Easy check in, quiet, clean room, felt safe, plenty of parking.

Everything was cool except the parking

Parking was good and well lit. Rooms were very clean and inviting. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, a very pleasant stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other travelers.

Everything was very clean. The room was well stocked with anything that may be needed during stay. Front desk staff was super friendly. Bed was comfortable. The only thing that was inconvenient was the parking lot is super small. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to find a parking spot when I pulled in but after driving around I finally did. If you make the parking bigger then this place would definitely be 5 stars all the way

There is nothing to like. AC doesn't fully function. Very small TV for basically no TV service. Floor in room hasn't been mopped in years. Desk broken. Door have no seal on bottom so basically your room is bright from the hall light. You can hear every room's steel door SLAM shut, even from floor above. Terrible. Arrived to 5 police cara in parking lot.

Black mold on ceiling and walls in bathroom, I have pictures. I also expected to be able to watch Thursday night football, however you could not get to the station due to having the wrong remote controls which apparently the manager has known about for months. A $9 universal remote. It also took 4 different keys to open the door. When anyone’s door closes naturally it sounds like a gun going off. I reported all these things. It was so bad I asked for a refund on the second day which I was told I would get and have not received. One manager told me it was 11:38 and checkout was at 11 so no refund for the second day. Really? On top of everything else I was suppose to leave work to check out? I got there when I could. My stay was so bad I left whether I was going to get a refund or not. Terrible place and evidently manager. Black mold is not healthy.

Floors were wet in my room and stayed that way cause of AC and maybe humidity. Bathroom smelt like urine. Breakfast was minimal and noticed no silverware or plates/bowls. Wi-Fi signal shotty. Heard noise from hallway since door had a gap at bottom. Pictures looked nice but definitely did not feel comfortable.

Traveled for Thanksgiving holidays stayed 4 nights. Rooms clean and renovated.

Absolutely terrible. The rooms were dirty after looking at the 4th room I told the guy to just let me go. I couldn’t stay there. Still waiting to hear back about my refund.

Room's appliances are very cheap, and no siute case holders, I had to rest my suite case on a towel on the wooden floor. Room's AC blowing humid air only. Very careless in handling breakfast, there was almost nothing to eat in breakfast during my entire stay (4 nights), even the coffee was cold to warm. I don't recommend this hotel and i don't think i would like to stay in this hotel again

The room was great, newly remodeled and in great conditions. Will definitely be staying here again

It was comfortable

Check in was quick and easy. Staff very professional. Cleanliness of the hotel over all was very good. The room was nice except for a few flaws. The shelf over the desk was falling off the wall. The bathroom door would not shut. The air conditioner probably needed to be cleaned. There was a Musky smell in the air. The worst part of the room was the mattress. My husband had to sleep caddy corner in the bed because of the humongous dip, almost like a hole in the mattress.

Let me start off by saying not ONE person working at this hotel was polite nor of ANY help! We stayed a week and one day because that was our ONLY option or I would have left the day the house keeper called my daughter whom is non verbal and autistic a DOG!!!! She makes different vocal sounds and she may have sounded like a dog but everyone at the hotel knew she had a disability because I made it loud and clear. Well the gentleman at the front desk told me LAST MINUTE that we couldn’t extend because my child was to loud and she bothered the other guests! That’s not right and even after being treated in thst manner I still made sure my room was clean and I didn’t hesitate because two wrongs don’t make a right. I never received an apology or nothing. I am so mad and I do not recommend that hotel to anyone.

very rude staff my husband and I will never be back nor recommend this place to anyone

It was terrible the front desk was rude the TV did not work they did not compensate us or change his rooms because of it at 10:59 they were banging on the door for us to get out

Breakfast was less than desirable so we ended going elsewhere to eat.
