I LOVE this property. We stayed next door last summer, and I much prefer this property. The pool was smaller, but I travel with my teens and we had a great time here. We had a problem with the tv and the front desk was so professional and maintenance was so friendly and helpful. Kudos to your team. Nearby shopping, the park across the street is superb. Highly recommend. Clean, CLEAN place to stay. We’ll be back.

Great stay! We were in waking distance to the event we were attending. The staff is great and the parking was very easy! It’s a short driving distance to the airport, hiking trails and shopping. The rooms were clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

Upon first arrival the property appears modern and fresh however some small things are starting to slip. There was a broken light fixture on the wall between the beds and my wife found a hair on the sheets when pulling back the covers. Left in the fourth star because of the room and lobby amenities, but a little more attention to detail would make it top notch.

Room, we found a few hairs on our bedspread. Otherwise it was good. Staff was excellent and parking was great. Did not eat breakfast. Was disappointed to pay $23.58 for 1 glass of wine and 1 domestic beer at the bar, that’s a little outrageous.

The Good: The hotel was very clean, and of course the location is beyond perfect for Cubs Spring Training visitors—literally steps away from the ballpark. The room was well appointed, the bed was comfy, and the linens were very soft. There was ample parking, and the hotel was very quiet during our stay. Things that could be improved: the in-room coffee was absolutely terrible, and the hotel does not offer on-the-go coffee service (even for a fee); coffee is ONLY available at the sit-down bistro, which was a bummer. Also, upon arrival, the room had a very strong smell from the cleaning chemicals used by housekeeping. The smell was so strong that it made my eyes sting, and my daughter felt the same way.

We had a lovely stay. Hotel feels very new. Clean, extremely quiet, and nicely decorated. A ton of restaurants nearby to eat and Bass Pro Shop as well. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Only 10 mins to OdySea Aquarium.

We enjoyed our stay overall. We arrived late, after midnight, but front desk gentleman was helpful and accommodating. The hotel lobby was quiet and clean and smelled fresh. Our room was nice however the bed linens had a smell to them similar to when you forget your laundry in the washer too long and there was unknown long and short hairs in the shower.

I spent 4 nights at the Courtyard on New Years 2022. This hotel is right across from the Cubs field. There was no fee for parking, but that varies depending on the stay. Call for details. It is close to the freeway exit, and some shopping about 1/2 mile. My room was clean, nice sheets and towels, but limited amenties. The hotel staff was very nice and if you asked they would bring what you needed. My bed was comfortable. The rooms are a little on the noisy side as the walls are thin and I could hear my neighbors through the wall, and the doors are set on auto close and SLAM a lot. 4th floor was quieter. The showers are a terrible design and the floor in the bathroom get soaked. In the queen rooms there is a bathtub. There is a very limited bistro which offers breakfast, and dinner. They ended up being closed New Years Day. There is a Sheraton next door which has a little more selection, but again it is limited. The staff at the Bistro was super nice. Overall, this is the most sterile Courtyard I have ever stayed in, and would probably choose another property. I was a little disappointed in the quality of the building.

Really nice hotel, steps from Sloan Field (Cubs facility). Clean, spacious, comfy bed. No breakfast included but there are food options for purchase. My main gripes: We were given a 2nd floor room down a very long hallway that was far from the elevator, but luggage carts were hard to come by. Also, the room had a frosted window so we couldn’t see anything outside. I presume it was overlooking the hvac systems. The hotel was definitely not full and I would’ve appreciated if this lack of a view had been mentioned… because of my elderly mom, I would’ve definitely chosen a different room because of distance from the elevator AND the lack of view.

Room was clean. Shower was awkward. The nozzle was terrible and only half of the shower was closed off so water sprayed out to the bathroom floor. Hotel was nice. Breakfast was over when we went down at 10:30. No coffee available at that time either. Overall, the room was comfy and clean, hence the four star rating.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our toilet was plugged first thing and they sent someone to fix it immediately. Very clean and beds very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. Very best thing is hotel is literally across from Sloan Park ball field!!!

When we arrived (1:30am) there was a sign stating “Will return Shortly helping with an other guest” We waited 40 minutes in the lobby We walked around to look for someone, we even called to see if the phone ringing would help get someone’s attention. We finally knocked in a door and opened it (small office behind the lobby desk) And found the employee sleeping (His name was Chris) He got up quickly removed the sign and checked us in. And no point did he try to apologize or anything. I then spoke to the front desk in the morning and asked for a manager. He was not in but she made a note and said that the manager would be calling me to follow up. He never did.

If you are a Cubs fan this is a great place to stay during Sprint Training. This property was close to something else I was visiting so its convenient location was the reason it was picked. The stay was short so I did not explore most of the amenities on offer. Apart from expensive and not very good coffee at breakfast I enjoyed my stay.
