We had a great stay here. The staff were lovely. Mia and Kasey at the front desk were a huge help at check-in and gave us great tips to maximize our time in Colonial Williamsburg. Emma, the hostess at The Terrace and Goodwin Rooms was helpful when making reservations for dinner. We stayed in the Superior Room and it was perfect. Turndown service was a great touch, and we were constantly surprised by little treats each time we returned back to our room for the evening. We weren’t blown away by the food at The Terrace and Goodwin Room. Both breakfast and dinner were just okay (not horrible), but we found much better food in Merchant Square. The hotel’s location is perfect, placing you steps away from the heart of Colonial Williamsburg. We found it incredibly convenient to be able to walk into town and back as we pleased. Overall we had a great stay and will stay here again in the future!

Lovely Inn in Colonial Williamsburg with walkable distances to everything you want to see and do there. Amenities in line with expectations for the price point of the rooms. Knowledgeable concierge but we received inaccurate information from the hotel front desk more than once. Make reservations at the restaurant upon booking or arrival as none were available to us. We opted to eat in the bar. Food was good but not hit enough. The lobster was raw and was sent back to the kitchen. Expensive disappointment.

We were amazed with the condition of this 100-year-old property! The functional areas are beautifully and tastefully restored and the traditional areas are perfectly maintained. All staff members were extremely friendly and professional, and they were eager to assist in every request. Front office staff, maid service, baggage handlers, restaurant staff were all exceptional. Our stay could not have been better, unless it had been much longer!!
