We arrived late at night. Front desk was so welcoming and helpful with our bags and parking. Room was very spacious. Location is perfect. Central and easy to get too. Highly recommend. I didn’t eat there so don’t have feedback about the restaurant.

Acomodacao Junior Suite excelente, banheiro amplo e confortável (mas poderia ter um box maior com uma ducha melhor). Café da manhã um pouco limitado em variedades, mas tudo de excelente qualidade e poderia ter o horário até às 10h (praticado pela maioria) e não até 9h30. Senti muita falta de um serviço de bar durante o dia ou, pelo menos, um café (mesmo q fosse só máquina na acomodacao). Apesar da acomodação ser excelente, o fato da janela dar para as mesas externas do restaurante pode prejudicar hóspedes que dormem cedo e tem sono mais leve. O restaurante Antica Osteria tem bom serviço e é uma opção confortável, embora pudesse ter esquema de debito na conta do hotel para os hóspedes.

I love this hotel…The Tuscanian Hotel is a touch of elegance, friendliness and sophistication in the heart of romantic Lucca. We stayed for five nights and then extended for 3 more. Beautiful suite, comfortable bed, fabulous bathroom and all the little extras that make staying in upmarket boutique hotel memorable. There is a gorgeous restaurant with a delicious menu; a relaxed breakfast room with a varied and tasty array of home baked breakfast treats; a comfortable lounge area to relax and enjoy a glass of wine in… but the magic of The Tuscanian is the wonderful staff - Michaela in the breakfast room greeted us every morning with a smile. She made the best coffee and ensured we were well looked after. She made us feel ‘at home’… Elani also went the extra mile and helped us resolve the complex challenges of the Italian rail booking system! Lucca is magic and well worth an extended stay. The Tuscanian Hotel made our 8 night stay one of our best holiday journeys ever!

The Tuscanian is a nice hotel in the middle of amazing Lucca. Quite spacious room. For a fee they also parked our car and brought it when we needed it. Totally recommended for a short stay in Lucca.

We loved the hotel and its location. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They looked after our car very well and gave us good recommendations for our visit. The room was lovely and very spacious with every comfort and a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast is not apparently run by the hotel and this is a great shame because it was a very disappointing experience. The food was poor and on the first day the service was also very poor. The service was better on the second day after the reception staff spoke to them about our complaint. However, it still wasn’t a four star experience as the food is very ordinary and has very limited choices. We would definitely give the hotel 10 out of 10 if it wasn’t for the poor breakfast. We would recommend the hotel to change this arrangement!

Lovely upscale hotel in the heart of the walled city. Only disappointment was not having good coffee (there was instant in the room) in the room or lobby/bar available early and late. Would definitely recommend this clean and well appointed hotel.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Room 23 was spacious with a high ceiling and an enormous bathroom. There were large windows but no view due to the location of the room, this didn’t detract too much from the ambience though.

Only a one night stay. Our room was compact but well equipped, stylish and spotlessly clean. Location is great for exploring the city. We had to checkout early to catch a flight which resulted in a bit of a mix up but I have to say the resolution was excellent. No hesitation in recommending the Tuscanian and I will certainly be back hopefully with a little more time to spend in the city

Only a one night stay. Our room was compact but well equipped, stylish and spotlessly clean. Location is great for exploring the city. We had to checkout early to catch a flight which resulted in a bit of a mix up but I have to say the resolution was excellent. No hesitation in recommending the Tuscanian and I will certainly be back hopefully with a little more time to spend in the city

Staff was extremely customer-centric and had a bag of breakfast AND Lunch ready for us in the early morning before everyone was even up (4:30am) or working on Breakfast. Wonderful experience and our room was very ample. And we had a perfect view of the river and the other side during sun-set!! Perfect location!

Great hotel in a great location. The WiFi was impossible to get onto and the staff made it out to be our fault. They said it was my American phone. Great hotel in a great location. The WiFi was impossible to get onto and the staff made it out to be our fault. They said it was my American phone. We loved the hotel and its location. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They looked after our car very well and gave us good recommendations for our visit. The room was lovely and very spacious with every comfort and a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast is not apparently run by the hotel and this is a great shame because it was a very disappointing experience. The food was poor and on the first day the service was also very poor. The service was better on the second day after the reception staff spoke to them about our complaint. However, it still wasn’t a four star experience as the food is very ordinary and has very limited choices. We would definitely give the hotel 10 out of 10 if it wasn’t for the poor breakfast. We would recommend the hotel to change this arrangement!

This is a lovely recently restored and upgraded Townhouse in a very convenient location on Via del Croce in Lucca. the design standard is high and the courtyard restaurant is pretty and comfortable. Dinner is very good value and the restaurant is open to the public as Antica Osteria. Staff are very friendly and efficient. we had a couple of problems - room check in was delayed but we were treated to a drink on the house in the Courtyard which smoothed the path. The Owners eere very helpful in guiding us with disrupted train arrangments, which was lovely and shows the support available to guests when needed. i would not hesitate in recommending this lovely hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Lucca.

Amazing weekend in Lucca. First visit and The Tuscanian was an excellent choice; room was clean, nice size and tastefully decorated, with everything we needed and more. Staff extremely welcoming and helpful with things to see and do in Lucca. Would highly recommend.

We arrived late at night. Front desk was so welcoming and helpful with our bags and parking. Room was very spacious. Location is perfect. Central and easy to get too. Highly recommend. I didn’t eat there so don’t have feedback about the restaurant.

Only a one night stay. Our room was compact but well equipped, stylish and spotlessly clean. Location is great for exploring the city. We had to checkout early to catch a flight which resulted in a bit of a mix up but I have to say the resolution was excellent. No hesitation in recommending the Tuscanian and I will certainly be back hopefully with a little more time to spend in the city

The Tuscanian is a nice hotel in the middle of amazing Lucca. Quite spacious room. For a fee they also parked our car and brought it when we needed it. Totally recommended for a short stay in Lucca.

Fantastisk lokation i hjertet af Lucca. Vi kom med bil og fik vores egen prvat parkering. Vi havde booket deres Executive Suite og var meget positivt overrasket over suitens indretning og stand.

Acomodacao Junior Suite excelente, banheiro amplo e confortável (mas poderia ter um box maior com uma ducha melhor). Café da manhã um pouco limitado em variedades, mas tudo de excelente qualidade e poderia ter o horário até às 10h (praticado pela maioria) e não até 9h30. Senti muita falta de um serviço de bar durante o dia ou, pelo menos, um café (mesmo q fosse só máquina na acomodacao). Apesar da acomodação ser excelente, o fato da janela dar para as mesas externas do restaurante pode prejudicar hóspedes que dormem cedo e tem sono mais leve. O restaurante Antica Osteria tem bom serviço e é uma opção confortável, embora pudesse ter esquema de debito na conta do hotel para os hóspedes.

This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Lucca, 10 minutes from the station, although a little climb to get through the city walls. The continental breakfast was welcome, although a little strange that you had to approach the staff for a coffee or hot water rather than the other way round.
