Loved the location!! Great amenities. They stored our bikes in luggage hold for easy access to ride. Oliver’s beer garden and mini golf were nightly highlights! Didn’t use the pool because we were going to beach.

House keeping was unexceptionable, so disappointed. Should have insisted on a refund of at least a day. Ate at the restaurant several times, they validate anyone who eats there, however no perk for people who stay there. Parking charge should be waived for anyone staying and eating on site.

Great view of lake from Oliver’s rooftop. Friendly staff. Exiting parking lot it was not intuitive how to process ticket in order to not be charged (had already paid as part of stay). However, called front desk and they kindly reversed the 2nd charge which was twice as much as hotel rate.

Had a brief “staycation” with my daughter for her birthday. The Bayfront hotels can be outrageously expensive, but Hampton Inn is a reasonable price for being right on the water w/ Erie’s fanciest restaurant on the top floor (Oliver’s). Our 2 Queen room was huge! It had a charming personalized tv greeting and included access to Netflix & Disney+ if you have those subscriptions. Even on the 2nd floor facing inland, we had a beautiful view of the docks. Room was very clean and cozy. Amenities included lots of towels, hairdryer & extra blankets if needed. Full gym including free weights and fresh towels. Pool was heated with lots of extra pool towels available on site. Pool & Gym were remarkably clean & well taken care of. Continental Breakfast was the real deal: eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, bagels, fruit, yogurt. Hotel connects to an outdoor beergarden with a wonderful beachy vibe & live music on the weekends. Excellent food and drinks available. Overall the staff were amazing!!! I can’t say enough great things. Special shout out to Tammy! Best hotel worker I’ve had the joy of staying with. ❤️

The staff was friendly, and Hotel was clean, the heater in the pool was broken and my children did swim for a few minutes but were freezing, so only lasted about 5 minutes and were very disappointed as their favorite part of staying in hotels is the pool, as was I because swimming usually tires them out and they go right to sleep. But other than that the stay was lovely.

Ate at Oliver’s Rooftop Restaurant on the top floor of the hotel, which was delicious. Better than average fitness center that was open 24/7, a big plus. Be aware that there is a $14 charge for parking, not sure if that’s per day or per stay. And there is a lot of construction going on around the hotel. It didn’t bother us, but traffic might get snarled up at busy times. Easy access to the waterfront area/convention center etc.

Great front desk staff. Floor housecleaners really full of attitude and NOTHING cleaned for our whole 4 day stay. Hallways were filthy, room was dirty. Would not return here for these reasons. However, the breakfast was good and location was great!

Was very disappointed that our room was not ready. We got there before cactual check in at 2:30. Told them we were ready. Understandable the room wasn’t ready. However not only did they not rush to get our room ready but it was until 5 pm that they finally called and said our room was ready. This was 2 1/2 hours after we arrived and a full hour after official check in time. Messed up our plans for the whole evening

The staff were super accommodating, flexible, kind, and friendly to people dealing with medical issues and really crazy weather. When they were struggling with a terrible blizzard, their focus was still on their guests. We appreciate their kindness and generosity.

Nice place to stay. Spacious rooms but not very comfortable furniture or bed. The floor was pretty noisy, kids running around. No one answered the phone when we called down to the front desk. We tried 3 separate times. Only one person working the desk with about 10-15 people in line. Not efficient.

Very convenient location right on the Bayfront so it was a quick walk to several different dining options and the Bicentennial Tower. The hotel’s restaurant has a beer garden with its food truck right out back on the water with live music and mini golf making for a nice relaxing atmosphere (and the food was fantastic!). Continental breakfast consisted of lots of options including sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffles, muffins, bagels, pastries, and a variety of cereals. The fitness center and indoor pool were clean and nicely maintained. We would definitely stay again!
