The house was very spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. It is located in a very nice, quiet residential neighborhood. The backyard is amazing with a fire pit and hot tub on the deck. It is close to either Waterville or Augusta or the Belgrade lakes region. We thoroughly enjoy our stay and highly recommend the place.

We had an awesome time playing in the snow in the backyard and enjoying the relaxing hot tub. The house accommodated our large family and the host was very responsive and came quickly when we needed help. Will definitely come back

Loved the location. Super convenient to 95 and traveling around Maine. Home was clean, well stocked, and beds were super comfortable. Common areas were perfect for family gathering. Great yard and lawn games. Our host was amazing and very accommodating. Highly recommend this home.

We need a place to fit 9 of us that was close to Waterville. The house was convenient to the highway and the Middle Road Country Store nearby for anything you forgot. While we didn’t have a chance to be at the house long, everyone slept soundly and plenty of space for everyone to get ready!! While the house states AC, it’s only in the living room and on a muggy afternoon, relying on two box fans was helpful (since it did cool down at night)

I recrntly booked this property in order to have two families stay for a softball tournament nearby. Charles home was perfect with great bedroom space, open kitchen to dining area, awesome backyard space, perfect for some whiffleball! Everything we needed was there to make it a comfortable stay even though we werent home much at all during the day. The home sits on a side road in a peaceful neighborhood. Charles was quick to respond and answered any questions right away. If you have a large family dont hesitate to book here.

This property is so convenient to my brother’s house. This is our second stay. Will stay again. Need small garbage cans in bedrooms upstairs. We played lots of cards. Thanks for providing. Dad and husband love the hot tub.

The house was cozy and comfortable with plenty of room and the neighborhood was great for walking the dogs. we had a small issue with the hot tub, but the owner was extremely responsive, and we had it taken care of in no time. i would definitely recommend this property and puravida as a whole.
