Unhelpful front desk on weekend couldn't answer simple question about EV charging and when I got there the Tesla chargers are only available to handicap parking spots. Who designed such a poor layout.

Wonderful stay! I first stopped here as a layover during a road trip and enjoyed it so much that I stayed again on my return trip. I made sure to take full advantage of the amenities this time—modern and comfortable lounging areas, a great pool and poolside setup, a nice bar and restaurant for all meals, and lovely sleeping quarters. The hotel truly delivers on comfort and style. Plus, being right across from the outlet mall is such a bonus—you really can’t beat that!

The hotel was new and only 5 minutes off the expressway. Lovely decor. Starbucks inside. Many restaurants and outlet mall minutes away. Nice pool to boot.

Good place to stay, clean and comfortable room. Be aware there is no shuttle service to the airport. We had to find transportation at 5:45am, and reception person was extremely helpful helping us arrange taxi the evening before. She gave us business cards to several taxi services, and said Uber and the like are not always reliable early am. We used Universal Taxi, I think he’s a one man show, $20 per person , was 15 minutes late, but got us to the airport . Next time will book closer to airport with shuttle. Good hotel, otherwise!!

Our stay was really nice we were pleasantly surprised with how nice this Marriot was. The only thing that was a bit annoying was you have to request to have your room cleaned. Other than that the hotel has ev chargers however, cars that weren’t ev parked there all night which was very inconvenient for us. I wish the hotel had been able to do something about that but they couldn’t.

Overall, the stay was decent. The water in the shower kept going from hot to cool and would go up in down in pressure. The headboard of the bed was made out of 2 cushions, which I don’t recall it being that way the last time I stayed there.

The room was exactly as pictured! Very clean, bed was comfortable, huge bathroom with walk in shower. Water pressure great! Very quiet in the rooms and hallways. Staff was extremely friendly and check in was quick. Outlet mall is right across the parking lot. Definitely will stay here again!

The room was a king bed with pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress was stained so my son wouldn't sleep on it. The sofa itself was small and curved. Not comfortable. The room was tiny. But, the bed was fabulous!! Very comfortable. So were the pillows. The room set up was weird. It was very clean. The soap and shampoo was poor in my opinion. I would stay there again if i had too but would look elsewhere first.

unfortunately there was a fire alarm very early Saturday morning which a woke us to go out in the Very Cold weather. Aside from that, the people above us walked on their heels only - and the bed was very uncomfortable felt like I was in a hole both nights...

My son and his newlywed wife were on their Honeymoon and I put them here due to the previous reviews. They did not disappoint. Greg and Tatiana at the front desk were great and the Stay in their words was Perfect!!

The front desk clerk was wonderful. She was very understanding of our situation (we had a cancelled flight for 2 days, no luggage and felt stranded). She let the five of us hang out until our room was ready, which we so appreciated, and let us check in early! It made our frustrated travel much more manageable. Thank you!

The hotel staff was friendly, and the hotel was very clean. The location appeared to be nice? However, during our two night stay, we saw eight different vehicles in the parking lot for the hotel that had their windows smashed in and broken into. This was not relaxing because we were worried about the car and our safety. We were there for our anniversary and a concert and thought this would be a good location. I personally would not stay there again.

Do not stay here! My truck windows were busted out along with several other vehicles. I was really surprised that the hotel did not notify or alert customers. I walked out to find a business card on window from police and when I told the front desk attendant she showed no sympathy. This must be a reoccurring problem at this hotel.

Like every other service oriented business these days, you are charging for every little thing. I wonder how long it will be before there is a charge on your bill for cleaning your room or clean towels? I don't eat breakfast much and hotel breakfasts in general don't appeal to me but you can't even give your guests free coffee in the morning?! The hotel was nice and I have no complaints about the room or property but next time I would choose to stay somewhere else.

We LOVED our stay here. The property is so convenient to shopping and dining options. We also enjoyed that there was a restaurant and bar inside the hotel. Oh, and even a Starbucks. All of the staff we encountered were extremely nice, especially Anthony and the bar. We definitely plan to stay here in the future.

We did not like the bartender and cook was the same so it took extremely long to get either. There should be 2 people on staff for that, especially on weekend days when more people are usually in hotels
