We really enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse. Ann is a most wonderful host. The house and property are both beautifully kept. Her breakfasts are delicious and she uses fresh local ingredients. You would be hard pressed to find a better location on Long Island. Many wineries, nurseries and farmstands close by. There are also several restaurants with some of the freshest seafood we've ever had a few minutes drive away.

It was centrally located for a wedding we attended at the Peconic Bay Yacht Club in Southold. The Farm House was near the Catholic church, and the welcome party at a nearby golf club.

The Farmhouse is absolutely gorgeous-inside and out! Food and service were excellent. Back yard with chickens and alpacas was a delight. Anne, our hostess, was welcoming and very down to earth. Our stay was a pleasure!
