Typical hotel with normal unfriendly staff. Charge for $15 car parking fee and $50 deposit. Breakfast is not good as well. Small room but clean. Good location but traffic is terrible all day.

The in-door pool was not heated, and the drain for our shower was broken. However, our stay was comfortable and the breakfast was warm and appetizing.

The property and facilities were very nice. The pool was unheated so a bit too chilly to enjoy. The one point that was a negative was the lack of sound isolation. The walls may be too thin. I found normal speech levels in the neighboring room to be noticeable in mine.

The pool could stay open until 10:00 pm instead of 9:00. My work schedule didn't allow me time to use the pool.

The hotel feels new. The only complaint I have is the payment for parking in a lot that is more than adequate and not in a place where parking is a premium.

My stay was great I did notice a smell in the hallway maybe from rugs being steamed clean and sometimes it will smell. Also only one elevator was working. And the pool was very cold. The staff was very nice and everything was nice and clean I would be visiting again in the future and recommend this friend and family.

My issues with the stay had nothing to do with the staff. The breakfast was good checking in and checking out was fast and very friendly. The room was a large room and I liked it except the lighting was horrible. It was a 600+ square foot room w 3 lamps and ZERO over head lighting except for in the bathroom. It was clean except for multiple hairs I found in the bathroom shower and sink, Yuck! The other issue which was an absolute nightmare was the smell from the bathroom. Every time someone from another room used the restroom you could smell it in our bathroom that was a major problem! Also one of the main reasons I booked this room and hotel was for the indoor pool which was closed because the pools heater was broken and had been for a period of time, so no swimming! The water in the pool was literally so cold that if you were to jump in you could have been in serious trouble!! I would not recommend this room to anyone. I paid almost 400$ for 2 nights of being unable to use the full kitchen after dusk because you could barely see your hand in front of your face and smelling others use the restroom like I was at a dirty smelly gas station bathroom!! Unbelievable that this room had a 9.0 excellent/exceptional rating!! Complete waste of money and what was suppose to be a great weekend was ruined!

Hotel was clean, quiet, fairly new. Front desk staff friendly and courteous!! Easy to get to shopping and dining (outlets less than 5 minutes away). We had our puppy with us and they welcomed her, put us on the first floor incase she needed to go out.

Great property. Walk to Outlet Mall and grocery stores. Walk to food options. Very safe to walk to dinner. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Free breakfast. Fridge and microwave in room. Pool is indoors and small.

Room was clean and so was the rest of the hotel. I was disappointed that the pool was closed for the duration of our stay. We would of chosen a different hotel if we knew this

This past weekend I spent two days in the Charlotte area. This hotel was perfect…location and the actual hotel. Not too far from downtown, but just far enough! There were plenty of restaurants nearby plus the outlet mall. The hotel was probably the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was very friendly. Great breakfast selection, that was included. Nice large pool area. Plenty of parking. Good selection of snacks for purchase. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Super nice staff came in sort of late and staff were super friendly and told me where we could get some dinner nearby without having to drive much. I was so done with the rain by this point. Rooms were very clean and common areas were clean and well maintained.

I didn't like the room and the bathroom were outdated and there was a stain on 1 of the pillowcases and the carpet. Cracks in the walls of the bathroom. I just expected more. However the guy that worked that night was extremely nice, i truly appreciate him being so nice and helpful.

Tv wasn’t working and handicap shower flooded the floor. Didn’t get any help until the last night we were there and they finally changed our room.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds and upon arrival was told they were overbooked and all they could offer was a king bed. The room 218 had mold on the ceiling. Super annoyed we booked 2 months in advance and didn’t get what we requested.

Staff is very nice and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the quietness of the rooms. Some nice breakfast options at the hotel and very close to shopping and additional dining options as well.

The room was clean and bathroom was nice. the mattress was hard and after the second day my wife and I were feeling sore in the morning. Great location for eating, shopping and just minutes from downtown and the airport.

I liked everything except the fact that the TV was not working. I called front desk, but they had no technician on site. I paid good money for this room. The least they can do is make sure the TV is working before charging guests for the room. Unacceptable

The room was very spacious. The bed was a little hard over all excellent love it.

After a long day working a wedding catering event, I had to check in late at night - and I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. The two front desk staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed to rest and recharge.

The front desk staff was very nice, accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we got a room where we wanted (not across from the elevator). Also, it was the first time I was offered water and a snack as a Hilton Honors member. Very nice touch. Hotel is perfectly located for shopping and dining

We’ve stayed here twice in the last 4 months and have not been disappointed. The staff is amazing and Jesse always greets with a warm smile and makes you feel welcomed! This will definitely be our “go to” spot when visiting Charlotte!

I would take a star because of lady at front which wasn't welcoming. Otherwise the knig room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was great too. Location of the hotel was very good as well

When we arrived, we were given a room that was already occupied and walked in on a family; we then had to wait another 45min to find another room (assuming we then took someone else’s room) because the hotel was overbooked. The TV didn’t work the entire stay, and no one available on weekends to fix. Poor planning on management for a booked hotel, lots of groups with same experience and no resolve

Would stay again. Room clean, bed comfortable. Wait time for check-in was excessive.

Elevators were not working. Our party had 2 small children and my elderly mother. We asked for a ground level floor and were told that was not an option and we were given a room on the 3rd and 4th floor. No one offered to help us with our luggage or offered us any sort of compensation due to the huge inconvenience. For such a nice hotel, the customer service was severely lacking.

This is a newer hotel that is in beautiful condition. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Roz was great at check-in! The hotel is in a premium outlet mall that has several restaurant options. Close tothe airport and easy to get to with plenty of parking. Great business hotel!

Not very pretty. Breakfast was not great. Had eggs but not good eggs. Had oatmeal but not good oatmeal. Etc.

The room was comfortable and clean. Easy friendly check in. Breakfast was good our 1st day. The second breakfast kept getting too low so all we had was coffee. The hotel is ib the perfect spot.

Post pandemic, I have adopted wiping everything down upon check-in and I can honestly say this happened to be one of the cleaner hotels I’ve stayed at. The lobby decor is hip and the staff were very amenable , especially Miss Sofia at the front desk, very professional and pleasant. The airport is nearby; however, we had no noise disturbances. The coffee is excellent, breakfast is typical, waffle machine, good potatoes. The only thing I can say bad was the indoor pool was ice cold but it was piping hot outside so stay outside be hot, warm pool side shower and then jump in. Its in a great area, quiet adjacent to the premium outlets, plenty of food choices nearby, I would stay again, absolutely.

Room very clean. Great service and especially the breakfast.

Upon arrival the shuttle van was parked in the middle of the unloading section so we had to carefully park in front of it. The room was clean and the shower was hot. Parking light was out in the parking lot. They had two nice big sitting areas where we could play cards or have coffee in the morning. They didn't have any sheets or blankets for the hide a bed couch so we had to go back downstairs and get them. The breakfast was very nice and had a variety of items. One morning the sausages were undercooked.

Everyone was so polite and the breakfast was amazing.

Overall, great hotel. Service was not up to par. By default, the room is not done unless you ask. I stayed for 4 nights, and one morning, I asked to refresh the bathroom and empty the trash. Back in the room at night, it was not done. I really don't mind that room is not cleaned everyday, but it bothered me that when requested, they don't do it.
