Awesome hotel. Friendly. Indoor pool small but the grandkids had a blast. We will definitely stay here again!!

On our way from Greenville, SC to Burnsville, NC, we decided to stay in Weaverville, NC on our way. Our room was quiet, very clean, comfortable kingsize mattress. Excellent tv reception including 3-4 premium channels showing free movies. Breakfast the next morning was terrific! Bacon and eggs or omelet, oatmeal with about 8 things you can add such as sliced almonds, brown sugar, craisens, etc. It also included fresh made waffles, bagels, english muffins, cereals - way more options than most hotels offer. Attractive indoor pool, nicely equipped workout area.

Had a toddler and specifically booked this hotel for the pool which was shut down our entire 5 day stay. Our sink in our bathroom was also clogged and did not drain properly, constantly backing up. I really like the location but am disappointed with the quality for the amount that I paid.

The parking lot was full, so we had to park at Wendy's, but the room was very clean and quiet.

This hotel was very well-maintained. The staff was kind and professional, and the breakfast was excellent. The parking lot felt very safe and well kept.

The pool was incredibly small. Lots people up above us, but staff was receptive to helping.

This property is spotless, and the front desk staff is very friendly. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and two grocery stores. Easy parking.

Easy parking amd checking clean rooms

We had four kids with us and when we checked in we were told that the pool was closed for maintenance but should be opened the next day. This was at 3:00 pm. Finally, we got the news that the pool was open and could be used at 8:00. That was five hours of four kids stuck in a room. We asked the front desk for more towels and were told that housekeeping would deliver them within the next hour. The towels were not delivered at all.

There was no cleaning of the room after 3 days. There was a mixup where it had been noted that housekeeping had been declined.

We weren’t greeted nor did we feel welcome upon check-in. Shower floor and bathroom floor had lots of hair. I didn’t feel the room was clean. Location felt safe, parking lot was nice, but wouldn’t stay there again.

We have stayed at this property many times over the past couple of years as we prepare to relocate to the Asheville area. This is the first time we've been disappointed. Though my Marriott profile indicates preference for an upper floor room, we were assigned a room on the first floor, next to a utility/ work room and diagonal from the indoor pool. As the hotel was full, we did not ask to change rooms and since we were just there for one night, decided to roll with it. Entering the room, we found the A/C on but a very damp, humid feel to the air. We turned down the thermostat, thinking that would help dehumidify the air and make the room more comfortable. Unfortunately, even after returning much later, the room remained uncomfortably damp. But again, full hotel, one night, and not much to be done about it at 10pm. The room carpet also felt damp and sticky, which is surprising given that this is a relatively new property. It's not that there was a single spot or area that felt damp and sticky - all of the carpet felt that way. Icky. We kept our shoes on. Breakfast Sunday morning was disappointing. While I don't set an especially high bar for an included hotel breakfast, many items ran out over and over all morning. This is surprising because if I knew the hotel was full, surely hotel management knew that as well and could have adequately supplied and staffed. We will be traveling to the area many more times in the next year, but will look to stay elsewhere.

The room was basically clean and comfortable but there was something in the corner of the bathroom ceiling that looked an old spiderweb with dead bugs and some sticky spots on the night stand. Just two little things. The staff was wonderful. We did have some ruckus in the room next to us on the second night and the desk clerk came down and resolved it and promised to give us a 15% discount but we never received that. In spite of the imperfections, I would definitely stay here again because if there is a problem, the staff will fix it immediately and, as I said, the room was mostly clean and very comfortable.

I would highly recommend this hotel for 1 or maybe 2 nights stay. They do not offer housekeeping so longer is difficult. They told us they would clean the room after 3 days but just delivered towels and took the old ones— didn’t even make the bed. So if you like your room made up, don’t stay here! Otherwise it is a new and clean facility.

Decent hotel close to shopping and downtown Asheville. Smaller room than I am used to.

I needed a place to stay in Weaverville for one night. This hotel has nice rooms, comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Free parking and free hot breakfast is a plus!

We were visiting family, but kinda crowded, so we booked last minute & we’re very pleased. The young man at the front desk was very personable & friendly. He helped us several times over the 3 nights, including extending our stay. The shower was amazing! Rain head & traditional, so relaxing. Convenient to lots of dining options & Publix right across the street. We will definitely stay there again.

Comfortable arrangement, lots of fast food options walkable, great breakfast choices thoughtfully prepared - scrambled eggs and omelettes plus cold, peeled boiled eggs, breakfast sausage and bacon, good (not overly-cooked) oatmeal, Greek yogurt, milk choices including oat milk, very thoughtfully presented. The room had a more-comfortable-than-most mattress, nice refrigerator, large shower, well functioning climate control system. Thanks, we’ll be back!

The people were amazing. The room and hotel were super clean, but the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I've slept on. I didn't sleep through the whole night due to the bed.

There was a loud thumping all night that sounded like the drum corps of UNC was in the upstairs. We didn't sleep much. We left early, and neither the motel or Expedia would refund the price of our second night.

Clean, quiet and comfortable! Definitely would stay ago

We wanted a "mini-vacay" and this hotel was a great choice for our 2 night stay.. Friendly staff and clean room and overall clean hotel. The only complaints would be very noisy guests on the floor above us. Heard a lot of "pitter patter" of little feet at night because of thin ceilings, maybe? Breakfast on Day 2 of our stay was 2 egg options and very greasy bacon. No other meat or potato options.

3 flat pillows on the bed. The heating unit went from hot to cold. You can hear every surrounding rooms residents. Add all this up and none of us slept most of the night.

I was at this hotel three different times over the last year. After the first stay, I deliberately booked in here even though it was a little more expensive than some of the other choices. Why? The staff was outstanding. The hotel was quiet, safe and clean. When I had an issue in a room, it was dealt with within minutes and the manager checked in with me to be sure I was satisfied. I will stay at this hotel again every time I go to Asheville!

Didn’t get the room I reserved and the receptionist wasn’t very polite or welcoming at all. I will say the room was very clean and the breakfast was good which definitely made our overall experience accommodating.

Lady at desk was not friendly. Here for a funeral. Needed a smile.

Great location as there are several eating places nearby as well as shopping. One clerk went out of her way to help us, the other not so much. Overall, I would stay there again!

It’s great if you need to be close to Asheville and Weaverville is a great small town.

Very quiet. Good breakfast and very ideal proximity to local amenities (stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc).

There are dining options within walking distance. Property right off the expressway so very convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided was ok.

Property was fairly new. Room size big enough for three people. Fast food nearby, otherwise drive to restaurant. Easy to get to.

Easy access to highway. Decent hotel for 1-2 nights rest. Breakfast limited and, as usual for americans, pretty heavy on fat, sausages. No vegetables of any kind. No yogurt at all!? Beds could be firmer for my taste. Otherwise a good hotel.

Great experience. I was in town for a couple of days by myself. There was easy access to everything I needed. I was pleasantly surprised that they offered numerous options for breakfast that were plant based. I will definitely stay here on my next visit.

Great place to stay at a low cost. Breakfast buffet is included (waffles, scrambled eggs, omelets, bacon/sausage, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, coffee, fruit juices). Many fast food restaurants within 1/4 mile. The town of Weaverville is just 3-4’ from the hotel. Twisted Laurel is a great restaurant with a diverse menu, nice atmosphere and many beers on tap.
