Hotel Tandem was a wonderful place to stay. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The hotel was great, I loved the location and being across from the train station, and only about 10 minutes from the center of the old town. I also loved that the hotel offers bike rentals which allowed me to have a great bike adventure on one of my days. I would highly recommend and can’t wait for another chance to visit.

Extremely well located across the street from the train station, easy walk to Petite France, shopping, restaurants. About 15 minute walk to Cathedral. Boutique hotel just across from the train station (super convenient), but an easy walk to la Petite France and the city center. They avoid using plastics. Glass water bottle in the room and a refilling station in the lobby with all the flat or sparkling filtered water you need. They have breakfast available in the morning and a bar onsite. Also a cute inner courtyard. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the staff are super helpful. Would stay again.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Hotel. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer für 4 Personen. Es war sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Wir konnten vergünstigt im nahegelegenen Parkhaus parken und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erkunden. Das Hotelpersonal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn wir wieder nach Straßburg kommen sollen, werden wir wieder ins Hotel Tandem kommen. Vielen Dank für Alles

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very pleasant, and the room was quite large. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of amenities. There is a wster bottle in the room that can be filled downstairs from a dispenser. The hotel was very quiet for being near the train station - just a few mins walk.

Super hotel, very quiet, freshly decorated, and incredibly welcoming staff. Within easy walking distance of the City centre. Car parking with discounted rates (€15 per day with the hotel) was very close. Strasbourg was lovely.

Great boutique hotel a stones throw from the Strasbourg train station. Amazing people welcoming you in. Great bed. A bunch of amenities like an enclosed patio courtyard for the smokers, restaurant & bar. Walking distance to a bunch of things to do and see. Oh, and the people are all amazing!

La chambre est belle et confortable, rien à redire. Pas de mini frigo , pas de machine à café, ce qui est un gros manque selon moi à un hôtel de cette qualité et de ce prix. Au nouveau du chauffage et climatisation, leur système est configuré centralement soit chaud ou soit froid. S’il est chaud, impossible de climatiser la chambre. Or quand il fait 15 degrés le jour, il fait chaud dans la chambre… Il est bien situé, pas très loin de la petite France, plein de restos dont la pâtisserie à 150 mètres, où l’on a déjeuné tous les jours. Le stationnement public à 200 mètres est bien correct, avec le coupon d’escompte revient à 15 Euros par jour. Somme toute, expérience correcte sans petits extras ou douceurs.

I ended up taking a towel to dust all the surfaces down. Also around the door at the base of the shower, where the closure and the hinges meet, these areas weren't cleaned. • There was a fingernail on the floor of the room and it definitely wasn't mine! And I was a solo traveller • Had the buffet breakfast the first morning; lots of variety but could not eat most of it dietary wise and didn't enjoy what I could have. Had tea, detox water and regular water the next morning and got charged exactly the same price as if I'd had the buffet breakfast!

Hotel bien situé, à proximité du centre ville. Hôtel moderne, chambre spacieuse mis à part la salle de bain qui est un peu petite. Par contre, nous avons eu la surprise à notre arrivée dans la chambre de trouver un des 2 verres en carton utilisé avec du rouge à lèvres dessus, inadmissible pour un quatre étoiles. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié et un large choix de gâteaux faits maison

So conveniently located to the train station and a few minutes walk to town...this hotel was a wonderful place to stay for our Christmas Market tour, welcoming us and our golden...great staff, warm, friendly and very helpful...rooms was super clean and very comfortable...lovely property (did not have breakfast at property)...whole heartedly recommend

Tolles renoviertes Hotel. Zimmer klein aber alles drin was man braucht. Bad sehr schön ausgestattet. Personal war Extrems freundlich. Ob an der Bar oder an der Rezeption. Frühstück war klein aber fein, tolle Auswahl an Bio Produkten. Mit dem Essen war nicht ganz ersichtlich ob man abends etwas bekommen kann, hier wäre eine Menü Karte gut. Der Barkeeper war toll, super freundlich und kompetent. Einziges Manko: das Chemikalien freie reinigen. Die Bettdecken hatten viele Flecken. Hier wäre eine Alternative zu empfehlen, die die Flecken (Blut etc) auch rausbekommt. Mit Bleiche gingen die wahrscheinlich raus.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Breakfast was well worth it. And you can’t beat the location! It is very easy to find it from the main train station, and it is within walking distance to Petite France and the Christmas markets. We really enjoyed our stay!

The staff were lovely. So friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was small but met our needs. Good water temperature and pressure in the shower. Great hand wash and shower gel/shampoo included (Grown Alchemist). The room was very quiet and although busy we didn’t get disturbed by other guests. There were some outside noises heard from trucks/workers but they were minimal. The location was great. Across the road from the station and walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Strasbourg. Would happily stay again.

This hotel was one of 5 that we stayed at during our 3-week journey through various European countries. Of the 5, this hotel was one of the best. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous, the room was adequately comfortable, and the breakfast options were on point. My only complaint was the room was not cooled enough for the high temperatures which averaged around 80 degrees.

Wonderful stay! The only issue was that the air system would default back to heat if AC was selected. When temperature was still 15C outside, heat was unnecessary; and the window couldn’t stay open due to pigeons.

The staff is wonderful. The bed and bedding so comfortable. The rooms are quite dark however, black and navy walls. Bathrooms too tight to turn around. The location is convenient right across the park from the train station and an easy walk to Petite France and the historic center. The breakfast is not included in the room rate and is an additonal 20 Euros a night. Something to factor when comparing room rates. The breakfast buffet is a beautiful variety however. The aesthetic is very modern.

Great boutique hotel. The location is very convenient, right across from the train station and about a 15-minute walk to Notre-Dame Cathedral through lively pedestrian streets with plenty of shops. I stayed in two different rooms: the inward-facing one was spacious and quiet, while the street-facing room was smaller and had some street noise (though nothing that affected my sleep). The staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff at this hotel are incredible! I was having a bit of a rough day and they went above and beyond to help make things easy for me and help settle myself and my toddler in. The hotel and rooms are very nice as shown in the pictures. It’s a quick walk to adorable shops and Notre-Dame Cathedral. I would definitely stay there again.

Not a 4-Star Experience The hotel has a good location, conveniently close to the Strasbourg train station, but the old city area is a more charming and interesting place to stay. Property seems newly rennovated, which is nice. Breakfast was the highlight and made by staff member Mariyam (sp?) who was a delight to speak to - and very helpful in explaining all the foods that have nuts for a nut allergy in our party. Rooms are fine, clean, but no robes, slippers and not enough towels. Also very noisy in morning beginning at 7am with outdoor construction. Staff also surprised us with not assisting with luggage - they just gave us a cart and told us to do it ourselves. If you have mobility issues and need assistance, this may not be the property for you.

The staff is wonderful. The bed and bedding so comfortable. The rooms are quite dark however, black and navy walls. Bathrooms too tight to turn around. The location is convenient right across the park from the train station and an easy walk to Petite France and the historic center. The breakfast is not included in the room rate and is an additonal 20 Euros a night. Something to factor when comparing room rates. The breakfast buffet is a beautiful variety however. The aesthetic is very modern.
