Nice property. Rooms were clean and pool was very big

The pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with several good options even for my diabetic husband.

We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn. It was clean, updated, quiet and the staff was friendly. I liked that we got fresh towels everyday and trash was taken out. The breakfast had many options and was good. The pool area was clean. There was a large pool, hot tub, and pool table.

The parking lot needs lights, to dark. Cant even see parking lines at night.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Ice machine was broken but manager had purchased bags of ice to provide for guest needs. Elevator door does not consistently close. We reported to desk clerk. Pool area was very clean and inviting. Beds and pillows comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

This property claimed to be newly renovated. I'd say they got ripped off by the contractor. Bathroom door would not shut and looked like it was nawd on by a dog. Shower door would not stay closed. Had to jam a hand towel in way of rollers to keep it closed while showering. Was on top floor room 461 and elevator quit working day of checkout. Had to carry our belongings down 4 flights of stairs and I hurt my back doing so. No coffee available for breakfast. Just decaf in the machine. Also Orange juice came out as water. So not impressed with this place and I'm done with Comfort Suites. So many other choices. Just seemed to be a bandaid renovation.

The property was great, except the elevator was buzzing with a communications error and the staff said a storm a week prior had knocked out their phones and that hadn’t been fixed yet. So it was a bit unnerving to use the elevator overall, it was clean and breakfast was pretty good except the sausages did not look like they had been fully cooked. We did request that breakfast be served a bit earlier because there was a bike race we all had to get to, that request was honored. Hot tub was great. The pool was very large. We had a room overlooking the pool. There was a shade to be pulled down, and unfortunately there was a sign that was hard to see saying not to pull the shade by the bottom to use the chain and it broke. Difficult light switches. It took me 5 min to find the one switch for the light which was over the top of the bed. It is between the beds. Pillows are all down which I hate. Wish I’d brought my own. Staff was lovely and helpful. I was given conditioner. No shampoo. Only one bar of soap to share between sink and shower which are not in the same area. Sink is outside the shower area. Not a no deal but might be inconvenient for some. Hinges on bathroom door were rusty and tub was chipped despite renovations. Otherwise the place looked pretty good and bed was comfy.

Great hotel, friendly staff. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! Great breakfast! Definitely will stay again!

Everything was clean including the pool area. You can tell this property has been updated and they work hard at keeping it in great condition.

This was listed as a remodel and parts were but if you drove around back to park it was unfinished, people loitering in the back. Felt very unsafe in room there was a deadbolt but no additional safety features. Lock appeared to be loose, there was an inch or more gap at the bottom of the door. Mouse droppings in the bathroom that were reported. Person said ok will have checked did say sorry about that. No area for pets to go to bathroom all rock around building. The bed was comfortable and they were making improvements but did not appear complete.

Perfectly clean room to spend a 9hr night of rest.

Exceptionally clean. Beds very comfortable. Modern. Best hotel stay in a very long time.

Shower door wouldn’t close, paint was chipped all over the place, and bathroom door was hard to shut. Wash sink mirror was incredibly dirty, along with the shower still having hair and dirt in it. Staff allowed families to be INCREDIBLY loud in the cafeteria area and halls late at night when others are sleeping. I have never had a hotel allow that amount of loud activity when there are many others there.

We stayed at the hotel less than 12 hours as we were traveling but the bed was comfy and the location was great! My only feedback was the shower could have been cleaner. There was some orange mildew in the corners but nothing I haven’t seen elsewhere and nothing that would keep me from going back.

Clean rooms. Loved whirlpool tub and pool. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty of options.

No WiFi. Rooms smelt like pot. When arrived no power but did get it fixed fast. Hotel was loud throughout all hours of the night.

The room was clean & spacious. The staff was very friendly & helpful. We only had coffee & muffins for breakfast because we already had plans to meet up with family for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

The door and lock did not seem to fit well and whenever someone near us in the hallway would open or close their door, ours would make a banging sound. Scary at first then just annoying through the night. Also the message light on the phone in the room flashed continuously. We were instructed to unplug it.

The stay was great. The only concern was that our room was close to the breakfast area. The chairs were noisy on the floor. We could here them in our room. I believe some leg tips on the chairs would help cut down on the noise.

My car broke while I was visiting. David helped me find a local mechanic to help me fix the issue (at 4:30p on a Friday night). Hotel is very clean, welcoming and comfortable. Thank you!

Here for wedding. Understand checking in before 3 sometimes can’t happen. So we asked if there’s was an iron or anything we could use Or laundry close , her answer was very rudely NO. Not pleasant at all. We had several rooms with us for this wedding on the 12th. Like I said understand check in time but the rudeness that she presented was very disappointing and we will definitely never be coming back to this hotel again. Kindness goes a long ways and I’ll tell you there were 250 people at this wedding and we certainly shared our feelings about your hotel.

It was a great hotel for our stay, very clean. Used ice maker and washer/dryer and both worked great. Room was clean, comfortable. Only complaint was housekeeping came in while we were sleeping (mistake) but then stayed to tidy the bathroom and remove trash which was uncomfortable and weird.

I left my backpack with clothes and packed valuables in the room. My mistake. My fault. Called to have it sent, they said no. Offered to pay for it to be sent. They said no. They made no effort to help me correct my situation. I don't feel I could drive six hours to pick up the backpack. It would have only taken them a fifteen minutes to have it sent back. The interaction with me was not friendly. Maybe my expectations were too high. Also I arrived late in the night for check-in and wasn't welcomed, just a very basic check-in with no conversation. I will not be using this hotel in the future. The actual stay was fine....breakfast, room and price was ok.

This is a wonderful, recently remodeled hotel. Very nice rooms and lobby, fantastic staff.

My partner and I was here a year ago, and we want to say this property has come a LONG way to improve!! Kudos!! We feel safe here, it's clean, good location and it has a desent breakfast! We will be back when staying in Beaver Dam!

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Close to several dining options, 2 gas stations and a supermarket. Easy on and off the highway. Highly recommend.

Convenient

The rooms were very clean and well thought out. The dining area was clean and there were decent breakfast options. We did use the hot tub and it was clean as well as the pool area. We had plenty of dining options within walking distance. The man working the desk helped us know about some local music and the town fair that was going on and was very helpful!

The hotel was close to the highway that I was traveling on. The hotel was close to a tourist stop that i was going to visit.

Property was recently remodeled and updated. Nice modern decor. Bed was very comfy.Nice breakfast waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit, yogurt etc. would stay there again.

Great breakfast. I usually stay at a different spot, but I am switching to this one. Great bed, quiet. Very clean. A bit of a tight spot with parking. The only thing that wasn't exactly perfect was I missed having a reading/easy chair

Pros: spacious and clean. Microwave and fridge. Washer and dryer across the hall. Indoor pool and hot tub. Cons: No sign for entrance to hotel indicating reception. No vegan options for breakfast buffet except an apple. A pot of hot oatmeal would have been great! Housekeeping didn't empty all my trash or recycling....just some out of each can. Also did not make my bed. No big deal, but it was a first. I would stay here again. It was nice and safe

While recently remodeled, some quirks keep this place from being one I would recommend. The water never really got hot. The phone was stuck with the messages light flashing. When I inquired about it, the front desk said that's just how it is and I could unplug the phone if I wanted (I did). And the breakfast was limited, not very good, and the one trashcan was overflowing. I slept fine, the place was fine, I would stay again only at a lower rate and only if the other places in the area were unavailable.
