The property was really nice, a restaurant on site would have made it even better.

Pool filter waa not operating. A handful of pool towels. Towels in room not thoroughly clean. No AC in hallways.

Just a quick overnight visit, place was safe and clean and the staff was nice!

I travel for work alot, and really enjoy the Home2 suites by Hilton. The beds are always super comfortable, the heat/air conditioning work great in the room. The couch is always comfy. I have never had a bad experience. The location in South Carolina was great. The hotel was pet friendly, parking lot was definitely safe.

Property is very clean, good location on Daniel Island. Reasonably priced, nice gym, good breakfast, spacious, and can't beat all day coffee service.

We checked in after having to leave another place because it was filthy. This hotel was spotless, easy to stay at, family and dog friendly! We will be staying there again.

Only problem pool is not heated. But if you’re staying for a week or more they have 2 Weber grills out near the pool. They also have a nice outside seating around a fire pit

Home2Suites are always nice, roomy. Being that they are newer they are modern and up to date. The breakfast is good but egg dishes are premade not fresh. They allow dogs which is nice. I love seeing others pups, I always miss mine.

The rooms were very large, and bathrooms also. The breakfast was good and the pool was clean.

Room was spotless and staff was courteous.

We love the simple, pleasant and clean ambiance of the rooms and the entry area. The bed isn’t very comfortable, mattress and pillows are too soft. The main thing that we may not be able to tolerate anymore is the overall “pet smell” everywhere in the hotel - we smell like “hotel room” even after taking showers …

Very clean hotel with very comfortable beds. The location is convenient as you can walk to a lot of restaurants and to the local stadium.

Pet friendly. Unfortunately dog starts barking at 6am and lasts til we leave at 10. Mgt handled it. No issues next night. However breakfast was always picked over / empty. Coffee empty. Housekeeping didn’t put trash bags in room trash cans. They expect us to do it?

Location is so convenient to credit one stadium! There are many restaurants nearby. Lots of shopping too. We will stay there again and recommend to others. Our king suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice bedding and mattress, thick towels, nice bath products, kitchenette with microwave, fridge and even a dishwasher! Breakfast was good, too.

Upon arrival we were warmly greeted at the front desk and promptly given our room keys. Breakfast and checkout expectations were given clearly. Our room was very clean and spacious! Breakfast was amazing! Will definitely go back here in the near future!

So clean, great amenities and excellent breakfast.

TV don’t work

We really enjoyed the spacious room for our family of 5! The pull out couch was perfect for the 18yo.. the kitchenette had anything you could need for a comforting stay. Will use this hotel again! It was inviting from the check-in to the check-out! If I had to say anything I disliked would be the alarm clock went off at 6am I guess from a previous customer and we couldn’t get it to stop. So under a towel in the bathroom was fine 😂

The hotel stay was very nice overall. The room was clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff members were very friendly and attentive, especially Lisa at breakfast each morning. Within walking distance to Credit One stadium (about a mile) and an easy walk. Located in a very nice and safe area.

Large crack in ceiling room 206. air conditioner wasn't working properly would shut down and show "wait" on the pad. Stayed that way most of the night when it reached 80 it would cool again but it was set at 74.Stair door slamming until 11:30 pm Friday night. Was not a good location for our room. There had to be other rooms available as it didn't appear to be full. Not sure if I would recommend to friends and family.

Large rooms!

We were disappointed this time for having some very disturbing outside noise for 2 consecutive nights due to a truck cabin parked in the hotel parking lot that had a generator on the all time - we reported the issue to staff at reception after the first night but the truck was still there with the generator on the second night ...

The suites were well appointed and comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

The staff was incredible and our room was immaculate! Any question that we had was answered thoroughly and any need that may have been needed was met! Overall, I will never stay anywhere else other than a home two suites! My fiancé and I had a wonderful time!

Generally speaking our stay was uneventful and pleasant. One large issue, for some reason they were unable to print a hard copy receipt for us. My AMEX was charged for approximately $200 more than the arrangement through Expedia. Not sure why??

The property we stayed at was taken over/controlled by numerous baseball tournament team families staying there. They took over the lobby, the pool, the breakfast area, and the hallway in front of our room. They were very loud and intrusive and management did not control the situation. There was a raging party in the lobby Friday night and we couldn’t get any rest due to the noise level. It was ridiculous. It ruined our stay.

The room and hotel are very nice and clean. However, we had multiple things happen….we were first given a king room when we booked 2 queen beds. Went down to the desk and they gave us a new room, no biggie. The biggest issue is the new room they gave us belonged to another guest. We were sitting in our room watching a movie and the door opens and another guest comes in with his groceries. He looks at us like we are in the wrong room. We both have the room keys showing the same room number. He had booked the room the night before for 2 nights. When they cleaned the room that afternoon they thought he had checked out when in fact he had not. He had just gone out for a bit but did not tell them he was checking out. Why would he? When they assumed he had checked out they did NOT DEACTIVATE his keys. That’s a huge problem. How can you give 2 different guests keys that are activated to the same room. When he called down to the desk, Lauren answered the phone and tried to make it his fault for his two family members not picking up the other keys. If a room is booked for two nights whether they pick up the keys or not does not mean they are not coming back. And if you are removing them from the room you should deactivate the keys. That is a huge safety issue. No one has called us, came to the room or attempted to get in contact with us about this “mishap” to apologize or anything. Again, this is a nice hotel but verify you are the only guest assigned to the room when checking in.

Breakfast was great and they have a lot of sitting room during that time. The room was very clean! When we got there the first day, due to the global IT outage they couldn’t make room keys. The guy at the counter was the only person there and was checking people in and letting them into their room each time they needed with one master key fob. He was super quick, super professional, super helpful. Please give him a raise! Day was 7/19/24 evening shift.

Our experience didn’t happen. We booked through Expedia, but when we got to the hotel, we had no room. The hotel was full. It was the beginning of a horrible night.

Staff were phenomenal and location was ideal. Drive into Charleston, but walk to the stadium and downtown Daniel Island. This will definitely be a place we return to!!

The only thing is I left a charger and realized An hour after checking out and called to ask them to ship it to me as I am a Daniel Island resident but rebuilding our home. I still haven’t received it which is slightly annoying…

We’ve been back to this hotel twice. Great access to morning walk or restaurants. Easy access for highway and beaches.

Went to a concert at Credit One Stadium and the hotel is walking distance with options for food along the route.

Perfect location between downtown and the Isle of Palms or Sullivans island. Close to the airport. Plenty of dining options on the island too.

The room was clean and spacious. Included a kitchen fridge, dishes, coffee pot, microwave, and dishwasher. Could have asked for a skillet for free. Plenty of storage and nice bathroom. We only stayed for one night so we didn’t need most of those things, but it’s a hotel chain I will seek out for future trips. The breakfast offerings were good and included breakfast sandwiches. This was a great find and is perfect for my family.
