Clean, excellent service, excellent breakfast and 24 hour water and coffee. Love this place! We have stayed here several times and it has been consistent.

Staff was very helpful and flexible concerning the shuttle.

Be advised that shuttle service to airport has limited hours and you may have to take taxi rather than shuttle.

Liked that i could leave my vehicle and they take you to the airport and pick us up

This was my second time staying here. The rooms are very small, but if you're staying to catch a flight in the morning, it's perfect. The hotel and rooms are very clean and updated. The only downside to the hotel is that there is no hot tub. They have plenty of food for breakfast as well.

Hotel was very modern. Rooms were very nice and very clean. No carpet on the floors in the room, so that was different then most hotels that I've stayed in. Room had a mini fridge. Would have loved a microwave, but there was one in the lobby. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available in the lobby 24/7. Breakfast was all pre-made, so it wasn't my favorite. Coffee machine had beans at the top and ground them right before they "roasted" them into coffee. It was decent. Pool was a bit cold as my youngest was shivering. But it was clean and the kids had fun.

Great hotel for staying when flying from CID. Clean, comfortable, easy. Enjoy the bed, gym, and showers.

We had an incredibly kind and thoughtful desk clerk at check in last night. He was quite helpful and quick. The hotel is near CID airport, and Avid has a program where you can leave your car in a secure lot for 5.00 a day. They will shuttle you to and from the airport from 5 am until 11 pm! This saved us 60.00!

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and as pictured. Pool hours were convenient for a late night swim. Complimentary breakfast is always a plus (fresh ground coffee was the best hotel coffee I’ve ever had).

We felt that there were bed bugs in one of our beds. The bathroom floor had hair from someone else. After going from Maryland to Colorado. This hotel had the worst breakfast. It was premade like if you were in a spaceship. The usual staple eggs and sausages or bacon was non existent. No carts were available.

If you are a single person who is just going to use the room for sleeping the rooms are fine. They are very small with limited space to work, sit or hang clothes. Not enough room for 2 people to move around.

Very nice motel. Close to the airport. The room has a modern feel, however, no drawers for storage. Breakfast was good but nothing special. Lobby was pleasant

Small rooms for a king bed. No microwave, no coffe maker and no closet or dresser in the room. Minimum electric outlet available by the bed. Very small refrigerator

The bed and pillows were amazing, shower was great, and it was very quiet. Awkward finding the correct entrance driveway and then walking in looked like I was walking into a small market. When I asked if I was in the correct spot for check in, the hotel check in guy seemed irritated or frustrated with my question. (Maybe they get that question a lot?) . There was one recycling bin that had trash in it and no other way to make sure recycling was done. I was charged an auto $50 incidentals fee on top of a $125 room plus taxes. $180 for one night with $50 that supposedly will be refunded. A small card with the room key card stated it came with free coffee, tea. and hot cocoa, a gym and a pool. No hairdryer. I didnt know this till check out because i didnt read the card. Read the card to know whats included and what isn't ;) Literally right next to the car rental return and the airport with a free shuttle starting at 5am. Very quiet! They were kind enough and had room to let me check in early, which was super nice of them.

I really like this hotel which is conveniently located near the airport. My only complaint is that, when one pays $140/night, I should not have to stream a hockey game from my phone to watch it in HD. The hotel's tv service only has SD, not HD.

Perfect location. Easy check in and check out. Very Clean. Fan was noisy and there was exterior building noise so it was difficult to sleep.

We thought the hotel and room were fun. My daughter liked that the closet was spread throughout the room rather than being a typical closet. My only complaint is that the walls are thin. While showering I could hear the couple in the room next to ours arguing and when I got out of the shower, I could hear the women using the restroom and talking. It was very easy to hear what was being said as well. I wish they would have spread people out more throughout the hotel given how few people were actually there.

Great stay! Soft beds compared to normal hard hotel beds. Only downside was the towels were in bad shape. All frayed. 20 mins from UI

Modern facility with well thought out room placement and items. I like to hang some clothes from hooks and they had that. A place to open suitcase directly under clothes hangers. Automatic lights in bathroom. Everything clean and well lit.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Would choose again in future.

At 11:30 at night it took an hour to finally get an emergency key to check in with systems down

Came after a wedding. Had a late check in and front desk staff was excellent.

Great customer service. I left my laptop in my room and they drove it to the airport for me within a matter of minutes.

I purchased a room from out of State (Ar) for my daughte Caitlyn Falcon, her infant daughter and 2 young sons. Because of weather(snow), they would be quite late, therefore I called Hotel. A nice girl (Moe) asked me what I needed, and I told her my daughter and children were coming all the way from Ar and woud be quite late due to bad weather. She had trouble locating reservation although I gave her name as personr staying. So, she fixed that.. Now that it was under her name, I asked did I need to leave my card on file, or a deposit or "anything" as I reminded her I would not be there, but would put anything down for a deposit for damages... She assured me they were all set, she would just have to show I.D. My daughter had no xtra money that is why I booked Hotel. She arrived between 10 & 11 p.m exhausted, and then they asked for $50 deposit saying they'd be a short hold on card.She called me crying as they informed her in morning Jan 6th, that her card would not be released for a few days. I had to send money for gas due to hold, as it was her only card .It has yet to be released I have never had this problem with a Hotel and will not be referring my friends and family. You caused unnecessary stress which could have been easily avoided.Communication was sorely lacking. I specifically asked to leave my card or a deposit, and was told not necessary . Until your employes are on the same page I will not be staying at any of your Hotels in the near future. Marie Cosenza

conveniently located to the airport, and nicely kept. Only recommendation is that there was only an office type chair in our room for two. A larger chair for a second person to relax would have been beneficial.

The hotel its self was great, but in an isolated location only surrounded by gas stations and a small airport. Not a criticism of the hotel itself, but potential guests should consider what they are looking for in surrounding activities and daily needs such as dining. If your need is to be close the airport, great! But if you are staying in Cedar Rapids and want to experience the city, this is not an ideal location.

Overall the property was very nice and clean. But the rooms are very small. Breakfast options were ok. Need to have more options for kids other than cereal (waffle maker, scrambled eggs, etc)
