We truly enjoyed our stay! Check In was super easy and everything was clean. Our 2 pups loved the spacious backyard, they were able to play frisbee and even got their zoomies out. My husband and I enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen! We were passing through and on a long road trip with 2 dogs and this stay was one of our favorites. Thank you for everything!

This property has a traditional NM feel, is very close to all thats is going on in old town, and was a reasonable distance to the airport. Check in was easy and the home was very clean. There were some extra cozy blankets that we used during cool nights watching TV together. There was a large yard as well!

Location is amazing, 5 minute walk to Old Town and a park/playground, within a ten minute walk to great coffee (Remedy!) and food (High Noon Saloon), as well as the NM Natural History Museum and the Albuquerque Museum. Great view of the mountains down the street. Kitchen was well equipped, backyard had ample seating and the shed provided shade for dinner, everything was clean and comfortable, and Sam was an attentive/responsive host. Covered parking was handy with the afternoon sun. I would absolutely return and recommend this property (and Albuquerque) to friends and family. (Other, hidden gem ABQ recommendations: Wheels Museum, the Santa Fe 2926, and the playground at the National Museum of Nuclear Science and History!)

We loved everything about this cute adobe style home. It had a great fenced in yard for the dogs and was within walking distance of an awesome restaurant that was pet friendly. The home was cozy and comfortable. Especially loved the comfy beds!

We had a great trip to Albuquerque, made even better by this adorable Adobe. Communication with the owner was effortless. Check-in procedures were clear and easy. The location was convenient to what we wanted to do and we felt very safe in this house. The house was very clean and had lots of amenities. It also has off-street parking behind a security gate and a huge backyard. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here. The neighborhood is remarkably quiet, and the house was super clean. Well-equipped kitchen with a sunny corner window. French doors open onto big and private fenced-in yard. Communication with our host was great from start to finish. The property is gated, gave us security during our stay. The backyard is big enough for families with kids. We brought our pet dog and he had a good area to run around in. The entire home was clean and organized. Loved the location as well. Walking distance to Old Town shops. Definitely recommend!

Convenient gated vrbo within walking distance to downtown Old Town and restaurants. Clean with many amenities (coffee and condiments, dish ware, pots and pans. Excellent water pressure. Mattresses are soft, probably more than is suitable and may need to be replaced! Otherwise, I would highly recommend this vrbo!

This charming, classic-southwest-style house was spotless on arrival and its location is perfect: a stone's throw from Old Town. The owner responded quickly and clearly in our few interactions. If I need to rent a place in ABQ again, I will DEFINITELY stay here and would recommend it to anyone!

Very cute and super CLEAN home. It was comfortable and the location was great. It was plenty of space for my family with 3 teens/peeteens. The kitchen is bright and well stocked. Less than 15 minutes to the airport. Would stay again!

Beautiful home, safe location. Large home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen, huge fenced entire yard. Has absolutely everything you need. Within walking distance to all the cool stuff. Very safe area. Lovely home. Very clean. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back.

This was a fabulous rental property! Very easy walk to Old Town and several museums, and just a couple of min drive to Zoo/Aquarium. Everything in the home was clean and well maintained, beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

The house was the perfect place for the five of us! The location was near shops, restaurants, yet tucked into a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were nicely furnished, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean. Small things like a variety of pillows, soft linens, and thoughtful supplies added to our comfort. I enjoyed sitting on the back patio, the views from the kitchen, and having space to relax between outings. The owner was responsive and kind when I checked in early without thinking about the time (it had been a long day!) I would definitely stay here again!

If you want easy access to Old Town and to stay in a beautifully restored adobe home, this is the place. Every detail was considered in the home's upgrades, from dimmer switches to central air- while vigas still make an appearance in two of the bedrooms. Quiet neighborhood. Wonderful location. We will definitely be back!

This is a fantastic place! The house is beyond charming. It is one of the very Best VRBO's I have rented and I have rented many! It has everything you could want supplied in it. Sam the owner was immediately responsive when we had a little problem with the gate. The location is perfect, next to Old Town, and the neighborhood very quiet. The only thing I would change is I would stay longer if possible!

Our four-night stay was so enjoyable. Proximity to Old Town is perfect yet it is so quiet in the casa. We found everything we wanted ( French press cork screw extra blanket etc) it was 100 degrees outside but the air conditioning worked great. I have already recommended this place to friends and family.

Stayed a couple of nights while exploring NM. Everything worked well, plenty of towels, dishes, etc. The AC was amazing even in NM summer heat! Good location in Old Town area, felt secure and safe. TV & wifi both worked well also. If in this part of NM again we’ll be back!

The house had all we needed. Three nice size rooms and a great kitchen. It also had a big yard for the dog. The Old Town Plaza was within walking distance--giving us a choice of restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again.

We loved our stay! The home is beautiful and in an excellent location for exploring Old Town. The host thought of everything for a comfortable stay…comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, helpful tour books, and lovely decorations. I only wish that we could have stayed longer!

We all (4 adults) enjoyed our stay at this house. The listing is accurate and the owner was responsive and helpful. It was great being able to walk into town, and Blackbird coffee (walkable) is a cute spot to grab a beverage and a pastry. The house was a great home base for our explorations in several directions: we visited White Sands National Park to the south, Jemez Springs to the northwest, Los Alamos/Bandelier National Monument to the northeast, Santa Fe, and Sandia Peak to the east...we opted to do a fair bit of driving, but it was worth it and it felt very cozy to return to this house after our adventures. Comfy beds and good shower pressure. There's a friendly neighbor across the street, so say hello if you see him.

We stayed for three nights. The home was clean, nicely furnished, and well equipped, with lots of nice touches. The communication wth the host was what you would want. The location was ideal, within a short walking distance to restaurants and the Old Town area. No complaints. It worked out perfectly for us.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sam's lovely adobe home! We had everything we needed. Old Town was within walking distance and the neighborhood was quiet. How fortunate we feel to have found the ideal home for our recent vacation to Albuquerque! Just blocks (yes, walking distance) to great shopping, museums and cultural arts, we enjoyed using a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and the bedrooms and bath. The yard is fenced and gated with a lock - a nice feature if you're anxious in that way. Most important for us with a disabled son, Sam was incredibly accommodating and flexible with certain aspects of our stay. So appreciate him! Can't wait to revisit.

We loved our stay! Conveniently located to so many restaurants, coffee shops and a park. Super comfortable and the linens and towels were really nice. Our host left great recommendations and communication was great.

Communication with our host was great from start to finish. The property is gated, gave us security during our stay. The backyard is big enough for families with kids. We brought our pet dog and he had a good area to run around in. The entire home was clean and organized. Loved the location as well. Walking distance to Old Town shops. Definitely recommend!

Location is amazing, 5 minute walk to Old Town and a park/playground, within a ten minute walk to great coffee (Remedy!) and food (High Noon Saloon), as well as the NM Natural History Museum and the Albuquerque Museum. Great view of the mountains down the street. Kitchen was well equipped, backyard had ample seating and the shed provided shade for dinner, everything was clean and comfortable, and Sam was an attentive/responsive host. Covered parking was handy with the afternoon sun. I would absolutely return and recommend this property (and Albuquerque) to friends and family. (Other, hidden gem ABQ recommendations: Wheels Museum, the Santa Fe 2926, and the playground at the National Museum of Nuclear Science and History!)

This charming, classic-southwest-style house was spotless on arrival and its location is perfect: a stone's throw from Old Town. The owner responded quickly and clearly in our few interactions. If I need to rent a place in ABQ again, I will DEFINITELY stay here and would recommend it to anyone!

We loved our stay! The home is beautiful and in an excellent location for exploring Old Town. The host thought of everything for a comfortable stay…comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, helpful tour books, and lovely decorations. I only wish that we could have stayed longer!

This is in a perfect location for all of the things that we love to do in Albuquerque. Easy walk to Old Town, Sawmill Market, museums and restaurants. A very short drive to the Botanic Gardens and Aquarium, as well as the zoo. The house was comfortable and well equipped. The bunk bed was perfect for the kids.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Check In was super easy and everything was clean. Our 2 pups loved the spacious backyard, they were able to play frisbee and even got their zoomies out. My husband and I enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen! We were passing through and on a long road trip with 2 dogs and this stay was one of our favorites. Thank you for everything!

The house had all we needed. Three nice size rooms and a great kitchen. It also had a big yard for the dog. The Old Town Plaza was within walking distance--giving us a choice of restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again.

We found the home to be a cozy, accommodating place to stay. It was near to some great restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and the outdoor area was very nice. We had a great stay here. The neighborhood is remarkably quiet, and the house was super clean. Well-equipped kitchen with a sunny corner window. French doors open onto big and private fenced-in yard.
