DID NOT HAVE HOT WATER!! My wife and I spent one night to rest and relax before our flight. We decided to pay for this hotels expecting a better experience, sadly could not take a decent hot shower as no hot water was on our room. I called the reception desk but just offered me to take me to other rooms until I find one with hot water. They never offered any kind of compensation for our bad experience. They charge a higher tariff compared to other hotels around and we did not expect this poor service. The room was OK as well as the breakfast. REVIEW OTHER HOTELS AROUND BEFORE BOOKING HERE, you might find a better experience for half the cost.

Only one elevator is working and it always gets stuck. We had to take the stairs up and down few times. The city view was a curtain with a city photo on it, LOL. The view from the window was horrible; it was concrete walls and dark (false advertisement).
