One of the best if not the best hotel experience we have had! The lady at the front desk was so sweet and helpful! The pool was clean and quiet even with kids playing in it. The hallways were quiet as well and very clean. Our room was spotless well stocked and the beds are so comfortable I laid down for 5 minutes and fell asleep. Highly recommend staying here again

You have to get off the highway and backtrack a bit, so it feels like you might be going the wrong way, but keep going! The hotel is nice. It is completely separate from the casino, with a service road in between.

Attractive, comfortable room - nicely decorated. No charging outlets, malfunctioning A/C and heating controls. Staff was helpful and friendly. Lots of parking. Very good restaurant (Coal Creek) in the adjoining casino. However, the casino was noisy and smoky, the hotel hall was noisy, and there was a loud train in the middle of the night. Pool was not operational. So, a mixed bag.

Checking in was done quickly and efficiently. Allison at the front desk was so helpful in explaining all the amenities of the property including the fact that they offer a shuttle that takes you anywhere around the property. They also offer a completely continental breakfast. Such a great place

Pool was not working. Brought a 8 yr old so they could swim and noone when i called and asked said pool was being painted. Such a wasted night walked into casino and let because nothing there is kid friendly and no working pool ruined our stay.

Only one set of towels in room reserved for two people. No others available at time we needed them. Ice machine out of order. No food served in hotel unless you order 48 hours in advance, wth? No usb port in room. Bed was comfy but about a foot too high off the floor. Why? What purpose does this serve for customers? Made it quite difficult for us old folks to get in and out of bed. Room service was extremely rude as we were leaving about 5 minutes after check out. Check in is not for another 5 hours, so 5 minutes is a big problem? Really? Had to walk a couple of blocks or drive to get to the casino. Casino "restaurant" which is actually more like a snack bar, was dirty and did not have some menu items available. Staff referred to it as the BBQ place, but no sliced beef available, even though it was on the menu? lol And the "free play" that was pushed on us by staff is NOT freeplay it just covers a small amount of loss if you put in cash of your own. Not a big deal if it had been explained that way, but a total waste of time standing in line to get a card for nothing. Have no idea why the call this place a "resort" as it is not. Any hotel chain would have been cheaper, more convenient and comfortable. Could drive to any of several casinos wihin a VERY short distance.

Check in persons were not nice, all she kept saying was you can’t check in early, we arrived at 2:50pm. So I sat in the lobby with my mom in a wheelchair and our luggage for 10 minutes. Great welcoming job!! The staff person in the breakfast area was awesome, very nice and helpful. Our room was run down and the drawers were open on the dresser when we entered, I pushed them in and they slid out again. Also our rooms window was open when we entered. The room in general was dusty and looked run down

The room was clean, but a little run down. I was surprised how banged up the furniture was and the smell of my room was not great. It was very musty. The sheets were clean which was great. The bed however was not very comfortable. For $82 it’s what I expected and served my needs.

Property was very quiet & clean. There was no phone in the room so when I needed to contact the front desk, I had to Google number and call the hotel. Could not get connected to internet and front desk could not help. Beds were beautiful but horribly uncomfortable. Did not like the amount of food offered for breakfast and didn't like not being able to serve myself just like every other hotel.

I like staying here b/c of the proximity to the casino and we get a good price. It's always very clean and staff is friendly. The beds are so high though that I need a step stool to get in. I must not be the only one, because on both occasions we've stayed here, there has actually been a step stool in the closet! I think they could get rid of the box springs and just have the very deep mattress right on a base. But I'm no expert! One weird thing - we were on the 3rd floor and more than half the rooms had their doors ajar. It was kinda creepy.

Got there at 1pm and ask to check in early. They said they couldn't check us in until 3. After visiting the casino we asked again and they gave me the same answer but said they would check me in early for $20. That's total BS Never staying there again.

I arrived at the hotel at 2:35p and the front desk staff wouldn’t let us check in? I explained I made my reservations several months ago and we are staying 2 nights! Are you saying my rooms isn’t ready? Oh your room is ready but you have to wait until 3p sharp. Very poor customer experience

From check in to check out, our stay was great. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and inviting. The beds were a little tall, but so comfortable. Got there about 30 minutes early Tried to check in, was told the rooms weren’t ready yet, she told me to come back after 3:00 and try again, no worries there. As I was waiting in the lobby about 5 minutes later, (2:35 pm ish) she started checking people in that had came in after me. I understand that I was early but she should have turned the other people away like she did me. Luckily the rest of the stay was okay. Rooms aren’t insulated very well, so you hear every door close.

The restaurant and staff in the casino restaurant, Coal Creek, were excellent. We arrived 15 minutes before check in time, 3pm and had to wait until exactly 3pm to check in. We had tried again at 2:59pm and was told we had to wait one more minute.

The room was quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff was super nice. Location was convenient and parking was easy. The desk staff were extremely nice and helpful. The price was right as well and we loved the walk-in shower in the room. The only things that would have made it better would have been two sets of towels in the bathroom. Having two adults registered to stay but only one set of towels was akward. Also having a comforter available to make the bed cozier would have been a welcome addition. Walking to the casino was convenient, although we were not there for that reason. We think we missed out by not ordering a pizza and instead went to the BBQ restaurant. Smoking in the casino made my asthma worse and having to walk through cigarette smoke to access food was inconvenient. We will stay at the hotel again, but the the casino is a no for future visits.

Walking to the casino was convenient, although we were not there for that reason. We think we missed out by not ordering a pizza and instead went to the BBQ restaurant. Smoking in the casino made my asthma worse and having to walk through cigarette smoke to access food was inconvenient. We will stay at the hotel again, but the the casino is a no for future visits.

Very nice hotel with casino adjacent, next to I-44 outside the town of Miami, OK. Staff very friendly at check-in. The room was very nice. The A/C unit was a bit loud, but not enough to warrant a complaint. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet.

We are traveling Route 66 and stopped here for the night. We liked that the hotel was actually separate from the casino (that is just not our cup of tea). Our room had a faint smell of cigarette smoke but once the AC got going it cleared out pretty fast. The bed was super comfortable and the water hot and had great pressure.

We stopped for the stay not gambling. We are non smokers so the Casino wasn’t our thing, smelled like smoke. The hotel was great though! We only went to the casino to grab a bite to eat.

Checkin was great. Room was super clean and loved the shower. Rooms need to be updated a little. Need USB ports by the bed and desk. New lamps usually have those. The breakfast didn’t have much variety and they didn’t have a toaster. You can go to Walmart and buy one if you need one. So no toast bagels or English muffins. No fruit either.

i booked through hotels.com for a standard room. when i arrived at the hotel, they could not locate my reservation. then they were out of rooms. the front desk had to call her manager and explain the situation. the manager then said to put me in a suite due to the inconvenience. i did not expect that, but i was so thankful they were able to accommodate me because i had been driving for 12 hours and i was exhausted. the breakfast options need some work. they have someone serving breakfast to you. portions were toddler size. other than that, it was a pleasant stay!

We stopped here in October, 2024 on our way to Southern Texas & after spending 1 night, eating at a nice restaurant across the parking lot, we had a REMARKABLE breakfast thst was included in the price of our room. A worker asked how we wanted our eggs cooked, what foods we wanted, what to drink, it was SO personal, like a private chef!
