This is a homeless shelter (not opposed but don't want to stay in one), police in and out of parking lot, shopping carts all over and many windows on upper floors open. People obviously camping out in back of pkg lot (seem to disappear as police pull in) and pool covered over. Drove in and didn't feel safe to get out of car.

Hotels.com pushes the ability to pay when you arrive but, that was news to the hotel. The hotel did not honor my reservation made under Hotel.com and then gave my reserved room away. I didn’t realize it until I was on the road and had to turn back. This totally ruined my trip!

This hotel was very unsafe with bedbugs, with wires hanging from the light fixtures with disgusting carpet with roaches with unable to lock sliding door with unsanitary. The staff did nothing about it with illegal drugs all kinds of people walking all night trash left for days unfit for anyone to stay at they canceled my room and tried to throw us out at 1 o’clock in the morning. It was horrible. and I took pictures dog poop all in the lobby dogs everywhere.
