Fourth time there no complaints

I parked my truck on the property as I traveled to CT, and they had security riding around and security cameras. Upon return, my truck was vandalized, the rear driver-side window was broken. I asked to speak to the manager and was told they were not aware. I requested a report be prepared and it was denied by the general manager drew dunston. Also, my wife requested a refund of the one night stay and he denied it. I approached him to express my dissatisfaction and felt that was the least he could do. He surprisingly snapped back saying, “I didn’t break into your truck”! How sad!! He subsequently refunded my stay. There was cards from the Charlotte PD left in the truck, yet they were not aware of it. I requested an officer to respond anyway and was advised break-in are common as perpetrators look for guns and drugs, especially in trucks, and at one point there were several in one day. The gm had someone put plastic over the window and it was obvious he had experience doing so. I had a 2hr ride home at night and the wind noise was horrible, it was like driving with the windows down. I found out later from a family member familiar with the area that it’sa rough part of town. Should I leave out of the Charlotte airport, I will definitely park at the airport! Park at your own risk!!

Quick overnight before morning flight. Shuttle service is easy, with early morning departure reservations. Self serve snack shop good selection, BUT the bottle of Chardonnay.... yuck!

The hotel was comfortable and clean before our early morning flight. The airport shuttle was convenient.

Clean rooms and nice looking hotel. Had to wait over 45min and call multiple times for the airport shuttle. The shuttle is shared with other hotels so we’re all full returning to the airport and we ended up having to get a Lyft. Staff were fine but not super friendly or that helpful.
