that's my only critique.

All staff encountered were very helpful and accommodating. The room is smallish but comfortable. The room fridge contained a complementary bottle of wine. It is definitely worth a trip to the 10th floor to enjoy a meal or a cocktail overlooking Elizabeth Quay. The breakfast was excellent.
