Great place to stay with the wife and dogs. Here for a quick business trip and brought the family. Stood and big and bright and comfortable. Great gym. Breakfast was nice. Charges my EV for free. There should be a sign to let folks know there are more chargers round back. My only issue was the scent that is piped throughout the hotel. It smelled like one of those Xmas tree mirror hangars which I did not like at all. And they have machines giving off this cherry like mist at every floor. I prefer my hotels not to smell like a NYC limo.

This property was amazing! Cleanest place I have ever stayed at . Staff was super friendly and helpful. The property was quiet . Pool was amazing and heated and hot tub was perfect . Love this place and we will for sure stay here again

To not fault of their own there was a huge power outage for about 12 hours. It would’ve been nice to be told or for them to at least have back up generator power but they didn’t. We had milk for our 8 month old in the fridge and sadly it went bad since there was no power. We have stayed there before so we know it’s a great place to stay and will stay there again in the future just really bummed out we had didn’t get breakfast Thursday morning and the power outage that affected the hotel. Would recommend getting back up generators for emergency power in case it happens again as the stairwells were also very dark

My stay here was great. I have stayed here before and because of the amenities, cleanliness and staff I chose to stay here again. The staff is helpful and friendly. I love the little store that’s available and the breakfast is fantastic. I also like the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub. With the convenient availability of pool towels I would recommend

Our stay was amazing. The staff were polite, the rooms were extrememly clean, the breakfast was also wonderful with lots of variety. The pool and spa were open and both very clean. The hotel smelt amazing and all areas were clean.

Our suite was overwhelmed with ants, which we learned at 1am while they crawled all over us in bed. Room would have been great otherwise. Breakfast is lacking greatly;; only substantial options are waffles, bagels, or yogurt. Don’t count on eggs, they are powdered.

Friendly staff and professional service. Good complimentary food. There was an odor in some areas and in the elevators due to the pets being allowed in the hotel. Some dogs were heard barking at night but not too much.

Hotel itself is nice but quite a bit of cars going by and some parked nearby playing loud music. Bring your earplugs and enjoy this otherwise clean and huge room that’s a great value.

The wifi was not working during our stay..It is very important and even though it was addressed during stay the WiFi never worked for us. Also, pool area lacked towels. Aside from that the property was great and will stay there again if in the area.

The property to me is the nicest hotel in town and I have stayed in a quite a few in Tracy, CA. The one thing I wish was different were the pillows. They were all so soft that i stacked them to make a decent support. lol But nothing else, the staff is always very nice and accommodating and that is the best thing.

We came out to Tracy to visit our family who lived in town. Our room wasn't ready at time of check in, even though we were told it was. Went back to front desk and they gave us another room. Was disappointed that room was on 1st floor near the exit, lots of foot traffic and noise which impacted our sleep. Room was clean. In addition, really hated the barn door that was used in the bathroom. It was off track when we first got there. Went to close the door shut and my fingers were pinched which caused a deep cut. I am grateful that this momma was the one who was hurt, not one of my three small children that were traveling with me. Had to report the faulty door which was promptly repaired. Parking was easy and the area was decent. Breakfast the next morning was decent. Kids were excited about the waffle station. Would consider staying there again for the convenience of this hotel being close to my family's home. Hopefully next time, I can get an upper floor room which would have less foot traffic.

This property is about 1-2 years old and is already starting to be run down. The pool area is TINY. We stayed at home 2 suites in San Diego and it was amazing! The pool area was large and plenty of shade with amazing grill area. Tracy location pool area feels like it was an after thought. Front desk clerk barely spoke English and was hard to understand. She ignored me during checkin at 3 and was on her cell phone. She finally hung up and said oh your lucky your room was JUST finished. Was not welcoming at all. Made me feel like a disturbance in her day. The dishes in our suite were not done washing until 6pm. The dishwasher took 3 hours to wash. It was so loud and took forever. It would of been nice to use the dishes for the meal we brought to cook. We like these hotels because we have kids and can cook in grill area and they have all the dishes you need. If we didn't get the extras, we could have spent less at a smaller hotel. It wasn't a bad stay, but wasn't a great stay. Will not spend my money at this location again.

Worst stay of my life. The property manager and staff were very rude and were not engaging or smiling. The only staff that was nice was the cleaners. Will never stay here again. Tricia the manager is not accommodating or nice at all. 0/10 and will strongly encourage others to NOT stay there ever.

I think the property being smaller helped with keeping the area quiet, there aren’t as many rooms/floors so they can only hold so many guests and most seem to be traveling for work, rooms are big, kitchen area is good size. Grocery story, mall, restaurants within walking distance or less than 5min driving. Front desk was very friendly. Only complaint was that none of the lights by the bed, desks, closet or pull out couch worked even if plugged in, only the ceiling ones over the entry way worked.

I would have given it an excellent rating but the breakfast food was practically gone at 9:20am. Breakfast is supposed to end at 10am. The round eggs were horrible and the waffles need help. We were lucky to get bacon and this Parmesan pastry were the only good things we ate. We ended up leaving early to eat out.

The breakfast staff and check in staff were very friendly. The property was very clean! The only thing I did not like were the air fresheners. Usually the home 2 suites smell really good. Personally I was not a fan of this particular scent and the smell was really strong and they were pushing them by the elevators. Other than that - Great Property - Great Stay!

The staff provided excellent service. The quality of food at breakfast was very low and so I did not eat. Also the fire alarm went off at 6am, which ruined my sleep.
